水平井弯曲井段套管径向变形计算

摘要:

采用有限元三维管网单元和三维板壳单元分析方法,建立了水平井弯曲井段套管柱径向变形问题的求解分析模型,模型考虑了轴向载荷对套管径向变形的影响,为水平井弯曲井段套管柱设计提供了新的理论依据。论文以水平井中弯曲井段常用的244.47 mm套管为计算实例,对套管柱在水平井弯曲井段中可能存在的三种工况:套管上未装扶正器套管与井壁连续接触、套管上装有扶正器套管有效居中、套管上装有扶正器两扶正器之间套管与井壁有点接触的套管柱径向变形量进行了数值分析。分析计算结果已用于克拉玛依油田具有较高造斜率水平井中244.47mm的套管柱设计。

Abstract:

A model that is used to casing radial deformation of horizontal well by finite element analysis method of 3D pipeline and 3D shell .The axial load effect to casing radial deformation provide is considered a new academic bases for curve hole casing designing. Diameter 244. 47 mm casing is taken as a case, casing radial to three kinds of conditions in curve secession: no stabilizer calculated, and casing string contacts hole; with stabilizers, and casing string stays in the center; between stabilizers casing string contacts hole occasionally. The results have been used to 244.47 mm casing design of high curve horizontal well in the Kelamayi oil field.
