Objective: To determinate the content of the trace elements(Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu)in Yunnan Pu'er tea, Hebei jasmine tea,
Guizhou Kuding tea. Methods: Nitric acid and perchloric acid(4+1)were used to disintegrate the ground sample of tea. Flame atomic absorption spectrometric method was used to determine four trace elements content in three kinds of tea. Results: The content of trace elements(Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn)in three districts is respectively that Yunnan Pu'er tea: 43.43 μg/g , 57.28 μg/g , 33.14 μg/g , 135.67μg/g , Guizhou kuding tea: 19.91 μg/g, 32.98 μg/g, 9.74 μg/g, 77.08 μg/g, Hebei Jasmine tea: 36.09 μg/g, 84.37 μg/g, 28.52 μg/g,220.08 μg/g . Conclusion: All three kinds of tea contain rich trace elements and there are differences about the content of trace elements in different areas.
