In order to identify and monitor the hidden insects in the Erhai wetland, this paper, with the help of the Internet designed
an intelligent insect recognition and real- time monitoring system based on the multifeature insect recognition algorithm. The
information of insect characteristics was collected by infrared radiation sensors, ultrasonic sensors, sound sensors, color sensors and
image sensors. Under the control of the single chip computer, the characteristic data was transmitted to the cloud server through the
network. Then the intelligent recognition was realized by analyzing the characteristics such as life, sound and color. Performance tests
show that: compared with image edge detection and correlation feedback method, it has some advantages in time and space complexity,
    and the method is feasible.

In order to improve the accuracy of pedestrian detection in complex environment, the paper proposed a pedestrian detection
method based on improved DPM model. When the feature is extracted, to reduce the dimension of the normalized feature, the reduced
dimension method is used instead of the principal component analysis, and the gradient direction of the image unit is discretized into 9
intervals. The pedestrian is divided into several modules based on body parts, and the features of pedestrian and each modules are
extracted. Then, the root model and module model are obtained by classifier training for pedestrians and modules respectively. Finally,
the Cascade method is used instead of the traditional dynamic programming method for pedestrian detection. The results show that
with the method of simulation in Matlab environment, the recognition rate is significantly improved compared with the traditional
detection method based on HOG feature, and compared with the original DPM method, it improves the detection speed to a certain
extent without reducing the recognition rate.

In August 2016, a meteorological station was established in Dacheng village, on the east bank of Dali Erhai lake, in order
to find the excellent astronomical observatory site in Dali. Up to September 2017, meteorological data more than one year has been
accumulated, and the wind speed, wind direction, temperature and humidity in meteorology can be preliminarily analyzed. It is
concluded that this site has distinct dry season and rainy season characteristics. Among them, the period from July to September is the
rainy season and the average humidity in each period(dawn, dusk, day, night)is over 75%. In February, the drought was the most
severe. The humidity in the day is within 70% from November to April. The humidity curve showed a significant decrease in June,
indicating that the moisture content of the period had obvious local climate anomalies. Due to the small annual average wind speed and
wind direction stability, significant seasonal periodicity and little light pollution at night, etc, a preliminary determination can be made
that the site is suitable for both teaching and scientific research for astronomical observation.

In order to uncover the community structure of rhizosphere actinomycetes and its ecological functioning characteristics at
different tree age, the spatial displacement was applied to study the community structure of rhizosphere actinomycetes at walnuts of
different tree ages in Yangbi county, Yunnan province. Furthermore, the bacteriostatic activity of rhizosphere actinomycetes community
against the Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Penicillium were also tested. The results showed that accompanied by the tree
age increased, both of the detection rate and species richness of rhizosphere actinomycetes strains declined. The number of active
strains showed an upward trend, but there was no significant difference in its bacteriostasis activity. Generally, the succession of
actinomycetes community structure in rhizosphere would go along with the growth of walnut tree. An ecological functioning shift caused
by the different types of antimicrobial activity substances produced by actinomycetes, this would provide the potential resources for
    novel antibiotics.

Human disturbance on wildlife is frequently mentioned as one of the principal issues of concern in biodiversity
conservation, and it is extremely important to identify accurately what human activities adversely impact the wildlife. Nest trees
pruning destroyed the egret breeding sites, and it is unknown how the egrets responded to the destroyed nest trees. A follow-up survey
was taken to compare the community composition, duration time of breeding activity, and nest space segregation between old and new
colony sites in Dali, Yunnan, China. It was found out that a sole black-crown night heron Nycticorax nycticorax population newly
occurred; the duration time of breeding activity was prolonged. For the mixed- species colony, the nest niche breadth figures in
horizontal, vertical direction and the distance to trunk of black-crown night heron increased, while which of the latest arrived cattle
egret Bubulcus ibis decreased. The results showed the egrets in new colony site faced bigger breeding pressure, which made the
breeding efficiency decreased. It was suggested that the pruning to the egrets nesting trees should be done cautiously and avoid drastic
    pruning.
