Abstract: With a scientific financial system,policy finance can function positively to the develop of real economy.However,the possibility and the role of policy finance in the coordinated development between finance and real economy has long been overlooked in researches. According to analysis of the position and function the financial policy and the current status of policy finance development in China,we establish VAR model and study the relationship between policy finance and real economy, aiming to discovering how the policy finance can promote the coordinated development of finance and real economy. We find out that a symbiotic relationship of mutual promotion exists between policy finance and real economy, developing policy finance is conducive to the coordinated development of financ and real economy.For effective coordination of finance and real economy,it is necessary to set up sepecalized policy finance insititutions,and to introduce competition and exit mechanism for policy finance business operations.It is also necessary to set up a risk sharins mechanism for policy finance business operations.
