Road in northwest of China, a passageway which had played an important role in historical contacting with other countries, gradually
declined and faded out from people's sight. Most silk road related works and articles didn't go to the further discussion about the Land

works. Her novel The Poseidon Family, published in 2004, focusing on women of three generations, narrates a Taiwan fable about the

narrative perspective, the narrative style with the combination of author and individual, and "abnormal" paralipsis as well as other
    techniques.

playwright and an African-American woman, Parks finds in postmodern drama both a penchant for formal innovation and an emphasis
on those marginalized in society and her works have exerted important influence in New York and the United States. By combing,
concluding and summarizing, the domestic and abroad research of Parks's works has the following characteristics: the analyzing angle
is diversifying; the research mainly focuses on single work, but the overall research is weak; most research has compared Parks's works
with other authors' works; the domestic research on Parks's works has just begun, and the study of Parks and her works has pioneering
significance and value; at the same time, it can rich China's African- American literature research, especially the research on

Marx's thought of urbanization does not only have a profound theoretical basis, which is an essential part of historical
materialism, but also has a clear practical appeal, that is, the essence of urbanization and historical role is to realize the modern
transformation of human society. Reflecting China's urbanization practice from Marx's view of urbanization will not only help us to find
the rationality and superiority of rural urbanization in the past, but also help us to overcome the disadvantage of current "big city"
strategy which focuses on urban areas only but overlooks rural areas. Only in this way, can we bring the modern transformation of rural
production and lifestyle into the practice and value of pursuing urbanization, and to realize the mutual development of urban and rural
    areas.

Since Hume put forward the "Is-Ought Problem", the gap of "Fact-Value" and the questions appear: Can the gap be
crossed? Or, is the derivation of "fact-value" possible? These questions become the core problems that ethics concerned about. In
1950s, "emotionalism" of Ayer et al. denied this derivation completely, so the discussion of the investigation of ethics is in a tight
corner. Faced with this dilemma, Putnam et al. who have come up with their own rescue measures, made the derivation of "fact-value"
possible, and changed the research direction of contemporary ethics which held the "pragmatism". However, the change did not make
the problem of the relationship between fact and value find the final answer, but slid from one extreme to the other extreme.

The statues of Five Hundred Arhats in Kunming's Qiongzhu Temple are the masterpiece work of Qing Dynasty's religious
art. The rising and flourishing of these statues was anything but accidental, but was closely related to the popularity of Five Hundred
Arhats statues across China in Qing Dynasty, the diversification of religious beliefs in Yunnan Province's minority groups, the post-war
reconstruction of public spirit and the interaction between Mengfo(dreaming of the Buddha), a famous monk, and LI Guangxiu, a
skillful artisan. In terms of artistic property, the statues of Five Hundred Arhats in Kunming's Qiongzhu Temple were completely
different from the ritualized propensity of Qing Dynasty's religious statues art that emphasized craftsmanship and decoration but
ignored the artistic connotation, showing an animated, ethereal and lively new look with completely different styles. Such status is
highly related to LI Guangxiu's artistic attainment, life experience and understanding of the Buddhist theories as well as the free
    creating space of the artist.

Competition of higher education centrally embodies competition of educational level and strength under the background of
globalization and the pattern of differentiation; meanwhile, it is also divided into brand and regional competition. Implementation of
"Gateway" strategy provides not only a rare opportunity for the development of Yunnan higher education, but also new challenges and
requirements of how to join and promote "Gateway" construction and the "One Belt and One Road" project consciously. At present, the
overall brand image of universities in Yunnan is rather weak, and the awareness of constructing and broadcasting overall image is not
strong enough. Thus, ideas should be changed, position should be fixed reasonably, advantages should be fully developed, multicooperation
and exchange should be strengthened to build overall image of differentiation but organic unity to improve the competitive

Government performance evaluation is the core and the most important part of performance management. E-government
has become the required scheme to improve administrative efficiency for governments and a powerful booster to implement government
performance evaluation. Government performance evaluation supported by E-government would have a positive impact on a more
scientific, fair and comprehensive evaluation of government work performance. E-government construction offers a good information
platform and strong technical support for government performance evaluation in many aspects, such as value orientation, evaluation
subject, evaluation emphasis, evaluation technology, etc. It would also play a positive role in promoting government performance
    evaluation.
