Building Dali into historical and cultural city and an international tourism city worthy of the name, and creating a worldclass
cultural and tourism industry is an important path to realize the high-end, high-quality and internationalization of Dali's culture
and tourism. Based on the investigation of the current situation of "integration of culture and tourism" in Dali Prefecture, it is found that Dali Prefecture is rich in tourism resources and has profound historical heritage, but it is now facing a problem of single-point concentration, multi-point dispersion and integration without full fusion. Dali should coordinate cultural undertakings, cultural
industries and tourism industry with the concept of "integration of culture and tourism". It should also play the leading role of the
government, strengthen the cultivation of cultural and tourism talents, strengthen the publicity of news media and give play to its
geographical advantages to promote the high-quality development of "integration of culture and tourism" in Dali.

As one of the earliest and most complete ancient local works of materia medica in China Materia Medica of South YunnanDian Nan Ben Cao has great value in the field of translation research. Different from other classics of traditional Chinese medicine Materia Medica of South Yunnan repeatedly presents various kinds of exaggerated descriptions to emphasize the efficacy of herbal medicine. The Taoist cultural hyperbole and imaginary number hyperbole as the representative patterns of hyperbole in this work are taken as the research objects for English translation analysis. The strategy of transplanting reconstructing and flexibly reproducing the hyperbole rhetoric is fully applied to make proper compensation for the cultural absence behind the hyperbole while highlighting the hyperbole effect. It would be of great practical significance for enriching the translation theory of traditional Chinese medical classics spreading the knowledge and culture of Yunnan traditional medicine and constructing the discourse system of traditional Chinese medicine.

An analysis of The historical narrative of "Du Guangting's Sojourn in Nanzhao" reveals that this narrative was formed
through the renowned Tang Daoist figure Du Guangting by constructing, grafting, and appropriation. During the Nanzhao period, this
narrative served as a discouerse text through which Nanzhao sought to construct an identity aligned with Tang Dynasty, while also
functioning as a tool for internal ideological governance. Subsequently, this narrative underwent continuous "layered accumulation",
eventually forming a localized discourse. The narrative gradually evolved into a form of Benzhu worship, which has been preserved and
continues to exert influence to now. Du Guangting Benzhu worship represents a vibrant local historical narrative, embodying a historical
microcosm of how local ruler and local people actively aligned themselves with central monarchy and central plains culture. It stands as
a testament to forging of a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.

Masks-Wearing Face Recognition System Based on RetinaFace and FaceNet Algorithms
Pei Yi, Liu Guangyu, Lei Yuanbin, Zhang Jilei, Chen Bobo, Zhao Hongyi, Zhao Enming
    Journal of Dali University    2024, 9 (12): 51-57.
    Abstract150)      PDF (2207KB)(8)    Save
During the epidemic outbreak, wearing masks has become an important public epidemic prevention measure. However, masks will lead to a reduction in recognition accuracy and a slowdown in detection speed of image-based face recognition systems. This study designs a masks-wearing face recognition system based on RetinaFace and FaceNet algorithms. First, the RetinaFace algorithm
is used to train the RetinaFace model to realize the face key point positioning function. Secondly, the FaceNet algorithm is used to train
the FaceNet model to extract the face feature vector and build a feature database. Finally, by comparing a Euclidean distance between
the facial feature vector to be recognized and the vectors in the database, the recognition result is output. The experimental results show that the recognition speed of the system after RKNN model conversion exceeds 25 f/s. On the dataset Mask-LFW, when the Euclidean distance threshold between feature vectors is set to 1.01, the ACC is up to 93.78%, and the AUC is 91.03%. The system meets realtime requirements and has high detection accuracy, which can be used in laboratories, company offices, factories and some public places.
