On the Exploration and Development of Taoist Touristic Regimen Resources in the Dali Weibaoshan Mountain

Weibaoshan Mountain in Dali Prefecture has distinctive Taoist cultural features and rich national customs of the ancient Nanzhao kingdom. However, its resources as a tourist attraction have not been fully developed. For this reason, this paper explores its touristic regimen resources from the perspectives of its natural tranquility and beauty, the harmonious living environment which integrates man and nature, the unity of Yin and Yang, the combination of exercise and recuperation for health care and life prolongation, its ethnic culture and its elegant and classic Dongjing music, etc. In the end, some suggestions are proposed: building regimen teahouses and centers for learning Taoist Tai Chi, traditional painting and calligraphy and the art of Guqin, and providing vegetarian diet and accommodations for visitors.

At present, rural tourism has become the main means of people's leisure and entertainment, but the development of regional specialty brands that have important influence on rural tourism development has been slow. Although in recent years people have recognized the influence of regional specialty brands on the long-term development of rural tourism, the featured regional brand image in rural areas is still vague and has little influence. It has not yet become a new engine for driving rural tourism. The development of rural tourism in the context of the strategy of rural revitalization should be based on reality. Based on the region's unique resources and location advantages, it constantly explores regional features, builds regional brand names, and continuously improves rural areas through the use of "one village, one product" and "one product from multiple villages" in order to constantly develop the regional brand industrial chain and to create unique regional brand chains to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism.

The key to the revitalization of the countryside lies in the revitalization of rural traditional culture. The features of Guizhou's multi-ethnicities determine its cultural carrying patterns and forms of expression. Traditional ethnic villages are the external symbolic configurations of national culture, and human beings are the core carrier and derivation of culture. In recent years, along with the rise of the "labor tide", rural labor forces have flooded into the cities, resulting in the phenomenon of "empty nest villages". The traditional ethnic natural villages have been gradually dispelled by the flood of the new era. The continuous development of traditional ethnic villages, the inheritance of traditional ethnic cultures and their symbiotic requirement are facing a dilemma. Regarding the choice of rural revitalization path in Guizhou, it should be considered based on the livelihood of the villagers and their evolution, the internal logic of the villagers' livelihoods and the reconstruction of the village culture, the plight of the reconstruction of the traditional ethnic minority culture, and the construction of the traditional ethnic villages.


The Urban-Rural Gap in Medical Resource Allocation of Public Medical Institutions in Yunnan Province

In recent years, the government has been making great efforts to achieve the goal of equalization of public services. The gap between public services in the inter-regional and urban and rural areas has been significantly improved, but public services in the people's livelihood area have been affected by factors such as history, location, and financial resources. There is still a large gap,especially in the border areas between rural and urban areas. Using the financial expenditures and output data of health care in Yunnan province to comprehensively measure the gap between urban and rural health care resources allocated by public medical institutions
across the province, a co-integration analysis was conducted on both of them to find that there was a long-term stable relationship between the two. On the basis of this, an empirical analysis was made of the financial expenditures, urbanization, and residents' income levels that affected the distribution of resources for public medical institutions across the province, and the financial equalization expenditure, level of urbanization, and income level of rural residents were obtained. The improvement will help narrow the urbanrural gap in the allocation of resources for public medical institutions in Yunnan Province.

From the perspective of relevance theory, the processing effort made by translators is in direct proportion to the contextual effect of the translating text. It is obvious that in the translation of the stream of consciousness in Ulysses, the translators make quite different processing efforts, from which their different translation thoughts and strategies are shown. The translators' different processing efforts cause different contextual effects in the target texts. Jin Di, in his translation of Ulysses, tries to maintain the unique form of stream of consciousness, which, to some degree, achieves the goal of optimal relevance. Jin Di's translation of Ulysses is viewed as a great success of the translation of stream of consciousness.

College students' outlook on happiness in ethnic regions of Yunnan is positive in general but is also to be improved. The education on outlook of happiness for the college students should be aimed at the existing problems. Educators should follow the Marxist outlook on happiness in guiding the students to shape their ideas, and focus on teaching to them "the outlook of labor-based happiness", "the outlook of ethnic-unity-based happiness", "the outlook of virtue-based happiness" and "the outlook of ecologicalharmony-based happiness". To achieve such educational goals, social sectors, educational institutions, families and individuals should work together closely by making good use of the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural characteristics of Yunnan and the advantages of integration of the local traditional ethnic cultures.

The teaching model of "flipped classroom" which is based on "micro-lessons" can, to a certain extent, make up for the insufficiency of time and boring teaching content of the traditional classroom of Outline of Chinese Modern History. However, there are many problems in practice, such as the conflicts between the "microness" of "micro-lessons" and the comprehensiveness of the course,and between the visualization and flexibility of the "micro-lessons" and the theoretical and authoritative nature of the course. The problems are solved by designing narrative "micro-lessons" which effectively integrates with the "flipped classrooms", and specific implementation plans and teaching examples are proposed in order effectively promote and apply the model in the teaching of the outline.

This paper studies the logic of reasoning throughout the decision-making activities based on the careful weighing of all possible consequences for the future,highlighting the value of the role of basic logic inference theory. The study of logical reasoning of decision-making problems is returned to the most basic problem of logical reasoning, and the focus is on logical reasoning and the actual decision-making in life. In the relationship between decision-making and logical reasoning, we always adhere to the most basic form of reasoning in common sense. This paper studies the logical reasoning applied in the process of scientific decision-making,conducts the logical analysis and evaluation research with the typical examples of the negative, finds out the normative criteria that the logical reasoning controls the mistakes in decision- making, and finds the way to avoid mistakes. This article shows a practical innovation in return to practice.

During the period of social transformation, social contradictions have become prominent, and emergencies have occurred frequently. The online public opinion that uses media as the main medium of communication has become the focus of the party and the government. With the help of Sina Weibo's "Micro- indicator" data analysis tool, and from the perspective of the life cycle, the evolution of Internet public opinion in the "Wei Zexi Incident" and "Leiyang Incident" is explored in this paper, and we also summarize the government's response to public opinion, and propose that the government should guide public opinion respectively in
the "latent period", "outbreak period", "duration period" and "declining period".

In contemporary era, inter-religious or inner-religious dialogues are the focus of clergies and scholars. The implementation of religious dialogues not only has a positive meaning for cultural exchanges, but also changes the process of intergroup relations. For religious dialogues, an usual expectation is to reduce religious or sectarian conflicts through faith communication, and to gradually increase mutual understanding and trust. As one of the paradigms of social psychology, "social identity theory"（SIT）is applicable to the analysis of inner-group and inter-group processes, so it can be used as a theoretical tool to interpret religious dialogues. Moreover,based on the study of dialogue process, the identity theory can also support the result expectation, and estimate the effects of the dialogue. The social identity analysis can reveal the internal mechanism of various religious dialogue patterns.

Local realistic painting is an important theme in the history of Chinese painting. Literati and painters constantly shape and confirm the cultural images of these places by means of both texts and images. Judging from the existing paintings, the paintings of the local scenes in Yunnan were mostly done in the late Qing dynasty. The scene depicted in Yunnan's realistic paintings is also a key part of the history and culture of Yunnan, and the importance of a place in history is also related to whether or not it is often depicted. The creation of local realistic paintings also involves such issues as the concept of countrymen, local identity and tourism economy.

The history of Baofeng ancient town is a history of salt. Baofeng was once one of the eight major salt wells in Yunlong during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. With the development of Baofeng salt wells by big Bai families, Baofeng also became center of politics, economy and culture from the 2nd Chongzhen year in the Ming Dynasty to the 18th Republican year, which further facilitated the rapid development of politics, transportation, education, architecture, and religion in the Yunlong County.

In the early years of the Ming dynasty, in the face of the mighty military power of the Ming dynasty, Gu Yuan Tusi chose to pay allegiance to the new Ming Empire. This decision has several advantages: to preserve himself and his strength and not to be annihilated by the Ming army, to continue his rule and power over the local ethnic minorities, and to receive the pensions and rewards from the central government of Ming Dynasty. During the process of uniting the whole country, the Ming army also offered amnesty to the Tusi who had survived during the war, aiming at using them to directly govern local minority groups in order to avoid continuous fight against the Ming government by the Southern ethnic soldiers. In this case, the territory unification, the stability of the regime, and
the cultural diversity of Ming Dynasty could be guaranteed.

Xiangyun County in Dali Prefecture of Yunnan Province has a long history and splendid culture. The moot court is a kind of teaching method which is often used in the teaching of criminal procedure law. Its application in the teaching practice generally involves four stages: preparation before trial, selection of simulation cases, trial and filing of cases.There are problems in the moot courts in the teaching of criminal procedure law, such as insufficiency of practice time in teaching,inexperience of the tutors, and lack of antagonism in the simultaneous trials, etc. In order to solve the problems, corresponding measures could be taken, such as increasing the time of practice session and input, increasing the actual trial training to improve students' knowledge utilization ability and procedural competence, and training and cultivating students' legal professional quality.

The study of case shows that there is a strong correlation between the family coping style and the intervention effect of the Children with autism spectrum. In 6 years, the effective coping mode adopted by the family has recovered a child with moderate autism（accompanied by mental retardation） into a normal pupil in elementary school. Parents should pay attention to children's developmental abnormalities and diagnose them in time, take the initiative to conduct psychological adjustments, send autistic children to scientific intervention institutions to carry out systematic interventions timely, learn about autism knowledge and intervention methods, achieve division of labor among family members, and establish a good parent-child relationship with children with autism to build an effective response model for children with autism spectrum disorders.
 

The Status Quo and Countermeasures of College Students' Social Support in Kunming

College students are facing more and more competition in the present days. They will have negative psychology problems under the pressure for a long time, such as depression, anxiety, flinch, aloneness, low self-efficacy and low individual tolerance. Social support can help alleviate these problems. Based on the investigation and analysis of college students from 8 universities in Kunming, this study uses "social support revalued scale" to reveal the status quo of social support for the students, and analyzes the influence of demographic factors on the social support. The result shows that the overall social support of college students in Kunming is at a good level, but there are few students who can initiatively seek for support. In general, social support for female students is higher than for male, and that for students in rural areas is higher than urban areas. Also, sophomore, junior and senior students get significantly higher support than freshmen. In the process of student growth and personal development, it is very important and necessary to guide them to attach importance to social support, form a consciousness of help, and develop help-seeking behavior to improve their mental health.


A Review of Studies on the Relationship Between College Graduates' Employment Pressure and Social Adaptation Based on Gephi

Employment pressure and social adaptation is an important focus in the mental health education for undergraduates, which is highly concerned and valued by the government, universities and the society. In order to grasp the hot areas and development context of research on domestic college students' employment stress and social adaptation, literature-based measures and a social complex network visualization tool Gephi were used to analyze the literature on the related keywords in CNKI. The results show: （1）Dissertations accounted for a high proportion of literature.（2）Through the cluster analysis of high-frequency keywords, we find that there are five major associations with "college students", "employment pressure", "social adaptability", "college graduates" and "employment problems", but the connections among the keywords are not close enough.（3）According to the co-author network study,Tang Liang's team tends to focus on psychological pressure and mental health education for college students, while Wang Gang's team tends to social adaptability of college students.（4）Research areas and universities are unevenly distributed, mainly in the southern and eastern provinces and third- tier universities.（5）The lack of social adaptability is an important reason for the employment
pressure of college students. That is, the weaker the social adaptability of college students is, the greater the employment pressure is. Inaddition, there is a significant negative correlation between the ability to adapt to study and the ability to adapt psychologically to theemployment pressure.

Yunnan is a pivot area which connects parts of China with both South East Asia and South Asia. In the higher education of foreign languages in Yunnan province, the Southeast Asian language majors have been developing very rapidly, while the development of South Asian language majors has lagged far behind. Therefore, it is necessary to study the plan for the development of the South Asian language education. By predicting the social needs of South Asian languages and comparing them with that of Southeast Asian languages, this essay suggests that the amounts, structures and student enrollments of the South Asia language majors should be planned scientifically according to their social needs.


Study on the Influential Factors of Chinese Students' Entrepreneurial Intentions in Thailand

In order to understand oversea students' entrepreneurial intentions and the influential factors, an empirical research was conducted with 342 Chinese students studying in universities in Thailand. Combined with case interviews and the subjects' individual backgrounds, the results showed that the students' entrepreneurial intentions were of gender difference, and factors such as entrepreneurial experiences, entrepreneurial awareness, family support and entrepreneurship education were positively related to their entrepreneurial intentions.
