摘要: LGV型无格木质素磺酸盐降拈剂研制时,选用甲醛( HCHO)用作交联剂,但对HCHO的交联作用及其用量与LGV产物性能之间的关系尚缺乏充分认识。本文借助红外光谱吸收分析、扫描电镜观察探讨了HCH)的交联作用,并就HCHO用量与LGV产物平均分子量、吸附性能、水化耐盐性能及降粘性能的关系进行了较详细的考察。研究结果表明:在本实验条件下,引入的HCHO具有交联作用:主要是通过影响 LGV产物的平均分子量大小进而影响其吸附、水化、降拈等性能。由此说明了LGV型降拈剂合成时引入HCHo的必要性及其用量的合理性。

Abstract:

HCHO was introduced as the cross一linking agent when LGV type chrome-
free lignosulfonate thinner was synthesized.The cross一linking function of
HCHO,the relationship among the dosage of HCHO and the intrinsic vis-
cosity,the adsorption,salt-resistant and the thinning properties of LG V
sample were examined by means of infrared spectroscopy, scanning elec-
tronic microscopy,viscosity, precipitate,adsorption and mud experiments.
The results showed that HCHO had the crosslinking function and affected
the adsorption,hydration and thinning properties of LG V sample by ma-
inly affecting the average molecular weight.Therefore,it is necessary to
control and adjust the dosage of HCHO.
