摘要:

长输油气管线由于腐蚀所引起的管壁缺陷,是油气管线正常运行的一大隐患。针对管壁上的轴向缺陷,用有限元法对其进行分析计算,给出了管壁轴向缺陷处的应力分布规律,并研究了缺陷长度、宽度和剩余壁厚对应力的影响。同时拟合了缺陷处应力的计算公式,为工程技术人员的设计计算,以及现场管道安全运营动态管理提供了依据。

Abstract:

Flaws on the long distance oil-pipe are one of the invisible big problems which will result in abnormal work. With the finite element method, the longitudinal flaws on pipe wall were analyzed in this paper, the distribution rule of stress at the flaw was obtained, and the influence of the length, width and thickness of the wall on the stress was analyzed. The results can be used to the design and safety management of the pipe.
