The impact of developing rural biogas on saving energy, reducing emission, treating environmental pollution and building modern ecological circular agriculture has become a consensus. The development mode of planting and nurturing with biogas as bond has gradually become an important part of developing modern agriculture in China. From the perspective of the development course of China's biogas modernization this article, clarifies different development modes at various phases. In addition, from angles of state legislation, rural production and life style, biogas industrial structure, science and technology, as well as market, it summarizes relevant development experience, and proposes modernized development mode of biogas in the new arena, and provides reference for promoting biogas modernization.

The Poverty of Philosophy, published 170 years ago, is of great significance in theory and practice in that it laid the foundation for Marx's theory of surplus value,that it was the prelude of The Communist Manifesto as a cornerstone of scientific socialism.The Poverty of Philosophy provided a theoretical guidance and methodology for labour movement in Europe and the world, reducing the negative effects of Proudhon's anarchism.The Poverty of Philosophy expounded the basic principles of the Marx doctrine; it marked the first public appearance of a new Marxism view of the world, and is an important milepost in the development of the Marx's theory. The contemporary value of The Poverty of Philosoph lies in adhering to and developing Marx theories and enhancing "four self-confidence".

Daisaku Ikeda has always thought highly of the value of "soft" peace culture to world peace, and his thoughts on culture are distinctively characteristic of pacifism. His peace proposals on SGI anniversaries since 1983 are the embodiment of his thoughts on peace culture,among which the peace proposals after 2000 present new features. A study on the peace proposals after 2000 reveals that Ikeda,based on the SGI movement,has endeavored to build the peace culture through dialogues and with support from the public and NGOs. This suggests a new approach to a peaceful 21th century when everyone enjoys equality and dignity, and provides reference for the reform and development of China.

Taking the traditional Qiang villages as the object of study, we analyzed the relationship between traditional settlements and traditional villages and determined that traditional villages are an important component in traditional Qiang nationality settlements. A probe into the traditional villages of Qiang nationality listed on the traditional villages at the national level and provincial level reveals the features of its distribution. The traditional villages of the Qiang nationality are relatively concentrated, with block or strip distribution along rivers; along the main streams they are more densely distributed and are relatively sparsely along the tributries. The vertical distribution features are characteristic of "higher density with altitude increase ". From a spatial point of view, traditional villages of Qiang are single functioning, and are of small scale, small quantity and small area, where the population density is in direct proportion, and the links between villages need to be strengthened.

Internet shopping has become an increasingly important way of life. However, some business operators, taking advantage of the fast spread information on the internet and the large audience,resort to manual deletion of negative comments in order to get competitive advantage,which has exerted significant negative impact on consumer decision-making and competitor operation, and is the main reason for legalization against such phenomenon. However, manual deletion of negative comments pose challenges to the anti-unfair competition law in respects like the determination of the offence and the subject of offence, and legal liability involved. Therefore, justification of such behaviors must be measured from various aspects; the subject of liability must be clarified, and enhanced legal liability must be applied in order to achieve effective regulation against manual deletion of negative comments and maintain normal competition order.
