Changes in Color and Chemical Components during the Aging Process of Artemisia argyi Leaves
Yang Dandan, Huang Haozhou, , Bao Xiaoming, Yang Ming, Zhang Dingkun,
    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (8): 1-10.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2025. 08. 001
    Abstract109)      PDF (1700KB)(39)    Save
Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes in color, volatile and non-volatile components of Artemisia argyi leaves
during natural aging, and clarify the mechanism of chemical component transformation, providing a scientific basis for quality
evaluation and optimization of the aging process. Methods: A. argyi leaves of different aging years were used as the research object.
The color change was characterized by measuring the color parameters using a colorimeter. The volatile oil of A. argyi leaves was
extracted by steam distillation and the yield was calculated.Gas chromatogram-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) combined with orthogonal
partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) was applied to analyze the composition and differences of volatile components.
High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to quantify five non-volatile components, including neochlorogenic acid
and chlorogenic acid. Results: With the prolongation of aging time, the color of A. argyi leaves gradually shifted from green to
yellowish-brown, and the volatile oil yield significantly decreased. GC-MS identified 92 volatile components, among which alkenes
and alcohols were the major components. OPLS-DA screened out 20 differential components, with contents of borneol, methyl eugenol,
p-cymen-8-ol, dihydrocarvone, and α-thujone increasing significantly. For non-volatile components, phenolic acids degraded faster
than flavonoids. Conclusion: The aging of A. argyi leaves is driven by the synergistic effects of volatile component transformation, nonvolatile
component degradation, and physicochemical changes. The formation of compounds like borneol reveals the complexity of
chemical conversion, while color changes serve as a visual indicator of aging progression. These findings provide a scientific basis for
establishing a quality evaluation system and optimizing the aging process, and offer a modern scientific interpretation of the traditional
concept "the longer the aging, the better the efficacy".

    Abstract104)      PDF (1575KB)(37)    Save
Late 19th to early 20th centuries saw Tengchong booming with merchants and commercial establishments, giving rise to
the renowned "Four Great Merchant Clans": Dong of the East, Dong of the West, Liu of the South, and Deng of the North. Among them, the West Dong Clan (Xidong) stood out with its time-honored heritage, evolving into an eminent family integrating military merit, scholarly farming, and commercial ventures. The clan's history traces back to 1382(the 15th year of the Hongwu reign in the Ming
    Dynasty)
. Ancestor Dong Jiu followed Mu Ying, Marquis of Xiping, to pacify Tengchong. For his outstanding military exploits, he was
conferred the title of Wu Xin General and stationed in Tengchong. The 6th-generation ancestor Dong Xiangshu later moved the family
to today's Dongguan Village, where they settled and thrived. The West Dong Clan excelled not only in self-cultivation and family
governance but also made significant contributions to frontier security. Their success stemmed from two key factors: a family
governance philosophy rooted in Confucian ethics and a deep-seated patriotic spirit.

Due to the population decline of over half raptor species caused by human activities, the decline of raptors has become a
symbol of the global biodiversity crisis, and there is an urgent need to strengthen protection. From September to November 2023, a
fixed-point survey method was used for the first time in the Zhemoshan Area of Dali, Yunnan to investigate and count the species
diversity of raptors during daytime migration and transit, and to study the migration patterns of raptors. During the investigation, a total of 26 species of diurnal raptors belonging to 2 orders and 3 families were recorded, with a total of 3 674 individuals, including 1 413
individuals of uncertain species. In terms of species composition, Pernis ptilorhynchus, Buteo japonicus, Accipiter virgatus, Falco
tinnunculus, and Accipiter nisus are the top five species with the highest number of recorded individuals, accounting for 82.8% of the
total identifiable species. The number of individuals crossing the border in a single day reached its maximum on October 13th,
amounting to 519. Due to some human interference in the current Zhemoshan migration route during autumn, it is urgent for the
government to take management measures to protect it.

Extensive Connotation and Significance of "Second Integration"
    Li Yonggang
    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (5): 1-.
    Abstract73)      PDF (1482KB)(42)    Save
The "second integration" represents a significant theoretical innovation. In his speech at the symposium on cultural inheritance and development, as well as in the Outline for the Study of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, General Secretary Xi Jinping provided authoritative elaborations on this concept, opening up vast intellectual space for scholarly interpretation. The "second integration" carries profound implications: its premise lies in the intrinsic compatibility between Marxism and the fine traditional Chinese culture, while its outcome is the mutual enrichment of the two, culminating in the emergence of a new, organically unified cultural entity. Its importance is reflected in both "breaking" and "establishing." On the one hand, it represents a renewed emancipation of thought; on the other, it reinforces cultural subjectivity. A deeper exploration and interpretation of the "second integration" will enable us to better grasp the essential spirit and core tenets of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.

The Function of FIBCD1 in Proliferation of Human Lung Cancer Cell Line A549
Li Hua, Zhang Min, Fang Peifei, Zhang Yanfei
    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (8): 51-56.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2025. 08. 007
    Abstract72)      PDF (2618KB)(10)    Save
Objective: To explore the role of fibrinogen-related C domain 1 (FIBCD1) in lung cancer. Methods: A FIBCD1-
knockdown A549 lung cancer cell line was constructed using lentivirus-mediated RNA interference. The knockdown efficiency was
validated by quantitative real-time PCR and Western blotting. Cell proliferation was assessed by MTT assay, while cell cycle
distribution and apoptosis were analyzed via flow cytometry. The effects of FIBCD1 knockdown on colony formation and tumor growth
were evaluated using colony formation assay and in vivo xenograft tumor formation assay in nude mice. Results: FIBCD1 knockdown
significantly inhibited A549 cell proliferation, induced G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest, and markedly increased the apoptotic rate.
Colony formation assay further confirmed that FIBCD1 suppression impaired the colony-forming ability of A549 cells. In vivo
experiments showed that FIBCD1 knockdown significantly attenuated tumor growth in nude mice, with reduced tumor weight and in
vivo luminescence intensity compared to the control group. Conclusion: FIBCD1 exerts a role in promoting proliferation and inhibiting
apoptosis in lung cancer cells. Its high expression may be closely associated with tumor growth. Suppression of FIBCD1 significantly
reduces the tumorigenic potential of lung cancer cells, indicating that FIBCD1 holds promise as a potential therapeutic target for lung
    cancer.

    Abstract71)      PDF (2090KB)(18)    Save
Objective: To isolate and identify the pathogen of stem rot in Dendrobium devonianum. Methods: Diseased tissues of D.
devonianum were collected, and the pathogen was isolated and purified using tissue isolation method. Colony morphological
characteristics were observed, Koch's postulates were fulfilled to verify pathogenicity, and the pathogen was identified based on
morphological characteristics combined with phylogenetic tree constructed using rDNA-ITS sequences. Results: Typical symptoms of
stem rot in D. devonianum included water-soaked spots, leaf chlorosis, wilting, and defoliation, ultimately leading to plant death. The
isolated pathogen was identified as Fusarium proliferatum, and the symptoms of artificially inoculated plants were consistent with those
observed in the field. Morphological and molecular analyses showed that strain ZB-84 was highly consistent with F. proliferatum, and
phylogenetic analysis supported its close genetic relationship with this species. Conclusion: This is the first report identifying F.
proliferatum as the pathogen of stem rot in D. devonianum. The findings provide new insights for the development of stem rot control
strategies, and lay a foundation for further studies on the pathogenic mechanism of the pathogen and the development of specific control
    technologies.

A Hybrid Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm Enhanced with Mutation and Metabolism
Li Xuan, Wu Xiaobing, Fang Tingting
    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (6): 18-24.
    Abstract66)      PDF (1693KB)(4)    Save
The conventional ant colony algorithm has certain drawbacks and is highly likely to get trapped in local optima. To enhance the efficiency of the ant colony algorithm, individual ants are ranked according to their differences in optimization capabilities. Then, the metabolism mechanism of organisms is introduced to eliminate some ants with poor capabilities. New and more vigorous individuals are generated through mutation to replace the eliminated ones, thus continuously improving the optimization capability of the entire ant colony. To avoid the premature loss of colony diversity and early convergence, the algorithm's requirements for colony diversity and global optimization-seeking ability are effectively balanced by setting a reasonable elimination rate for the replacement of
old individuals with new ones. The improved ant colony algorithm is applied to the optimization of multi-dimensional functions and
compared with the immune algorithm, the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the conventional ant colony algorithm.
The experimental results demonstrate that the hybrid ant colony optimization algorithm enhanced with mutation and metabolism has
superior algorithmic efficiency and global optimization-seeking ability compared with the conventional ant colony algorithm and other
    common intelligent algorithms.

Zhou Wenxian, Zhao Na, Yang Xuan, He Qilian, Zhang Xiong, Wu Kunli
    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (8): 86-92.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2025. 08. 013
    Abstract66)      PDF (1308KB)(3)    Save
Objective: To explore the effect of group counseling in reducing transition shock among intern nursing students in
infectious disease hospitals. Methods: Intern nursing students undergoing clinical practice at a tertiary infectious disease hospital in
Kunming from June 2023 to April 2024 were selected and randomized into an experimental group and a control group using a random
number table, with 43 students in each group. The control group only attended routine pre-employment training organized by the
hospital, while the experimental group received 8-week group counseling (once weekly, 120 minutes per session) in addition to the
routine training. The Chinese version of the Nursing Undergraduate Transition Shock Assessment Scale was used to assess transition
shock levels in the two groups before intervention, at 4 weeks post-intervention, 8 weeks post-intervention, and 3 months after
intervention completion. Results: After 4 weeks of intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the total score of
transition shock between the two groups of intern nursing students (P=0.160). However, after 8 weeks of intervention and 3 months
after the end of the intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in the total score of transition shock between the two
groups of intern nursing students (P<0.001). The time effect, group effect, and interaction effect of the total score of transition shock
were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Group counseling can effectively alleviate transition shock in intern nursing
students at infectious disease hospitals, but its long-term effects weaken over time. Therefore, in clinical nursing management and
teaching practice, it is recommended to appropriately increase intervention frequency, conduct regular group counseling activities,
consolidate effects, and better support the growth of intern nursing students.

The Xiangyun Tianfeng Mountain Song Festival preserves ethnic cultural memory, transmits intangible cultural heritage
values, and reconstructs rural cultural continuity through its annual collective practices as a folk festival. It vividly demonstrates the
evolving process and practical outcomes of how ethnic song festivals in Southwest China's multi-ethnic regions facilitate interaction,
exchange, and integration among different ethnic groups. From the perspective of cultural production of space, the dynamic
development of the Tianfeng Mountain Song Festival exhibits the following characteristics: Spatial practice has expanded radially from
the core area to surrounding regions. Representations of space reflect a transformation in cultural identity practices that transcend
ethnic boundaries. Representational space demonstrates a powerful spiritual cohesion and cultural integration function, reinforcing the
consciousness of the Chinese national community. With the contemporary transmission of the Tianfeng Mountain Song Festival, ethnic
groups such as the Yi, Bai, Miao, and Han engage in interaction, exchange, and integration through perceived, conceived, and lived
cultural spaces based on song, dance and music. This highlights the social function of the integration of intangible cultural heritage into
the development of rural cultural continuity.

    Abstract63)      PDF (1457KB)(14)    Save
The importance of the Communist International (Comintern) to the Chinese revolution under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) should not be overlooked. The early Chinese revolution was deeply influenced by the Comintern politically, economically, ideologically and militarily. With the help of the Comintern, the CPC was formally established. However, the three "leftist" errors following its establishment can also be attributed to misguidance from the Comintern. The Comintern's role in CPC leadership had both merits and drawbacks. In other words, there were both gains and losses. In today's increasingly globalized world, adopting an objective stance toward such critical historical events is of great importance to advancing the construction of a shared future for humanity and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

    Abstract63)      PDF (1475KB)(10)    Save
The relationship between the Chinese national community and Chinese modern civilization constitutes a key issue that demands in-depth reflection in constructing the theoretical framework of the Chinese national community. The Chinese national community is shaped by the state form, composed of diverse ethnic groups, and rooted in Chinese culture. It serves as the principal force in advancing Chinese modern civilization, which emerges from the inheritance of fine traditional culture and the absorption of modern civilization. Once formed, Chinese modern civilization in turn reshapes the national community, forging shared political consensus and civilizational ideals. Theories of the national community and Chinese modern civilization are symbiotic and resonate harmoniously, converging in the construction of a shared spiritual homeland for the Chinese nation. The intertwining of traditional Chinese culture and modern civilization constructs a collective belief system and symbolic universe for the national community, forming the spiritual cornerstone for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

University student party branches serve as crucial platforms for the direct management and education of student party
members. How to closely integrate the work of student party branches with daily student affairs, fully leverage the educational function
of party building, and enhance the quality of ideological and political education for college students is of significant practical
importance. In this context, a "circular targeting" work pathway is proposed, which effectively integrates counselors' work into the
construction of university student party branches. By adopting a dynamic closed-loop philosophy, organizational capacity building is
embedded throughout the entire process of branch construction and student education management, comprehensively enhancing the

Identity, Oblivion, and Memory: A Study on the Social Memory of Princess Agai

    Abstract61)      PDF (1534KB)(22)    Save
Memory and oblivion are deeply influenced by social contexts. The fundamental reason why people remember or forget a segment of history lies in the active role of social contexts. During the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties, Princess Agai faced the dilemma where loyalty and filial piety could not be reconciled. She sacrificed herself for justice to secure peace in the southern borders of the empire, thus shaping the image of a great national heroine. However, this Mongolian heroine has almost been expunged from the long course of Chinese civilization. Even during the arduous years of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, when Guo Moruo′s inspiring historical drama Peacock′s Gallbladder was staged, Princess Agai experienced a brief resurgence before fading rapidly from public view. In the new era, characterized by abundant material and spiritual civilization, a better life has become the common aspiration of all ethnic groups, and forging a strong sense of the Chinese nation as a community stands as the overarching principle of all work. Consequently, Princess Agai, the "daughter of Kunming", has once again become an object of deliberate remembrance. The Kunming Princess Agai Cultural Industrial Park, established through multi-stakeholder collaboration in Liangwang Mountain on the eastern outskirts of Kunming, uses fine traditional culture as a medium to advance high-quality rural revitalization.

families, while Histeridae (0.25%), Geotrupidae (0.68%), Silphidae (0.06%) and Lathridiidae (0.06%) were rare families. The
composition of Coleoptera insect groups among the eight types of green forests showed medium to very high similarity at the family level
(0.64≤q≤1.00), and the overall diversity of Coleoptera families was relatively low (H = 1.55± 0.23). The overall abundance of Coleoptera
insects exhibited a bimodal pattern, with peaks occurring in April and September. This bimodal pattern was primarily driven by the
dynamic changes in the abundance of dominant groups. The heterogeneity among different types of green spaces was low, and it is
recommended to increase habitat complexity to enhance the spatial heterogeneity of community habitats.

As a linkage between upstream producers and downstream consumers, the site selection decision of cold chain distribution
centers is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency and product quality of cold chain logistics. Considering the complex and
uncertain decision-making environment, and in order to enhance the comprehensiveness and accuracy of site selection decisions, this
paper proposes a cold chain distribution center location selection model based on probabilistic linguistic interactive multi-attribute
decision-making. This model integrates probabilistic linguistic term sets, Shapley function value, and the fuzzy comprehensive
evaluation method. Firstly, an evaluation index system for the location selection of cold chain distribution centers is established. Then
the probabilistic linguistic term set is used to handle the uncertainty and fuzziness of the evaluation information, while the Shapley
function values are introduced to effectively reveal the intrinsic relationships among interactive attributes. Furthermore, the fuzzy
comprehensive evaluation method is integrated to obtain a comprehensive evaluation result for the site selection. Finally, By combining
the model with the actual policy background, the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified through case analysis
and comparative analysis, improving the scientificity and rationality of the site selection decision-making.

    Abstract56)      PDF (1562KB)(19)    Save
Cultural confidence is an important component of the "Four-Sphere Confidence" and represents a more fundamental,
extensive, and profound form of self-assurance. In the context of the "Two Combinations", cultural confidence must be grounded in the
deep integration of the basic principles of Marxism with fine traditional Chinese culture. This not only constitutes an inherent
requirement for the Sinicization of Marxism but also serves as a crucial pathway for cultivating cultural confidence among college and
university students. In the process of fostering cultural confidence among students through fine traditional Chinese culture, three key
measures should be prioritized: first, enhancing the emphasis on traditional cultural education to stimulate students' interest in their
heritage; second, expanding the channels and methods of traditional cultural education; and third, improving the professional
competence of teachers delivering related courses. Only by promoting traditional cultural education through these multifaceted
initiatives can a solid foundation be established for cultivating cultural confidence among university students.

    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (5): 31-.
    Abstract54)      PDF (1453KB)(3)    Save
Linguistic segregation is both a linguistic and psychological phenomenon, derived from the sociological concept of "segregation. " It is particularly prevalent in ethnically diverse communities relocated under targeted poverty alleviation programs. While linguistic segregation can offer protective benefits for the inheritance of minority mother tongues, it also hinders intercommunity communication and affects linguistic adaptation among residents of different ethnic backgrounds. Based on fieldwork findings, this study examines linguistic segregation and language practices across individual, familial, and community levels within these multiethnic relocated communities. It further analyzes the underlying factors contributing to linguistic segregation and proposes adaptive strategies to better align with the overarching goals of the national relocation-for-poverty-alleviation program.

In recent years, pairing assistance programs characterized by horizontal transfer have played an active role in promoting balanced regional development, enhancing national unity and responding to major emergencies. These efforts have sparkled discussions on the necessity of establishing horizontal transfer payment system. Through detailed analysis, this paper argues that building such a system in China currently faces several challenges, such as weak foundations, potential reconfiguration of central-local government dynamics, and increased administrative costs. Moreover, the current central transfer payment system and emergency expenditure policies have basically achieved vertical and horizontal balance. Therefore, it is not necessary to construct the horizontal transfer payment system. Instead, it should address the shortcomings of the current system, further clarify the division of affairs and expenditure responsibilities, improve the pattern of income division, optimize the structure of transfer payments, and strictly monitor and evaluate the mechanism of transfer payments.

In order to realize the optimal selection of the V-cycle of the multigrid method and improve the convergence accuracy and speed under the smooth degree, a V-type algebraic triple grid method for solving elliptic equations is proposed based on the coarsening
algorithm of matrix atlas and algebraic interpolation operator. Through numerical analysis, the computational performance of V-cycle
algorithm and V-type algebraic triple grid method is compared. The results show that the number of iterations of the V-cycle algorithm
is positively correlated with the solution scale. When the number of iterations is 4 and the mesh generation step size is 1/224, the energy error of the V-type algebraic triple grid method is only 4.781 8 × 10-8, and the CPU time consumption is 284.294 s. Compared with the V-cycle algorithm, the new algorithm has less computation, higher calculation accuracy and shorter calculation time.

Objective: To construct an efficient photodynamic antibacterial system, this study systematically investigates the
photodynamic antibacterial properties and mechanism of Zn/g-C3N4 nanomaterials. Methods: Zn/g-C3N4 nanomaterials with Zn doping
ratios of 1%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% were prepared by a calcination method. Escherichia coli (E. coli) was selected as the model
strain. The antibacterial efficacy against E. coli was assessed via the plate spreading method. The photodynamic antibacterial
mechanism was systematically studied through reactive oxygen species quenching assays and analysis of cellular component leakage.
Results: The antibacterial activity exhibited a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the elevation of Zn doping ratio. The
10% Zn/g-C3N4 nanomaterial exhibited optimal antibacterial performance, achieving complete inhibition of E. coli within 60 minutes.
Quenching experiments identified hydroxyl radicals, superoxide anions, and singlet oxygen as the primary reactive oxygen species.
Further investigation revealed that photodynamic treatment led to substantial glutathione depletion and significant leakage of
intracellular nucleic acids and proteins in bacteria. Conclusion: Under visible light irradiation, 10% Zn/g-C3N4 nanomaterials
efficiently generate reactive oxygen species, which mediate a cascade antibacterial mechanism involving "reactive oxygen species
attack-antioxidant defense collapse-membrane structure damage-intracellular content leakage". This study provides theoretical basis
and experimental support for the design and application of novel photosensitizing antibacterial materials based on Zn/g-C3N4.

    Abstract48)      PDF (1788KB)(7)    Save
"One household, one homestead" is a core institutional arrangement in China's rural homestead system, playing a vital role
in upholding and developing collective ownership, ensuring farmers' peaceful living and productive work, and promoting rational land
use. However, the system has experienced operational deviations in practice due to ambiguous definitions of "household" and
"homestead" and unclear measurement standards, difficulties in dynamically adjusting homestead allocations with changes in
household compositions, and lack of supervision over village planning and construction. These deviations are mainly reflected in
structural imbalances in homestead rights protection, coexisting as insufficient protection cases
    (such as households without
    homesteads
    , households with undersized homesteads
, or multiple households sharing one homestead
    ) and excessive protection cases
(such as homesteads occupied by non-registered households
, households with oversized homesteads exceeding legal area limits
    , or
    households owning multiple homesteads
, leading to low land use efficiency
. Through practical experiences such as precise definition
of "households" and "homesteads", guidance by practical village planning, improvement of policies to safeguard farmers' rights and
interests, and exploration of mechanisms for paid use and withdrawal of excessively occupied or idle homesteads, Dali City has
provided valuable references for optimizing policies and reconstructing institutions to correct operational deviations of the "one
    household
, one homestead" policy and return it to its essential purpose.

Using literature review and logical analysis, this study identifies and examines key problems in the development of campus football in China, including imbalanced resource allocation, diminished awareness of its educational value, and shortcomings in modern governance capacity. Grounded in cultural stratification theory, the study reveals that extensive material management, disjointed institutional implementation, irregular behavioral execution, and shortsighted spiritual cultivation are core obstacles hindering the growth of campus football. Guided by the new development philosophy, the paper proposes development strategies based on this theoretical lens: sustained innovation as the internal driver of comprehensive advancement; multi-party coordination as the regulatory mechanism for external demands; green ecology as the long-term space for healthy growth; full openness as a means to eliminate structural barriers; and shared access as the ultimate goal of balancing supply and demand in campus football resources.
