A DISCUSSION ON REASONS FOR EMPLOYMENT SHIFT TO SOCIAL WORK

Abstract: Because of the structural restrictions on employment,creation of new positions becomes a more effective way to promote employment on condition that the labor force is internally provoked to adapt to the changing economy and society.In economic field,with a general trend of employment decrease,more high quality talents are needed and it is fundamental to shift employment to the service sector.In administrative filed,although opportunities are limited,employment can be promoted by strengthening urban community organizations and villagelevel organizations in the countryside.Social work opens up new and prospective opportunities for employment if supported by policy.
