The Economic Law Incentives for Innovation of Internet Business Models

Abstract: In the innovation of Internet business models,most innovation behaviors can enhance consumer's welfare,promote the development of the Internet industry, and drive the transformation and upgrading of the national economy, but endogenous risks of such innovation behaviors are likely to curb the innovation enthusiasm of Internet enterprises. Therefore it is necessary to motivate the innovation of the internet business models. Compared with the market and the government, the law has more advantages in boosting the innovation of the Internet business models. Among the branches of law, economic law meets the needs of and is more effective on the business model innovation by adhering to moderate intervention and maintaining fair regulation. China's fiscal and tax systems, and anti-unfair competition laws have played a major role in stimulating the innovation of Internet business models, but there are still room for improvement. In the future, we should further improve fiscal support and subsidies, perfect the taxation systems and preferential policies, and optimize legislation and jurisdiction in anti-unfair competition,so as to encourage the innovation of the internet business models and contribute to China's innovationdriven and Internet based national development strategies.
