The Study of Performance Optimization of Sinopec's Overseas Crude Oil Supply Chain——An Inner-benchmark Analysis Approach

After verifying the applicability of inner-benchmark analysis to the performance optimization of Sinopec's overseas crude oil supply chain, we analyzed evaluating indices and divided them into two categories: purchasing quantity of crude oil and coordination & cooperation. According to inner-benchmark analysis, the optimization will be achieved when Sinopec's crude oil import is equally divided among every country or district in the supply chain, and the company maintains good cooperative relationship with them. Therefore,major increase in crude oil import should be from Asia Pacific,South & Central America and Russia while moderate increase from Africa,and the Asia Pacific crude oil exporter countries should be the major aim for relations improvement and efforts also need to be made to improve relations with Africa and South & Central America.

In the new era of significantly adjusting the development strategy of oil and gas in our country, therefore traditionally trained professionals who are in the convergence can' t meet the multiple needs of our country and society. According to the Outline of China's National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development, the political guidance of popular entrepreneurship and innovation, and the students' talents and pursuits, we carried out the reform and construction of the system of talent training in petroleum engineering. Aiming to cultivate “core ability” in international, innovative and extraordinary engineering talents,we highlight the spirit and culture of petroleum industry in engineer training,build a dynamically operating mechanism and a teaching platform for the training of those three types of talents. With good results achieved, we hope to provide reference for other engineering universities.

Targeted poverty alleviation is an important strategic deployment of the Party and state. Since the targeted task was conducted in 2013, China's poverty alleviation project has achieved remarkable results and generated a batch of academic research achievements. By using Citespace, we have analyzed the publishing time, author, key words and other aspects of poverty alleviation-related research papers between 2013–2016 in CNKI database. And by analyzing related mapping knowledge domain, we tease out hotspot, change rule and development trend of researches on targeted poverty alleviation in recent years. The study found that there is a growth of poverty alleviation-related literatures between 2013–2016, and a shift of research focus. The focus has shifted from the initial research on theory and policy of poverty alleviation towards possible approaches to implementing targeted poverty alleviation, inspecting its effectiveness, to helping poverty-alleviated farmers to achieve sustainable development and to building sound and steady long-term mechanism of poverty alleviation.

Enterprises take the major responsibility for environmental pollution. Mining enterprises have severely polluted the ecological environment during the production. Aiming at the problems of environmental accounting information disclosure, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of environment accounting information disclosure in mining industry with XY company as example, and find out that the disclosure of environmental accounting information in mining industry needs to be regulated. Therefore,methods of regulating environmental accounting information disclosure in the mining industry are suggested: contents and methods of information disclosure must be regulated;accounting personnel must be trained on environmental accounting and the information disclosure system must be improved; laws and regulations on environmental accounting information disclosure must be improved;and independent environment reports or third party assessment should be included. We hope this paper can contribute to further studies on the disclosure of environmental accounting information and help to improve the system of the environmental accounting information disclosure of mining industry in China.

Feng Qi's creative application of his philosophical methodology highlights five aspects: studying the history of Chinese philosophy with Marxist philosophical methodology, interpreting the characteristics of Chinese traditional philosophy by broad epistemology, reconstructing metaphysics by using dialectical logic, constructing the philosophical system of ”intellectualist theory” with comprehensive innovative method, and inheriting the way of Chinese philosophical discourse by means of transforming and recreating. In his study of the history of Chinese philosophy,Feng Qi worked hard to overcome the “leftist” and metaphysical tendency and made a major breakthrough in his approach to Marxist philosophy. Feng Qi interpreted China's traditional philosophy with a broad epistemology, explained the general characteristics of its “interaction between heaven and man”, deepened his understanding of traditional Chinese philosophy,and also provided a new approach to the study of Chinese philosophy. Feng Qi made a systematic,in-depth and scientific explanation of the mechanism of ”Transferring Knowledge into Wisdom” by using dialectical logic. Feng Qi's ability to correctly understand the dialectics of finiteness and infinity is the key to his successful testifying and reconstructing metaphysics.

As an Internet articulation method, farmers' network-protest is ubiquitous in the mode of cyberpolitics. This paper obtains research data through case analysis and keyword research,and summarizes three transformations of farmers'resistance through data analysis. They are the increase of online resistance cases, more intense requirement for accountability tracing and stronger emotional appeals for solution of problems. To reduce farmers' network resistance and its intensity, it is necessary to follow the principle of “rule by law” and to focus on solving the problems in real life. Reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward a number of important requirements on strengthening grassroots construction, which include how to get fundamental solution to villagers'and village cadres'behaviors that “step on but never cross the line” within the framework of “rule by law”, how to completely solve the problem of grassroots governments' failure to respond to villagers' demands in time, and how to distinguish truth from the rumors about grass-roots cadres the villagers make as a strategy of demand expression and so on.

Risk society is a new type of social theory which is different from that of the pre-industrial society. The arrival of a risk society will inevitably bring an impact on criminal legislation. Currently,with the safety of civil aviation as the first priority, it has become a more severe challenge to balance civil aviation security and individual freedom in the risk society. Prevention of aviation crime should not differ from traditional criminal law in the risk society. Overemphasis on the disadvantages of the risk society will naturally bring about a stand of strict punishment and deterrence. The purpose of criminal law is to prevent crime. Aviation crime is no different from the other crime and this purpose also applies to the treatment of aviation crime. It should not be considered as a completely new field and the criminal behavior needs to be treated with tougher punishment. Aviation crimes are within the scope of traditional criminal law in the current risk society.

Plant metaphors had been used in Shakespeare's sonnets to express abstract and obscure emotions.The Book of Songs·Guofeng also contains numerous plant metaphors which were used to vividly describe the poets' emotional world. Metaphor is cognitive in native and it is a way of thinking which is expressed by language. From cognitive aspect, this paper classifies plant metaphors of Shakespeare's sonnets and The Book of Songs·Guofeng into three categories: “love flower” metaphors, “weed” metaphors and particular metaphors of each work, then it analyses the different map of source domain and target domain of plant metaphors between China and the West and explore reasons. Study finds that though plant metaphors of the two works possess differences, they still own common implications, which could produce metaphorical coherence. Besides, human's body experience (the order of recognize things and features of body recognition) are similar, therefore, authors at home and abroad could understand each other's' poetic meaning at some degree.

Networking has become a lifestyle for the college students. But because of its dual nature, the negative effects of network media on social life are inevitable, which makes it imperative to guide university students to adapt to the society with network media. In the new era, the education of college students' media literacy must focus on three aspects. Firstly, the alienation of college students' network behavior has resulted in the loss of their social identity and in the fragmentation of their personalities. Secondly, the lack of network behavior constraint mechanism has impinged on the building of their moral standards. Thirdly,the negative external effects of the network media are eroding college students'physical and mental health. To strengthen education of college students' network literacy, we must establish a multidimensional education model with focus on cultivating college students' network ethics and sense of responsibility and a rational attitude towards network using. Educators must also promote their network literacy so that they can play a competent role in college students' media literacy education. To ensure the effect of media literacy education, it is necessary to optimize network ecology and reduce the risk of negative impact of network environment on media literacy education
