Russian Strategy for Oil and Natural Gas Exporting Against US Shale Revolution

Since 2008, US oil and gas output has risen dramatically as the result of the Shale Revolution and has become less dependent on oil and gas import. On the other hand, Russian oil and gas export to the European market keeps dropping as the result of its shrinking output. The US shale gas booming has caused the drop in Russian oil and gas output and exporting price, and has weakened Russia's geopolitical influence. To get rid of the political and economic difficulties it faced,Russia adjusted its Europe-oriented oil and gas exporting strategy and took measures to increase its share in Asian-Pacific market. Russia's adjustment to its oil and gas exporting strategy tends to last long in the context of Trump administration's emphasis on energy.

The gradual progress of China's population strategy calls for innovation in the concept, method and technology of family planning work service, and the promotion of the professional capacity of population promotion personnel. However, their core competence and core competitiveness are inadequate. We suggest that the innovation be based on the framework of "concepts, knowledge and technology". By consolidating professional concepts on health and prevention first, gender equality, reproductive rights, quality prenatal and postnatal care, and healthy nurturing, the population promotion personnel can strengthen their knowledge on maternal and child health care, health promotion, family services, holistic growth, population health, population development, so that they can carry out their duty in health education, health guidance and management, parental education and support,and resources integration. Such efforts will enhance the core competence and core competitiveness of the population promotion personnel through the institutionalization and professionalization and specialization strategies.

Taking A-share companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges as examples of this study,we apply correlation analysis and regression analysis to accounting information reliability study. With account-tax divergence after eliminating accrued profit as the measurement for corporate tax avoidance, and with earnings aggressiveness as measurement for accounting information reliability,we analyze the relation between corporate tax avoidance and accounting information reliability,and we find out that corporate tax avoidance is negatively related to accounting information reliability. We then further analyze the correlation among board leadership, corporate tax avoidance and accounting information reliability, and we find out that negative effect of corporate tax avoidance on accounting information reliability mainly occur in companies without board leadership duality. The findings provide reference for improvement of corporate management and accounting information reliability.

The 18th and 19th CPC National Congress have pointed out that the ecological civilization construction contributes to contemporary times and brings benefits for future generations. The 19th CPC National Congress further pointed out that ecological civilization construction must be led by the government, with society cooperation, public participation and legal guarantee. The introduction of Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Protection provides a strong institutional guarantee for public participation in environmental protection, but the degree of public participation is related to many factors. In encouraging the public to participate in the construction of ecological civilization, the government can make use of the new media as a consultation platform, improving the response ability of the new media, so as to provide protection for the public participation in the construction of ecological civilization;the public can take advantage of the interactive new media platform to further enhance its ecological awareness and to protect the ecological environment;the environmental protection organizations can promote the growth of NGO with the help of new media.

As the socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, historic changes have happened in major social concerns and ecological development in China. Analyzing the ecological opinions of Das Kapital, we find that the nature of capital logic is the root of ecological problems,which leads to a material circulation fault between human society and the natural world, and the contradiction between capital logic and ecological logic cannot be truly reconciled under the capitalist social system:the emerging of capitals generates the environmental issues within capitalist countries, the expansion of capitals leads to global colonialism and ecological problems, and capital hegemony ecological imperialism at the contemporary time. Seen from the angle of the socialism with Chinese characteristics at present,Das Kapital's ecological significance in this new era can be summarized as follows. Firstly, the state government should strengthen regulations on ecological environment and improve the protective system to ensure a beautiful environment. Secondly, it is essential to pursue a pollution-free development, in which man and nature coexist in harmony. Finally, environmental justice must be established for a beautiful environment.

The subject-oriented knowledge system and the problem-solving teaching model prevent the students from playing an active role as knowledge constructors. In the teaching practice of Engineering Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer, we combine the interactive-heuristic teaching model and two research-orientated teaching modes according to the curriculum requirements of each chapter of the text book. Students are encouraged to think independently and actively and to explore the latest development in scientific and technological frontiers in related research fields through autonomous and exploratory learning, to analyze and solve practical engineering problems, and to put forward innovative ideas. With the mechanism of affective education,interest actuation and scientific evaluation,this combined teaching model has fully exerted students' active role and has improved their higher order thinking. Besides, this mode has played a positive role in the training of students' self-cognition, self-affirmation and self-motivation.

Crowdfunding education aims at virtual restructuring of educational resources, cross-regional education coordination, and knowledge value added through providing and improving sharing of educational resources. Due to its originality, flexibility, interactivity and sharing, crowdfunding education is highly corresponding to the reform of selective courses of aesthetics in universities. The reform can be carried out by means of on-campus simulated crowdfunding, intraregional sharing of course resources,and improving of educational resources sharing platform. The new online-offline interaction model can serve as an approach to the educational reform difficulties.

National defense education in schools is the important foundation of national defense education for citizens, which must be carried out under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thoughts on national defense education and that of the national strategy of civil-military integration. School national defense education requires the involvement of various social resources. A civilmilitary integrated national defense education can be done through cooperation and interaction among regional association of school national defense education,education or outward bound training companies, militia and reserve army,college courses, and new mass media. All these of social resources are encouraged to take part in national defence education under guidance and supervision.

An Analysis of Circum-construction of “you X mei X” in Modern Chinese

The "you X mei X" construction is a typical circum-construction in modern Chinese. Through form and semantic analysis, this paper intends to distinguish the common and uncommon usage of this construction and finds out that the major distinction is whether this construction is used for objective description or for subjective judgement. And by analyzing the different syntactic functions,the author also explores the common feature and differences of all types of "you x mei x" construction in modern Chinese:"you NP mei NP", "you VP mei VP", "you yi Q mei yi Q", and "you de mei de". At the same time, the interpretation of the difference between the metaphorical and descriptive semantic features is the key to the distinction between regular and unconventional usage of "you X mei X".
