    Journal of Dali University    2022, 7 (12): 8-14.
    Abstract121)      PDF (6248KB)(131)    Save
Many deep neural network models have been applied to automatic identification and classification of garbage images and have achieved good results. Current mainstream deep neural networks include attention mechanism-based neural networks and convolution-based neural networks. The existing research on garbage classification is mainly based on convolution-based neural network model, while the attention mechanism-based neural network model has not been tried in garbage classification. Which of these two types of deep neural networks performs better on small-scale garbage classification data sets is worth exploring. A systematic comparative study of several representative models shows that compared with convolution-based neural network model, the deep neural network model with pure attention mechanism on small-scale garbage classification data sets shows better performance, which provides a reference for garbage classification model selection.

    Hu Xiaokang, , , , , Wang Tao, , , , , Yang Liquan, , , ,
    Journal of Dali University    2024, 9 (6): 1-.
    Abstract32)      PDF (1634KB)(128)    Save
Objective: To sort out the works in history, describe the historical process, and summarize the historical achievements of
the scientific expedition for Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake, and put forward suggestions for future scientific expedition. Methods:Based on retrieving and investigating literature and taking the history of biological science expedition as the main line of discourse, the history of scientific expedition for Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake was divided into different stages according to the characteristics of the development process of Chinese society since modern times, and the specific works and main achievements of each stage were elaborated. Results: The modern scientific expedition for Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake region was initiated in 1882 by Westerners represented by Père Jean Marie Delavay. In 1919, Zhong Guanguang( also known as Tsoong Kuan-Kwang) came to Cangshan mountain and collected specimens, which was the first time for Chinese to investigate Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake. So far, the scientific expedition in this region has gone through four main development stages, i.e., the initial stage before the founding of the People′s Republic of China (before 1949), the early period of the People′s Republic of China (1949-1977), the first 20 years of reform and opening up( 1978-2000), and the latest 20 years( 2001 to present). After more than 140 years of accumulation of scientific expedition, we have a systematic understanding of the species resources and its distributions of plants, macrofungi and some animal groups (i.e., mammals, birds, fish, and some insects) of the Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the physical geography, geology, and ecological environment resources in this region. The plant hunters represented by George Forrest had brought back many plant germplasm resources from this region to Europe and the United States, which greatly promoted the development of horticulture and landscape architecture and the associated industry in Western countries. Conclusion: The scientific expedition for Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake has a long history and rich contents, which is rare in China, and had made significant contributions to
the development of modern biology, especially botany. In the future, it is necessary to further strengthen investigations in biology, ecology, and environmental science, which aimed at answering important questions, and thus promote the progress of science. For instance, the protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecological environmental, and the sustainable development of human society in the context of intensive human activities and global change. Furthermore, to coordinate the requirements of the management of national nature reserves and the social needs of the application of technology for resource exploitation and utilization, thereby making Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake better serve the development of regional economy and society.

    Abstract133)      PDF (6305KB)(100)    Save

Under the uproar of the "peace literature" of the Japanese puppet government the new literature declined and the old-style literature flourished in the enemy occupied areas. During this period in Beijing Yayan was an old-style literary publication which had the greatest impacts attracted the most scholars and had the highest achievements. It is not a puppet government mouthpiece but the journal poetry was mostly disconnected from reality and meaningless under political pressures and there was also a trend of refinement in line with politics. But some Ci poets wrote ingeniously poetry under the guise of "elegance" to express a tearful rage towards the fall of the country. As a result the literary space featured the coexistence of the vacuity and substance under a rhetorical veneer. It was both a political survival strategy under high pressure and a disguised form of "peace literature". The complex forms of Yayan revealed the realistic plight of narrative literature in the occupied regions while the success ofrefined Ci poetry highlights the richness and emotional connotation profundity of old paradigm of art and literature.

    Journal of Dali University    2024, 9 (7): 1-9.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2024. 07. 001
    Abstract20)      PDF (1608KB)(77)    Save
Historically, various ethnic groups in Yunnan have consciously and continuously intervened in the "original narrative" to achieve the reconstruction of "secondary narrative" in the long-term process of interaction, communication and integration. Through the translation process of decoding and coding, they have transformed the secular into the sacred, the conflict into harmony, and the non-community into the community, and finally constructed a set of sacred narrative system. Yunnan myth, as a reflection of historical reality, cultural reality and social fact, is a cultural strategy with emotion, metaphor, folk and enlightenment in daily life. This cultural strategy can influence the goal setting and action choice of regional ethnic groups, and promote the conscious formation of regional ethnic community and even Chinese national community. Yunnan mythology, specially the "myth of the Chinese nation community", contains rich consciousness of the Chinese national community and is the "knowledge inventory" to cast the sense of community for the Chinese nation.

Yi Mouxun, the sixth king of Nanzhao Empire, historically met Cui Zuoshi, governor of Jiannan and Xichuan, at the foot of Dian Cangshan, summoning the Three Lords of Heaven, Earth and Water along with numerous deities of mountains and rivers to testify Nanzhao's submission to Tang's central government. The meeting ceremony and the summoning of the Three Lords of Heaven, Earth and Water were hence taken as the evidence of Taoism spread in Nanzhao territory. However, historic records show that the ceremony might not have applied the "Three Officer Calligraphy " in early Taoist rituals, but the traditional rites of the early state religion of Nanzhao-Shamanism. And the deities in might not necessarily are the so-called Taoist Three Lords of Heaven, Earth and Water, but the ethnic deities widely believed by Nanzhao's popular religions. To clarify the mystery, the paper reassesses the three teachings or religions mentioned in Nanzhao Dehuabei, proving the three teachings to be Shamanism, Buddhism and Confucianism, instead of traditional Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism.

Objective To investigate the expression of serum progranulinPGRN in patients with Graves diseaseGD and its correlation with interleukin-17IL-17 and interleukin-10IL-10. Methods The serum PGRN IL-17 and IL-10 levels of GD patients and healthy subjects were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and the correlation between PGRN and IL-17 and IL-10 was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. Results Compared with the healthy subjects the serum levels of PGRN and IL-17 in GD patients were significantly higher while the level of IL-10 was significantly lower with statistically significance P<0.01. The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum PGRN levels in GD patients were significantly positively correlated with IL-17 levels and negatively correlated with IL-10 levels. Compared with before treatment the levels of PGRN and IL-17 in serum of GD patients treated with 131I decreased significantly while the level of IL-10 increased significantly with statistically significanceP<0.01. Conclusion The level of serum PGRN in GD patients is elevated and it is significantly correlated with the levels of IL-17 and IL-10 suggesting that it may be involved in the occurrence and development of the disease.

ObjectiveTo analyze the occurrence of anxietydepression and sleep disorders in HIV/AIDS patients treated with antiretroviral therapy and analyze the influencing factors. MethodsQuestionnaires were administered to 1 200 HIV/AIDS patients attending Kunming Third People's Hospital from Decembor 2021 to March 2022. The questionnaires used the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index to investigate anxietydepression and sleep disorders in HIV/AIDS patients receiving different antiretroviral treatment regimens. Univariate analysis and multifactorial Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the factors influencing patients' anxietydepression and sleep disorders. ResultsThe prevalence of anxietydepressionand sleep disorders in 1 200 HIV/AIDS patients was 24.9%30.7%and 39.2%respectivelyand 11.0% had concurrent anxietydepressionand sleep disordersand 20.6% had combined anxiety and depression. The results of multifactorial Logistic regression analysis showed that male, having a stable job, treatment time less than 3 months were the protective factors of anxiety, and receiving efavirenz treatment was a risk factor of anxiety; male and having a stable job were the protective factors of depression, and receiving treatment regimens containing non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors and protease inhibitors were the risk factors of depression; having a stable job was a protective factor of sleep disorders, and receiving treatment regimens containing non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors and protease inhibitors were the risk factors of sleep disorders. ConclusionThe incidence of anxietydepression and sleep disorders in HIV/AIDS patients is more seriously affected by antiretroviral therapy. The incidence of neuropsychotoxic side effects of integrase inhibitors is lower than that of non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors and protease inhibitorsand the monitoring of patients' mental status should be strengthened to optimize the protocol according to patients' conditions.

City Justice and Dialectical Space-Time Utopia A Re-discussion on David Harvey's Critique of the Capitalist City

    Zhu Xiaoqing
    Journal of Dali University    2023, 8 (3): 62-67.   DOI: 10. 3969/j. issn. 2096-2266. 2023. 03. 010
    Abstract71)      PDF (4954KB)(71)    Save

The city is a direct manifestation of the complex relationship between society and space which embodies the economic relationship and social structure. David Harvey's integrated criticism of Marxist political economy shows the role of capitalist production methods on the shape and form of urban space. Capitalist urban space is becoming increasingly fragmented hierarchical and alienated manifesting and exacerbating social injustice and inequality. Harvey takes urban issues into consideration from the perspective of the globalization of capitalism and expands the imagination of space-time utopia and the future urban world with a theoretically optimistic attitude which provides us with useful ideas for understanding the social attributes of urban space and actively constructing socialist space justice.
