钻铤母扣接头改进设计的有限元分析

摘要:

在钻井过程中,钻具疲劳失效事故频繁发生,其失效部位主要位于应力相对集中的螺纹接头处。以177.8mm钻铤母螺纹接头作为研究对象,用有限元方法对加工有不同应力减轻槽的钻铤母螺纹接头进行了分析计算,得出了3种不同母螺纹结构在相同边界条件和载荷作用下螺纹消失端的应力集中情况。计算结果表明,设计的应力减轻槽效果较好,抗疲劳性能最佳,建议采用这种应力减轻槽结构。

Abstract: In drilling operation, bottom hole assembly failures take place frequently, which occurs at the thread connection, where stress concentrates relatively. Study is aimed at box threads of Φ177.8mm drill collar to analyze and calculate drill collar box thread with different stressrelief grooves using finite element method, the stress concentration of thread end of 3 types of box threads is gained under same boundary condition and load. The calculation indicates the stressrelief grooves designed by the authors with better effect and best resistance of fatigue, so the grooves are recommended.
