CONFLICTS BETWEEN IDEOLOGICAL EDUCATION AND CAMPUS ATMOSPHERE AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract:

This paper analyzes major reasons for the conflicts between ideological education and campus atmosphere:failure to establish an effective system of ideological education,and to correctly define the function of student counselors.In addition,other teachers are not qualified for ideological education work theoretically.The analysis comes to the conclusion that to reconcile the conflicts,it is necessary to set up an ideological education system with effective rewards and punishment mechanism and assessment mechanism,and to improve the theoretical qualifications of educators.
