It has been a fine tradition of the Communist Party of China in rural work for many years to send task forces to rural
areas. The assistance of cadres in villages is not only a valuable experience in targeted poverty alleviation, but also an important measure to implement the rural revitalization strategy. In order to summarize the experience of cadres' poverty alleviation in villages and understand the current situation and problems of cadres' assistance in villages during the cohesion period between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,a field survey was conducted in Yunlong County. The survey found that Yunlong County cadres'assistance in the village has made remarkable achievements and farmers' satisfaction is high, but there are also some problems, such as inaccurate selection of cadres in the village, unbalanced assistance effects, formalization of work, insufficient stimulation for rural endogenous power, weak links in the construction of grass-roots organizations in addition to inadequate guarantee and incentive for cadres in the village. It is proposed to further improve the village working team system and establish and consummate a long-term mechanism of cadres' assistance in the village.

lives, reflecting human's appeals for the existence and development of their own lives and living organisms, and is the psychological activities and ideal coping strategies of human beings facing various realistic challenges. In term of essence, funeral culture does not have a scientific attribute or scientific spirit at all. But it can,to a large extent, alleviate the serious psychological anxiety about the real survival and development caused by the limitations of cognition and ability, and reflect the cognitive status and level of human beings about the factors affecting the existence and development of living organisms from one side. The attitude and behavior of facing the death and settling the deceased solemnly are not only the emotional memorial to the deceased, but also to make the living live more safely and beautifully.

The dormitory of college students is a tiny space that integrates education, life and sociality. There are individual rights,
at the same time, and space public power composed of the extension of dormitory members'delivered value and the public power of college inside the dormitory. Because of "majority decisions" in violence, differences in family capital, and fuzzy educational administration, there are certain conflicts between individual rights and public power in the internal space of the dormitory. Colleges and universities should strive to build a fair and harmonious operating mechanism of dormitory public power, create a community of dormitory space development and attach importance to the education and management of dormitory space. So it promotes the balance of personal rights and public power of students' dormitories, and make dormitory public power transfer to the external impetus for guiding and promoting students' growth and accomplishment. Finally, universities will make the college dormitory become an important space for the three-dimensional education of colleges and universities, and promote the modernization of the governance system and governance capabilities of colleges and universities.

Cultivating civilized rural style can provide guarantee for rural revitalization. The survey shows that the pilot work of rural
revitalization in village Z of prefecture A in Western Yunnan has been effective in strengthening the construction of cultural positions,
transforming customs and inheriting national characteristic culture which has improved the level of rural civilization. However, there
are still some restrictive factors, such as the low mainstream values recognition of some farmers, the limited effectiveness of public
culture supply, and the insufficient support of rural cultural talents. We must enhance the "soft power" of rural development by
strengthening the leading function of socialist core values, improving the level of public cultural services, tapping the endogenous

The U.S. has been frequently conducting countervailing duty investigations towards Chinese companies since its first
launch in 2006,which has become one of the major controversies in Sino-American economic and trade relations. The American
Innovation and Competition Act under consideration is keenly targeted at China, with the Strategic Competition Act of 2021 closely
reflecting the U.S. economic and trade policy toward China, which accuses China of subsidy policies and requires the U.S. government
to take tough measures. The relatively robust American countervailing legal system and recent legislation pose new challenges to
Chinese subsidy issues:first, the number of countervailing investigations against China will continue to increase;second,
countervailing investigations against China will be more focused on Chinese advantaged industries such as metal industries;third,
countervailing investigations and anti-dumping investigations will continue to be conducted on a large scale;fourth, countervailing
investigations initiated by the U.S. will affect other countries. Not only politics and economy but also the countervailing system itself
are accountable for these trends and challenges. In this regard,China should take the following measures to actively respond:first,
to adjust and consummate the current subsidy policy;second,to take appropriate countermeasures at the appropriate time;third,to
promote the construction of new international subsidy rules.

Yi Mouxun, the sixth king of Nanzhao Empire, historically met Cui Zuoshi, governor of Jiannan and Xichuan, at the foot of Dian Cangshan, summoning the Three Lords of Heaven, Earth and Water along with numerous deities of mountains and rivers to testify Nanzhao's submission to Tang's central government. The meeting ceremony and the summoning of the Three Lords of Heaven, Earth and Water were hence taken as the evidence of Taoism spread in Nanzhao territory. However, historic records show that the ceremony might not have applied the "Three Officer Calligraphy " in early Taoist rituals, but the traditional rites of the early state religion of Nanzhao-Shamanism. And the deities in might not necessarily are the so-called Taoist Three Lords of Heaven, Earth and Water, but the ethnic deities widely believed by Nanzhao's popular religions. To clarify the mystery, the paper reassesses the three teachings or religions mentioned in Nanzhao Dehuabei, proving the three teachings to be Shamanism, Buddhism and Confucianism, instead of traditional Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism.

Objective: To detect the expression of thyroid transcription factor-1(TTF-1) in normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma, and analyze the relationship between the TTF-1 expression and the clinical manifestation of carcinoma. Methods: The expression of TTF-1 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 11 specimens of regular endometrium, 17 specimens of endometrial hyperplasia, and 45 cases of endometrial carcinoma, and statistical analysis was performed combined with clinical data. Results:The positive rates of TTF-1 in normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma were 45%, 35% and 16%, respectively. Compared with normal endometrium, the positive rate of TTF-1 in endometrial carcinoma was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of TTF-1 between type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma. Compared with highly-differentiated endometrial carcinoma, TTF-1 expression was significantly up-regulated in moderately- and poorly- differentiated endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05). The expression of TTF-1 in endometrial carcinoma was not correlated with the patient's nationality, age, clinicopathologic stage, depth of tumor invasion, and metastasis. Conclusion: TTF-1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of some endometrial carcinoma.

    Abstract212)      PDF (5929KB)(25)    Save
Objective: To explore the protective effect of water-soluble propolis on easing the ulcerative colitis(UC) aggravated by alcohol and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 40 SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, the UC group, the UC+alcohol group, the UC+alcohol+propolis group and the UC+alcohol+mesalazine group. Except for the control group, the UC disease models were established by drinking dextran sodium sulfate(DSS) freely in other groups. Disease activity index(DAI) score, histological score(HS), colon length measurement, colon quality measurement were performed on rats in each group, and the levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6、 IL-17、TNF -?琢 and anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 in colon tissue were detected by ELISA. Results: UC rat model was successfully established by DSS. Compared with the UC group, the colon injury degree of the UC+alcohol group was enhanced, HS was significantly increased(P<0.01), the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the level of anti-inflammatory cytokine was significantly reduced(P<0.01); compared with the UC+alcohol group, the degree of colon injury in the UC+alcohol+propolis group and the UC+alcohol+mesalazine group were improved, HS was reduced(P<0.05), the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines were reduced, and the level of anti-inflammatory cytokine was increased(P<0.01). Conclusion: Alcohol accelerates inflammatory responses in the gut and makes UC worse. Water-soluble propolis can reduce the level of pro-inflammatory cytokines in colon tissues, and increase the level of anti-inflammatory cytokines, thereby alleviating the injury of UC aggravated by alcohol and reducing the inflammation of the colon.

    Abstract181)      PDF (5908KB)(26)    Save
Dai Buddhist temple education is a traditional educational method of the Dai nationality, which plays an important role in the inheritance of the Dai ethnic culture and the shaping of the ethnic spirit. And the development of the ethnic culture of the Dai nationality in the border areas is related to the national cultural security. In the past, the research on Dai culture focused on the culture of Theravada Buddhism, the education of the Dai ethnic group, and the cultural security of the southwestern frontier. They mostly involved religious infiltration, and these social phenomena did not exist in isolation, but had an internal logical connection. The education of Theravada Buddhism connects the three organically through its own bridging function, forming a unity of Dai culture with Theravada Buddhism culture as the core. In recent years, the rapid development of society, economy and culture in the Xishuangbanna area of Yunnan has led to the secularization of Dai Buddhist temple education. The development of Buddhist temple education has shown the characteristics of separation from secular education, de-transcendence (disenchantment), and privatization, deconstructing the Dai people traditional concept, providing an opportunity for the entry of other cultural elements, thereby affecting the cultural security of the Dai area in the southwestern frontier.

In mid-late Ming Dynasty when Wang Yangming's theory of mind was prevalent Li Yuanyang a Bai scholar born in Dali Yunnan claimed to be a disciple of Wang Yangming's school and believed in his theory firmly. Therefore he often communicated with Wang's disciples to learn from each otherno matter when he worked as a government official orreturned to his hometown to be a lecturer after retirement. He also insisted on interpreting Wang's theory through letters and articles. Of particular importance to his achievements however was the break-through on Wang's theory and proposed his ontology of human nature which were borrowed from the thoughts of Buddhism and Taoism and inherited the multiple interpretations of human nature. The process fromhis pure absorption interpretation to theoretical breakthroughof Wang's theory seems to reflect the history of the spread of mind theory in ethnic areas.

The great historical changes constitute a strong motivation for the reform of the UN Security Council. Through the
historical investigation,it is found that the reform of the Security Council has strong impetus on the surface while different intrinsic
motivations and directions of development. In order to break the "old routine",the reform of the Security Council has been taking a
fascinating tug-of-war,which has become the "new normal" of in-depth game among all parties. The final goal of Security Council
reform is to maintain world peace and development, not to satisfy and balance the interests and power distribution of member states.
Failing to uphold the concept of the community of humanity,a few countries have not used the veto power of the sanctions resolution
correctly and have deviated from the spirit of the United Nations Charter, which resulted in the weakened implementation of the
resolution and impaired authority of the Security Council. Reform should be focused on how to better meet the challenges and threats
facing the international community and improve the overall program from the top-level design perspective. Therefore,China should
grasp the development direction of the expansion of the Security Council, adopt correct countermeasures in the power competition of
the Security Council reform, and contribute Chinese wisdom to build a community of shared future for mankind.
