There is an analysis on the the characteristics of the textbooks arrangement from the teaching content of the texts，the present form of the texts，and practicing aspects. And then it puts forward some suggestions aiming at the shortcomings of the teaching material arrangement such as to join independent words table after class， to increase basic words practice and so on. As the most typical representative in the development period of cheongsam，the cheongsam in the Republic of China originates from the Manchu banner women's dress，and is also the result of the combination of Chinese and Western clothing. During the period of Republican China when isolation was generally replaced by openness，the evolution of cheongsam was influenced by various factors such as politics，economy and culture. The cheongsam has carried on innovation and transformation in the terms of the shape，the cutting production and the decoration design，etc. The change and development of social customs such as the dilution of the rank concept，the enhancement of the equality consciousness，the advocation of western culture，the emergence of the mercantilist thoughts and so on can be analyzed through the evolution process of cheongsam. Formation of Genesis Mythology in The Book of Historical Documents · Ｅmperor Records of Yao in Official Script Duan Li Journal of Dali University    2022, 7 (11): 47-.   Abstract （87）      PDF （5116KB）（368）    Knowledge map    Save 〔Abstract〕 The Book of Historical Documents·Emperor of Yao contains rich myths， based on a wide range of discourse resources with similar myth fragments recorded in inscriptions on oracle sat in the Yin Ruins，Book of Poetry， Zuo's Commentary， Elegies of the South， The Classic of Mountains and Seas， and Shi Zi. When writing myths in Records of Yao， historiographers not only quoted knowledge of primitive calendar systems and records of religious rites， but also borrowed myths popular in the pre-Qin period， which were integrated into their creation. A comparison of Chinese and Western myths shows that the series of myths in Records of Yao compiled by historiographers are in a sequence which fully coincides with the narrative logic of Western genesis mythology， giving a narrative of genesis mythology following the storyline of "a mythological paradise built to the paradise destroyed and to the paradise rebuilt". In the field of target recognition， convolutional neural networks have an outstanding performance. In order to distinguish traditional ethnic costumes， a recognition system based on Faster-RCNN algorithm was designed and implemented. The system realizes the identification of Bai， Miao and Mongolian costumes， and can output target-classification labels， confidence intervals and coordinate information. At the same time， the system can recognize multi-target costumes. After testing， the MAP value of the recognition model is 67.88%， which achieves a better effect of ethnic costume recognition. Because the names of servants often reveal the masters' characters，preferences，living conditions，and even imply the masters' fates，which has become a major difficulty in translating this novel. From the perspective of multimodal translation theory，this paper analyzes the translation of the masters and their servant names in the English versions of Yang Xianyi and Gladys B. Tayler，David Hawkes and John Minford，and then discusses the English translation strategies of names. It points out that when translating a name，it should be considered four aspects：culture，context，content and expression. If the name has a certain cultural image，transliteration with annotation，literal translation with annotation and free translation with annotation are ideal translation compensation strategies. Faced with the erosion of Chinese traditional culture by Western culture at that time，he stuck to the tradition and maintained the reformation，and meanwhile，put forward systematically cultural education thought. He believed that the aim of cultural education was to cultivate students'sound personality；the concept of curriculum design of cultural education was to lay equal stress on general knowledge and expertise；and the basic path of cultural education was historical interpretation. Qian Mu's cultural education thought has an important influence on the development of contemporary education. Through the historical investigation，it is found that the reform of the Security Council has strong impetus on the surface while different intrinsic motivations and directions of development. In order to break the "old routine"，the reform of the Security Council has been taking a fascinating tug-of-war，which has become the "new normal" of in-depth game among all parties. The final goal of Security Council reform is to maintain world peace and development，not to satisfy and balance the interests and power distribution of member states. Failing to uphold the concept of the community of humanity，a few countries have not used the veto power of the sanctions resolution correctly and have deviated from the spirit of the United Nations Charter，which resulted in the weakened implementation of the resolution and impaired authority of the Security Council. Reform should be focused on how to better meet the challenges and threats facing the international community and improve the overall program from the top-level design perspective. Therefore，China should grasp the development direction of the expansion of the Security Council，adopt correct countermeasures in the power competition of the Security Council reform，and contribute Chinese wisdom to build a community of shared future for mankind. The American Innovation and Competition Act under consideration is keenly targeted at China，with the Strategic Competition Act of 2021 closely reflecting the U.S. economic and trade policy toward China，which accuses China of subsidy policies and requires the U.S. government to take tough measures. The relatively robust American countervailing legal system and recent legislation pose new challenges to Chinese subsidy issues：first，the number of countervailing investigations against China will continue to increase；second， countervailing investigations against China will be more focused on Chinese advantaged industries such as metal industries；third， countervailing investigations and anti-dumping investigations will continue to be conducted on a large scale；fourth，countervailing investigations initiated by the U.S. will affect other countries. Not only politics and economy but also the countervailing system itself are accountable for these trends and challenges. In this regard，China should take the following measures to actively respond：first， to adjust and consummate the current subsidy policy；second，to take appropriate countermeasures at the appropriate time；third，to promote the construction of new international subsidy rules. However， it has been found that the extraction durations in studies varies greatly， and there is a lack of agreed standard. To explore the optimal extraction duration， the Baermann funnel method was used to extract soil-nematode for 72 h， and the cumulative separation rates were calculated for 12， 24， 36， 48，60 and 72 h respectively. The results showed that in terms of the separation of taxa， 24 h was the peak value， and it has no difference from that of 48 h（21.00±2.54 vs. 21.00±1.00，P=0.817）； in terms of the separation of numbers， 36 h was the most appropriate time， and the cumulative separation rate was 99.63%. A total of 24 777 nematodes were isolated in the experiment， belonging to 2 classes， 6 orders， 21 families and 35 genera， covering a large number of nematode groups and having universal applicability. We need to develop rural tourism economy，promote high-quality and efficient local agriculture，rural livability and industry，and farmers' prosperity through scientific guidance. It is found that there is a significant positive correlation between information overload，negative emotion and unintentional rumor spreading behavior. Besides，negative emotion plays a partial mediating role between information overload and unintentional rumor spreading behavior. Thus，university students' information overload not only has direct effects on unintentional rumor spreading behavior，but also could affect their unintentional rumor spreading behavior through negative emotion. Results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the belief in a just world，gratitude and academic self-efficacy of rural junior school students，and gratitude plays a mediating role between belief in a just world and academic self-efficacy of rural junior school students. Study on Subculture Methods of Helicobacter pylori Sydney-Standard Strain Fan Yujuan, Li Fuxing, Wang Li, Cheng Mingjing, Xiao Min, Xiong Miaomiao, Zhao Weidong Journal of Dali University    2022, 7 (8): 37-40.   Abstract （157）      PDF （4437KB）（229）    Knowledge map    Save Objective： To compare the growth rate of Helicobacter pylori（H. pylori） Sydney-standard strain（SS1 strain） by different culture methods， and to find a simple and fast culture method for H. pylori. Methods： The SS1 strain was cultured by four methods. Brain-heart infiltration fluid and bacterial fluid were added to Columbia blood plate， and the bacterial fluid was evenly spread with a disposable inoculating loop. Method 1 was to put the Columbia blood plate coated with bacterial liquid into a sealed anaerobic bag equipped with an anaerobic gas production bag. Method 2 was to place the Columbia blood plate coated with the bacterial solution in a sealed culture jar containing deionized water and an anaerobic gas production bag. Method 3 was based on method 2， in which a candle was lit once in the sealed culture jar. Method 4 was based on method 3， in which a candle was lit in the sealed culture jar for many times. The four methods were all completed in a CO2 incubator， and the H. pylori strains were identified by observing colony morphology and Gram staining， and detected by mass spectrometry. Results：H. pylori strains were successfully cultivated by the four methods. When the number of colonies reached the same level， Method 4 takes significantly less time than the other three methods， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： A simple and inexpensive method of H. pylori subculture has been found， which has strong application prospects and is worthy of promotion. Reference | Related Articles | Metrics

Globalization has not given all countries equal opportunities for development，but this imbalance is not the main reason for the resistance to globalization. The real reason is that globalization has failed to make everyone a beneficiary. In addition to strengthening populist sentiment brought about by the new crown epidemic，the global trading system established after the Second World War may be moving to an inflection point，with interregional trade agreements becoming the norm. To avoid a setback of globalization，the most important thing for China，the US and Europe now is to forge a consensus amid their disagreements. China，as a supporter of globalization，needs to start with the " decentralized" regional development of its Belt and Road Initiative to force developed countries in Europe and the U.S. out of their narrow "regionalized" development philosophy. Due to the appropriate band gap values （Cu2S~1.2 eV， Cu2O~2.2 eV）， they have potential application value in solar cell electrode materials. However， their carrier mobility is not high， and the band structure needs to be further optimized. A theoretical simulation study of Se doping was carried out on Cu2S and Cu2O， and the electronic structure and optical properties were calculated by first principles. It is found that the band gap of Se-doped Cu2S decreases and the ionic bond between atoms becomes weaker. The band gap of Se-doped Cu2O increases， free electrons appear， and the mobility of carriers is improved. Methods： Silica gel column chromatography and thin layer chromatography were used to isolate and purify the ethyl acetate fraction of the 75% ethanol extract of the root of A. lacei var. tomentella， and the chemical structures of the compounds were identified based on physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopic techniques. Results： Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the 75% ethanol extract of the root of A. lacei var. tomentella and identified as 3α，23-O-isopropylidenyl-2α，19α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid（1）， 3β， 23-O-isopropylidenyl-2α，3β，23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid（2）， 2α，3α，19α，23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid（3）， 2α，3β，23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid（4）， 3β-acetoxy ursolic acid（5）， ursolic acid（6）， β-sitosterol（7）， 5α，6β-dihydroxysitosterol（8）， daucosterol（9）， and 4-hydroxybutanoic acid（10）. Conclusion： All the compounds were isolated from A. lacei var. tomentella for the first time， except for compounds 7 and 9， the other compounds were first isolated from genus Agapetes. It is found that the humanistic literacy of college students has the characteristics of valuing practical knowledgeover humanistic knowledge，valuing foreign culture over traditional culture and valuing visual experience over moral emotion through the questionnaire survey. Based on the coupling relationship between intangible cultural heritage and humanistic literacy cultivation as well as the combination of typical experience of Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University，this paper proposes to build a team of intangible cultural heritage faculty，construct a intangible cultural heritage curriculum system，rely on the activities of the five major academies，ground the art and craft platform and deepen foreign exchanges and cooperation to cultivate students' humanistic literacy. Relationship between Disease Control and Intestinal Flora Structure in Patients with Schizophrenia Yin Chunlei, Liu Rongrong, Li Lijuan Journal of Dali University    2022, 7 (2): 71-75.   Abstract （98）      PDF （3430KB）（177）    Knowledge map    Save  Objective： To investigate the relationship between intestinal flora structure and different stages of schizophrenia patients with or without family history. Methods： Hospitalized patients with schizophrenia from December 2017 to August 2018 in the psychiatry department of the Ｓecond Hospital of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture were chosen as the subjects， whose excrement were collected in attack period and control period， and their structures of intestinal flora in different disease periods were tested with high- throughput sequencing. Results： Phylum with the highest relative abundance among the samples was Firmicutes. Ascomycetes with the highest relative abundance was Fusobacteria. The dominant bacteria genera were Bacteroidetes， Faecalis， Escherichia coli - Shigella， Lactobacillus， etc. Diversity analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences among all groups （P<0.05）. Species-difference analysis suggested that the dominant species in the control stage of the patient was propionic bacilli of Actinomycetes， and the dominant species in the attack stage was CAG-56 genus of Pilospiraceae of Firmicutes. The dominant species in patients with family history was the family F082 of Bacteroidetes， and the dominant species in patients without family history was the family Succinvibrio of Proteobacteria. Conclusion： There are differences in the structure and diversity of intestinal flora between patients with schizophrenia during attack and control periods， and there may be a relationship between disease control and the structure of intestinal flora. Afterwards， Naive Bayes， support vector machine（SVM） method， and SnowNLP method in machine learning methods are used to classify data for sentiment. By comparing the classification results of the three methods， the optimal classification method for online comment sentiment classification was selected. The LDA topic model is used to divide different topics， extract the positive sentiment word set and the negative sentiment word set in the review set， and visualize the conclusion data to further explore the highlights and drawbacks of the product. More than 60 kinds of volatile components were isolated from the coarse powder of the flowers， and were identified by NIST 2017 mass spectrometry retrieval database and related literature data. A total of 29 volatile components were identified. The volatile components from the flowers of J. regia are complex and diverse. The main components are terpenoids， alcohols， alkanes， esters and so on. These constituents have a wide range of biological activities， which can provide scientific reference for the development， utilization and quality control of the flowers of J. regia. The unique artistic style of Bai folk-house painting is established through a detailed analysis of its theme，content，composition，color，modeling and other form features. The preliminary discussion and comparative analysis about the artistic styles of folk-house painting of Bai and other ethnic groups in Western Yunnan，such as Tibetan，the Yi and the Hui，are made on this basis in order to explain the inner relationship between the artistic styles of folk-house painting and the social culture connotations of different ethnic groups. At the same time，it clarifies that ethnic art has the function of integrating emotions among ethnic minorities and promoting mutual identity through the exchanges，mutual learning and sharing of the folk-house painting art among the ethnic groups in Western Yunnan，thus playing an important role in forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation.
