China's Natural Gas Industry Prosperity Indexes are a set of indexes issued quarterly by Southwest Petroleum University since the first quarter of 2016. The Natural Gas Industry Prosperity Indexes cover 5 second level indexes(macroeconomic indexes, natural gas industry expert indexes, natural gas import indexes, natural gas production indexes and natural gas sales indexes)and 23 third level indexes. And the Indexes of Natural Industry Prospect in the coming year is issued too.The Natural Gas Industry Prosperity Indexes have been on the rise in recent years, which is an objective reflection of the real performance of natural gas industry in China:investment in the natural gas industry has kept increasing for years, natural gas production and sales have risen steadily, China's dependence on overseas natural gas has slowed down, natural gas demand and supply is approaching a balance,and natural gas industry is quickening its marketization reform. The present paper intends to analyze the fluctuation of China's Natural Gas Industry Prosperity Indexes in 2019, and explore the inner driving forces for the continuous rise of natural gas industry prosperity.

Petroleum spirit,a combination of patriotism,entrepreneurship,factualism,and dedication,is the heirloom of new China's petroleum industry and an important part of the national spirit of China. Integrating petroleum spirit into the ideological and political education of petroleum universities will benefit both the students and the petroleum industry. However,there exist difficulties and challenges in the process of the integration. Therefore,in order to integrate petroleum spirit into the ideological and political education of petroleum universities, we must do the following three things:to build an "Ideological and Political Courses"+"Ideological and Political Education in Courses" teaching system of ideological and political theory to enhance students' understanding of petroleum spirit;to build an "industry"+"culture" teaching system of petroleum culture to enhance students' acceptance of petroleum spirit; to improve the "online"+"offline" teaching mode to improve the students' practice of petroleum spirit.

With China stepping into the stage of new economy, there arises an urgent need to regulate the activities of listed companies and audit organizations. Auditors in the accounting firms may issue inappropriate audit opinions when carrying out their audit tasks for listed companies due to the listed company's fraudulent practices, which leads to audit failures and loss of social resources. In order to analyze the reasons for audit failure, we must define the responsibilities of the listed companies, the auditors and the market surroundings. By exploring the theory foundation of audit failures, we found the key factor that leads to audit failure is the incomplete contracts, which result in conflict between private and public interests and imbalanced responsibility allocation. An analysis of the decision making process of the listed companies and the audit personnel, reveals that the failure in the auditing is closely related to cognitive abilities of the personnel concerned and the social surroundings. We suggest preventing audit failure by improving listed company's internal governance structure and internal control system and enhancing auditor's abilities and moral of professional performance, and by enhancing supervision over listed companies and the accounting firms.

The level of touristization is an important criterion for studying and measuring the development of regional tourism industry, and the connotation of touristization is the core issue in the measurement of touristization level. In order to make further researches on the level of touristization, based on the perspective of geography, this article selects 11 factors from three aspects:tourism resource endowment, tourism infrastructure, and tourism market driver, and expounds the connotation of "touristization" from the perspective of the tourism system. We construct an evaluation index system of touristization level, and analyze the touristization level of Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2017 using GIS method. The research shows that the overall level of touristization in Sichuan Province has been increasing year by year, and the development level of touristization in Chengdu has obvious advantages. Spatially, the development level of touristization is high in the north central region of Sichuan,low in the eastern region,and the central and southern regions is characterized by uneven development. The endowment of tourism resources, transportation infrastructure, economic development level, and the implementation of local policies are important factors in the difference in the level of tourism. The findings have practical significance for promoting the development of tourism in Sichuan Province.

Sense of fulfillment is an important concept that reflects the value orientation of the Communist Party of China in governing the country. The academic circle has developed a profound understanding of the theoretical and social bases of this concept. Research achievements have been made on the basic connotation, value orientation and significance of this concept, on problems of and solutions to the implementation of this concept and on research methods. There is no concept in the same sense in foreign countries but there are researches in various disciplines on "sense of fulfillment". However, problems still exist in domestic researches, such as incomplete understanding of the role of people's subjectivity, inadequate researches on the intermediate link and the individual differences of the sense of fulfillment, lack of researches on the enhancement the sense of fulfillment from the perspective of educational care, and lack of holistic researches on the philosophical dimension of the concept of sense of fulfillment.

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, Xi Jinping has issued a series of addresses emphasizing strict governance over the Party, and a series of measures has been adopted to strengthen anti-corruption education and to improve the culture of clean government, forming a system of methods of improving the culture of clean government:applying social system analysis methods to strengthening the overall deployment; applying the research methods of social subjects to establishing the fundamental principles; applying social contradiction research methods to resolving specific problems that arise; applying process research methods to strengthening the management of party members and cadres;evaluating the results of strengthening party style and clean government with people's interests as the highest standard of social evaluation; and adhering to guiding the practice with theory. These methods have played an extremely important role in strengthening the building of the party's work style and clean government, and have opened up new horizons for party building.

The local legislation of anti-unfair competition formulated in the 1990s failed to keep pace with the present development of market economy as it falls behind in the definition of the basic function,regulations on market behaviors and the setting of liability terms. Local legislation against unfair competition in China must be perfected aiming to "protect competition, restrict the market,and to promote market efficiency" so as to maintain its professionalism,independence and its legal protection of multi-rights. The function of local legislation in "furthering the regulations of the upper-level law with local features" should be exerted to optimized the terms of conduct and liability clauses,so that local legislation against unfair competition can achieve its proper goal.

The bankruptcy system is currently the institutional guarantee for the legal and efficient exit of market entities in China. In order to improve China's bankruptcy judicial capabilities and optimize the business environment, we analyze the bankruptcy judicial capacity indexes data in Doing Business issued by the World Bank and clarify the deficiencies of China's bankruptcy system in comparison with other countries' bankruptcy systems. We find that it takes longer time and higher expenses for liquidation or resolving insolvency and the recovery rate is low. We propose that China take lessons from other countries and areas in legislation, legal procedures and practice by establishing personal bankruptcy law, simplifying bankruptcy procedures, and by establishing bankruptcy courts. And to improve the implementation of bankruptcy cases, we suggest granting the implementation courts the authorization to initiate bankruptcy procedures so as to lower the cost of judiciary bankruptcy.

Although great progress has been made in the quantity and quality of social work education in China, social work students still lack a sense of professional belonging. Based on the personal history analysis of social work professional education, it is found that writing therapy can be a feasible choice of value education for social work professional education in that it can contribute to the promotion of personal and professional identity in social work education. Through writing therapy, social work students will be inspired in professional ambition, team work, executive force and sense of self-fulfillment, which finally internalize professional social work values with increased self-recognition,sense of belonging and professional identity. Based on this, this paper constructs the principles, procedures and methods of writing therapy application in social work value education, so as to promote the establishment of social work education system with Chinese characteristics.

In the Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844, the four rules of labor alienation revealed by Marx are the logical representations of the alienation of capitalist society in the labor process. Marx identifies alienated labor with private property, and uncovers the nature of material as private property. What lies under the alienation of labor is the capitalist production relations and class relations, and sublating alienated labor is sublating private property and breaking the capitalist system. Marx's analysis of the inherent logical relationship between alienated labor and private property is fundamentally aimed at finding ways to discard alienation of people and labor. In the "1844 Manuscripts", the sublation of alienated labor and the return of human essence and the decline of private property has a common direction. It is through the annihilation of private property and the demise of the private ownership that man completely eliminated the factors that confine him and got complete liberation.
