In the new era, China′s aging problem and the implementation of the three-child policy are bound to increase women′s
housework. Therefore, it is urgent to promote the socialization of housework. Engels′ thought on housework socialization is helpful to guide and promote the high-quality development of housework socialization. Its basic connotation is embodied as follows: to exert women′s subjectivity, to be practical in the objective world, and to be scientific rooted in historical materialism. Its internal purpose is embodied in the direct demand of promoting women′s direct liberation, the ideal pursuit of concluding love and marriage, the fundamental requirement of promoting production development, and the inevitable requirement of people′s all-round development. Its inspiration for promoting the socialization of housework lies in: consolidating the material foundation, adhering to new idea that the new development concept leads the high-quality development of productivity, strengthening scientific and technological empowerment and modernization support with digital technology, giving full play to the advantages of the system, and enhancing public services and its security system.

Exploration of the Intrinsic Logic and Path of Solidly Promoting Common Prosperity in the New Era#br# from the Perspective of Allocation
    Wan Hongxia
    Journal of Dali University    2024, 9 (1): 40-45.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2024. 01. 007
    Abstract13)      PDF (1338KB)(9)    Save
After the comprehensive establishment of a moderately prosperous society, solidly promoting common prosperity has
become an important goal of the new historical stage. Solidly promoting common prosperity requires not only promoting high-quality economic development but also ensuring proper income distribution. Currently, compared with the goal of common prosperity, there are still lots of problems in the field of income distribution in China, including a large gap in initial income distribution, insufficient adjustment in redistribution, and inadequate driving force in tertiary distribution. In order to solidly promote common prosperity, it is necessary to establish an initial distribution system that balances efficiency and fairness, and increase the proportion of labor compensation in the initial distribution. It is also important to improve the degree and precision of adjustment in redistribution through taxation, social security, and transfer payments, and ensure that the benefits of development are enjoyed by all residents. Furthermore, the tertiary distribution should play a crucial role in promoting common prosperity by establishing a system and mechanism that primarily relies on incentives, and creating a favorable social atmosphere where the rich help the poor.

    Abstract20)      PDF (1407KB)(15)    Save
When China joined the Paris Agreement, it proposed to strive to achieve carbon peaking in 2030 and carbon neutrality in
2060. Under the background of dual-carbon, some scholars proposed to implement compulsory licensing of clean energy technology by comparing compulsory licensing of medicines. However, the existing theory has a logic of argumentation fallacy, a lack of dimension and many other problems. Through the external justification of legal philosophy based on environmental rights, the internal justification of jurisprudence based on legal norms, the empirical analysis based on the implementation of clean energy patents, and the comparative analysis based on clean energy patents and pharmaceutical patents. It is concluded that clean energy compulsory licensing has legally justified, but not practically necessary. Even so, the compulsory licensing system should be improved to play an assistant role in technology transfer negotiations, promote the transfer of clean energy technology, and guarantee the long-term goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.

The principle of sustainable development has developed into a principle of international law for mankind to cope with global
challenges, but it faces various difficulties and challenges in the process of implementation. The fragmentation and softening of
international law norms in the field of sustainable development, and the rise of non-state actors have had a significant impact on the understanding and implementation of sustainable development principle. Through the systematization of international law on sustainable development and the updating of implementation theories and methods, it is necessary to improve the system of rules applicable to the principle of sustainable development, give play to the constructive role of non-state actors, and enhance the binding force and enforcement of the principle of sustainable development through international economic and trade treaties and dispute settlement mechanisms, so that the principle of sustainable development can be correctly implemented and enforced in international law.

Dali University full-time Master of Education cultivation has maintained a high proportion of non-normal graduates among
candidates; the barriers to promoting the partnership between universities and primary and secondary schools still exist; the bridge effect of teacher-educators who train full-time master of education in communication between educational theory and educational practice needs to be strengthened; the contradiction between academic and practical aspects remains unsolved in the classroom teaching reform of full-time M.Ed. Thus, we need to encourage universities′ academic research to nurture teaching practice in primary and secondary schools, and we need to implement mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation between both sides. It is also necessary to establish the teacher educator cultivation mechanism and promote its coordination with the dual tutorship system. Moreover, we need to reform M.Ed. practical teaching with the concepts of reflective practice ability cultivation.

fusion protein was obtained by prokaryotic expression, and polyclonal antibody was prepared by immunizing mice with purified EsxV/W
fusion protein. The recombinant strain MS-EsxV/W and the control strain MS-vec were constructed by electroporation, and the
expression of the fusion protein in MS was detected by using the generated polyclonal antibody. The colony morphology, biofilm
formation, and growth rate of the recombinant MS expressing EsxV/W fusion protein were analyzed. The survival ability of the
recombinant MS under different conditions, such as lysozyme, malachite green, low pH, SDS, H2O2 and NaNO2, was determined using
colony counting method to assess the impact of EsxV/W fusion protein on the phenotype of MS. The recombinant MS was used to infect
ANA-1 macrophages. The release of NO from ANA-1 cells was detected by Griess method. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was
performed to measure the release of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) from ANA-1 cells, and the survival
ability of the recombinant MS in ANA-1 cells was determined using colony counting method. Results:The recombinant strain MSEsxV/
W expressing EsxV/W fusion protein, was successfully constructed. The expression of EsxV/W fusion protein had no significant
effect on the colony morphology, biofilm formation and growth rate of MS. The expression of EsxV/W fusion protein did not change the
tolerance of MS to lysozyme, malachite green or low pH, but decreased the tolerance to SDS and increased the tolerance to H2O2 and
NaNO2. After infecting ANA-1 cells for a certain period of time, the release of NO, TNF-α and IL-6 in ANA-1 cells infected by MSEsxV/
W was significantly increased compared with MS-vec, and the intracellular survival ability of MS-EsxV/W was higher than that
of MS-vec. Conclusion:The EsxV/W fusion protein can change the phenotype of MS and regulate the immune response of ANA-1
macrophages, which is conducive to the subsequent investigation of the function of esxV/W gene

On the International Experience of Winning the Supply of Human Resources by Promoting Rural#br# Revitalization Comprehensively:#br# Rethinking Based on the Experience of South Korea's Saemaeul Movement#br#
    Liu Chenghao
    Journal of Dali University    2024, 9 (3): 17-25.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2024. 03. 003
    Abstract18)      PDF (1644KB)(9)    Save
The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC has clarified the requirement of comprehensively promoting rural
revitalization. However, considering the current situation of Chinese rural human resources, the comprehensive promotion of rural
revitalization is faced with the dilemma of insufficient supply of effective human resources. As an important component of Chinesestyle
modernization, the promotion of rural revitalization not only includes the strategic arrangement based on the current national
conditions of China, but also has the common experience of the developed countries in the world to realize agricultural and rural
modernization. Therefore, the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization needs to take care of the international perspective and
Chinese characteristics. China and South Korea are not only geographically close, but also have many similarities in rural issues in the
process of pursuing modernization. Reconsidering the experience of South Korea's Saemaeul Movement to win the participation of
farmers, and ensuring the supply of human resources for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in China, it is necessary to
innovate the leading role of the government. By improving rural public infrastructure, giving play to the role of network platforms,
promoting the integrated development of rural industries, optimizing agricultural financial policies and the supply of grassroots "threerural"
cadres and talents, and establishing and improving legal norms and other measures, a governance pattern with the coordinated
participation of the whole society can be build.
