It consistently prioritizes human value and human subjectivity, upholds a people-centered development philosophy, clarifies the instrumental nature of capital, and restores its essential orientation toward serving human development. In doing so, Chinese modernization effectively transcends the inherent contradictions of modernity and offers a meaningful Chinese solution to global modernization challenges. The "genetic code" for the coordinated development of the two civilizations is profoundly embedded in the ideological wisdom represented by the“ Two Combinations". Methods: Using the oxymatrine as standard, acid dye colorimetry was used to determine the total alkaloids content in S. scandens at the wavelength of 422 nm. Results:The concentration of oxymatrine showed good linearity in the range of 6.75-135 μg （r=0.999 2）, the average recovery was 100.0%（RSD=1.54%）. Methods： A TaqMan probe was used to examine of the EPAS1 gene SNP rs1868092 locus in 80 Tibetan HAPC patients and 85 healthy Tibetan analysis to investigate the correlation between the SNP rs1868092 locus and the occurrence of HAPC. Results：The frequency of EPAS1 gene rs1868092 genotype GG （11.250% vs. 2.353%， P=0.005， OR=7.375， 95%CI is 1.508-36.066） and allele G（33.125% vs. 16.471%， P<0.001， OR=2.512， 95%CI is 1.490-4.234） was significantly higher than that in the healthy subjects， with statistical significance. Under the dominant model，the frequency of GG+AG genotypes in HAPC patients（P=0.002， OR=2.774， 95%CI is 1.466-5.249） was significantly higher than that in healthy controls， with statistical significance. Conclusion：The G allele of the rs1868092 SNP locus of the EPAS1 gene is a risk factor for Tibetan population to develop HAPC. Reference | Related Articles | Metrics

Through portraying the shapeshifting of gods and creating a wonderful metamorphosis myths world, Legends of Mountains and Seas was describing the images of gods, goddess and mythical creatures, and constructing a magical and charming metamorphosis myths world, which greatly relies on the power of primitive people's totem worship. According to the narrative way of shapeshifting of human being and animals, the narrative type of animal metamorphosis in Legends of Mountains and Seas can be classified into two types: the human and animal totemic type, and the animal totemic type. From the perspective of the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization, it explores the role of the reproduction of rural public cultural space in advancing common prosperity. Through a triadic dialectical framework of spatial practice, spatial representation and representational space, it reveals that the reproduction of rural public cultural spaces is not only a product of social change but also a creative practice of mass subjectivity. By integrating tradition and modernity, this practice renews physical spaces while reconstructing rural cultural identity and activating contemporary functional values. The results show that: the secondary vocational school students' social anxiety level is above average, social avoidance and distress are at medium level; vocational school students' mental health has rather high positive testing rate; the scores of social anxiety, avoidance, distress and mental health condition show a clear correlation among each other; secondary vocational school students' social anxiety, social avoidance and distress can do great help in predicting their mental health . With the methods of questionnaire survey and data analysis, this paper investigates and analyzes Chinese multiple adverbials using condition of Thai intermediate and advanced level students and result shows that: it's difficult for them to learn Chinese multiple adverbials composed by certain item types or elements; the mastery degree of Chinese multiple adverbials at the beginning level may directly influence the late learning efficiency; the difficulty of learning Chinese multiple adverbials increases with the number of multiple adverbials. A Digital Watermarking Algorithm based on Image Size Invariant Visual Cryptography Li Chunyan null    2017, 2 (6): 19-21.   Abstract （190）      PDF （1415KB）（483）    Knowledge map    Save In order to increase the capacity and robustness of watermarking, this paper presents a digital watermarking algorithm based on image size invariant visual cryptography. Firstly, the watermark of binary image is scrambled in order to reduce the pixel correlation. Then the low bit of carrier image is altered by using basic matrix of（2, 2）visual cryptography scheme and watermark value. Experimental results show the algorithm has better robustness performance under image processing attack. The method is accomplished easily and the embedded data is larger. Its culture-loaded words, idioms and allusions can fully show the style of Chinese culture, and it is also a key bridge among the author, the translator and its readers. Based on the theory of ecological translation, this study tries to establish an ecological environment of translation so that translators can "adapt" and "select" with the optimal translation method in the process of translation. By comparing different translations, it is found that translators can convey text information through linguistic, cultural and communicative dimensions, accurately show the full picture of the original book, and help translators complete the dynamic process of adaptive selection and selective adaptation.
