The disturbance of the original geology， geomorphology and hydrology in the area of oil and gas exploitation has become one of the main factors affecting the ecological environment of oil and gas exploitation areas. The ecological compensation system for soil and water conservation during oil and gas resource exploitation is faced with multiple limitations in its actual practice， which include imperfect legal system， unprecise definition of compensation subject and object， unclear standard of compensation and limited approaches of compensation. We suggest optimizing the ecological compensation system for soil and water conservation during exploitation of oil and gas resources by improving relevant laws and regulations， determining compensation subject in terms of compensation payment， compensation acceptance and compensation implementation， defining ecological benefit of soil and water environment as the object of compensation， calculating compensation standard according to the ecological service function value of soil and water conservation damaged by permanent and temporary expropriation of land， and by diversifying approaches of compensation.

Finance is the core of modern economy， and inclusive finance is important for building a moderately prosperous society. Sichuan province issued Plan for Advancing the Development of Inclusive Finance ( 2016-2020). Thus， measuring the development of inclusive finance of Sichuan province has become an urgent issue. This paper builds an inclusive finance development measuring system based on the availability， application depth and digitlization of financial services. The system mainly uses coefficient of variation method to measure inclusive financial index of different regions in Sichuan province. The results show that the overall level of inclusive finance in Sichuan province is growing but with uneven development. The paper suggests narrowing the gaps among cities and prefectures and helping even development of inclusive finance within Sichuan province through carrying out differentiated policies，strengthening the construction of digital inclusive finance and creating an inclusive finance-friendly environment.

With the comprehensive penetration of the Internet into society， it has become the trend of the times for young people to participate in social governance through the Internet. In the prevention and control of the epidemic of Covid-19， the youth spontaneously carry out various activities via the Internet to help fight against the epidemic and achieved remarkable results， which is a breakthrough from their traditional participation in social governance under the guidance of the Communist Youth League and other official organizations. However， problems still exist in the process of youth participation in social governance， such as lack of specific management， low degree of social trust and lack of developmental support. We suggest solving the problems from the three aspects in order for young people to play a better role in social governance in the Internet era， and help social governance innovation and improve national governance efficiency.

Employee innovation plays an important role in the development of organizational innovation， and has been widely concerned by academia and business circles. Based on the theory of social exchange and the theory of psychological ownership， this paper uses descriptive statistics， correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis to explore the mechanism of employment relationship effect on employee innovation behavior， and the dual intermediary role of employee psychological ownership and work engagement. The results show that the organization-centered employment relationship has a significant positive effect on employee innovation behavior，and the work-centered employment relationship，overinvestment employment relationship and underinvestment employment relationship have a negative effect on employee innovation behavior. Psychological ownership and work engagement play a dual intermediary role between organizational-centered employment relationship and innovation behavior.

With the deepening of China's reforms，social equity has been widely involved in the residents' living environment， but the analysis of its effects has been lacking. Based on data from the China General Social Survey (CGSS2015)， this article explores the impact of subjective and objective social equity factors on residents' perception of public service access. The results show that the higher the degree of social equity，the higher the residents'perception of public services access；subjective equity factors have a greater impact on residents' perception of public services access than objective equity factors. Heterogeneity analysis results show that social equity has a greater impact on urban residents' perception of access to public services than on rural residents. The above conclusions suggest that we should improve the residents' perception of public service access in the respects of objective and subjective social equity， and guide people's cognition and greatly increase investment to the improvement of rural people's livelihood

Female game players have become an important customer group as video game market continues to develop. However， gender stereotypes in video game advertising still exist. This research adopts quantitative survey to investigate consumers' responses towards gender stereotype in video game advertising with two versions of questionnaires: one with obvious gender stereotype and the other without. Research methods such as descriptive analysis， correlation analysis， multiple linear regression analysis， and analysis of variance for covariance are used to analyze the data of questionnaire survey. The result demonstrates that consumers respond more positively towards advertising without gender stereotype. This reveals that video game advertising designing needs to follow the trend of video game market so as to avoid negative consumer response and improve consumer satisfaction towards video game advertising.

Based on the theory of brand personality，we did a case study of the three representative ancient villages—Hongcun， Xidi and Longchuan in Southern Anhui province， using content analysis and comparative analysis to explore the similarities and differences of tourism brand personality among the three competing villages located in the same area， with similar tourist attractions. The results show that Hongcun's brand personality projection is more diversified， and Xidi and Longchuan's are more focused. A comparison between the projected brand personality and the perceived brand personality by referring to related researches reveals that the consistency degree of the three ancient villages' projected personality and perceived personality is different，with Hongcun of the highest consistency，and Longchuan the lowest. As the emphases on brand personality projection differ among the three villages， and the perception of brand personality diversified， we suggest the destination marketing be done according to positioning differentiation strategy.

The development of digital technology has brought new opportunities and challenges for brand communication. In response to the challenges， the focus of researches on brand theory has gradually shifted from brand image， brand equity and brand strategy to brand relationship. Researches on consumer-brand relationship mainly concerns brand relationship quality and its measurement dimensions， consumer motivation， emotional psychological attachment and relationship， effective access of consumer participation， intermediary factors of brand relationship quality， key driving forces for the formation of strong brand relationship， psychology and behavior in brand relationship， and influencing factors of consumer attitude and behavior. Research methods are not diversified with fewer empirical and localization researches. Future researches need to be done on research technology improvement，cross-disciplinary perspective，research logic transformation，and research subject expansion， etc.

In recent years， the academic circle has carried out multi-dimensional in-depth researches on issues related to convergence media， ideological construction， and spiritual production， and has achieved rich academic fruits. Foreign scholars mainly focus on the ideological criticism of the media，and their researches are mainly about the communication practice of news media. The domestic researches are mostly about the instrumental value of convergence media， focusing on the mainstream ideology construction from the perspective of technological changes. Most of these researches are Marxist interpretations of spiritual production，and few scholars studied the ideological construction and spiritual production in the context of convergence media. Future academic researches should be on the interpretation of the“ ontological” meaning of the convergence media， exploring ideological construction on the basis of spiritual production so as to integrate spiritual and cultural production and ideological production and enhance the leadership and cohesion of the mainstream socialist ideology.

During the Agrarian Revolutionary War， Mao Zedong realized the greatness of the power of the peasants in his revolutionary practice and pioneered to classify the peasants as the prior force of the revolution. The class limitations of the peasants， the growth of the revolutionary ranks， and the nature of the Communist Party of China required that the peasants be educated in politics， economy， military， and culture so as to meet the needs of the revolutionary situation and economic and social development. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to give priority to the development of agriculture and comprehensively promote rural revitalization. Facing the relatively weak rural ideological education，the generally low level of education of peasants，and the bottleneck in increasing agricultural incomes，we suggest that we borrow from Mao Zedong's thoughts on peasant ideological education during the Agrarian Revolutionary War in deepening rural reforms and rural construction，and in striving for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation， by strengthening peasants' ideological and political education， and by inspiring their enthusiasm for building the socialist China.

Professional judge conferences have an active role in improving judges'ability to handle cases，reducing professional risks，unifying the standard of judges，and summarizing trial experience. However，due to the immature operation mechanism of the current professional judge conference，the formalization tendency，the relatively strong administrative color and inadequate understanding of the significance of meetings by leaders of the courts at all levels and judges handling the case，the professional judge conference system failed to play the role intended by the top-level design of judicial reform. The fundamental path to the perfection of the professional judge conference system lies in improving the legal status of the professional judge conference， optimizing the system construction and accurate the positioning of the professional judge conference， implementing the rules of opinion exchange and debate in the professional judges meeting， clarifying the scope of the professional judges meeting discussion， and ensuring scientific and standardized meetings through Internet and information technologies. The reform of and perfection of the professional judge conference system will contribute to the implementation of the judicial concept of“ let the adjudicator judges and the judge takes responsibility” .

The jurisdiction system of criminal procedure plays an important role in optimizing the allocation of judicial resources and ensuring the legitimacy of the proceedings. However， the criminal procedure jurisdiction dispute system has not been yet established in China， which restricts the jurisdiction system of criminal procedure to playing its role. The dispute system of criminal procedure jurisdiction is highly developed in some developed countries including both the common law countries and the civil law countries. By analyzing the United States and Japan， the representative countries of the two major legal systems， we summarize the similarities and differences， advantages and disadvantages of the dispute systems of criminal procedure jurisdiction in the two countries，so as to provide reference for the establishment and improvement of dispute systems in China. Based on the comparative analysis， we conclude that we can learn from foreign legal practices and built， within the basic framework of China's criminal procedure legal system， the criminal procedure jurisdiction dispute system that conforms to the criminal judicial practice and national conditions in China， integrating fighting crimes and protecting human rights.

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up， the development of Chinese detective and gangster films is an alternation of police and gangster films and public security films. Appearing first in the 1980s， the public security films have a strong inherent ideological nature，and gradually evolved into a branch of the“ mainstream melody movies”under the principle of“ highlighting the mainstream melody and adhering to diversity”. The detective and gangster films appearing in the 1990s， on the other hand， highlighted entertainment and“ modernity” experience with the modern visual elements and the exotic emotional appeals of cross-border manhunting. In the 21st century， when Hong Kong film directors finally found their access to the ideology of the mainland on the platform of the new mainstream discourse， detective and gangster films are mainly coproductions by movie companies from China mainland and Hong Kong. In the future development of detective and gangster films in China， the public security films will continue to exist as an important form of“ mainstream melody movies”， but detective and gangster films will go in two directions: mainland directors will explore their own styles in detective and gangster film shooting，while Hong Kong-style detective and gangster films will be more universal and inclusive new mainstream melody films.

With its vast deposits of valuable resources， the Arctic is where the common interests and concerns of mankind lie. However， with its increasing prominent advantages in both resources and geographic location comes more conflicts and frictions. This paper makes a full sample analysis of the 357 English news reports on Arctic conflicts from five major international news outlets（ CNN， BBC， RT， CBC and CCTV） since May 2012. Based on the analysis we propose ways to resolve arctic conflicts as follows: the media should promote the formation of a diversified security community and multilateral negotiation mechanism in the Arctic region with continuous objective reports on the living conditions of local residents and environmental issues. Chinese media should actively participate in objective news reporting on Arctic conflicts to help the government and the public to better understand the disputes in the Arctic region， and provides reference for China to have a louder voice in and to better respond to Arctic related issues.

The three ethnic autonomous prefectures in Sichuan Province are located in the transition zone of China's first and second topography steps. Due to complex geological conditions and strong neotectonic movements，geological disasters such as mountain floods，mud flows，rock falls and landslides would occur with high frequency and intensity after extreme weather such as heavy precipitation， especially in deep valleys. The study has revealed some problems in the disaster and risk management system of the road network in the three ethnic prefectures， which include weak scientific research on geological disasters， lack of the technologies related to disaster emergency response and disaster prevention， high vulnerability of road network infrastructure and geological disaster intensity， and low disaster resistance and resilience of the road network system. In order to improve the resilience of road network system against weather-related disasters in the three ethnic autonomous prefectures of Sichuan Province， we need an improved and safer road network with stronger resilience by strengthening scientific studies on geological disasters， emergency response system and risk management standard.

The system of safety belt of oil and gas pipeline is the core of Law of Oil & Gas Pipeline Protection， but disagreements exist about the nature and rights structure， and the criteria for designation of the safety belt in both the theoretical and industrial circles. The safety belt of oil and gas pipeline， which consists of the core protection belt and the key protection belt and the high-risk protection belt， is a continuous operation restriction zone graded according to risk level of hazard sources nature and the different distances from pipeline center line based on the principle of“no harming and endangering the pipeline safety”， focusing on the safety of pipeline itself. In the operation restriction zones of oil and gas pipelines， different legal relationships are established due to the different nature and grade of hazard sources， which together constitute the legal system of oil and gas pipeline safety core protection zone and pipeline safety key protection zone.

Based on the service-dominant logic， this paper introduces customer experience and explores the influence mechanism of customer value co-creation participation behavior on purchase intention by constructing an impact model of information search， information sharing， interpersonal interaction， and responsible behavior on customer purchase intention. Through confirmatory factor analysis， correlation analysis， multiple regression analysis of the 169 effective questionnaires from mobile phone consumers， we find out that customer value co-creation participation behavior has a significant positive impact on purchase intention， each dimension of customer value co-creation participation behavior contributing differently to customer purchase intention， that customer experience plays an intermediary role in the relationship between customer value co-creation participation behavior and purchase intention， and that information search and responsibility behavior have significantly positive influence on purchase intention， while information sharing and interpersonal interaction have no significant influence on purchase intention. Information search and responsibility behavior have a significantly positive impact on customer experience， while information sharing and interpersonal interaction have no significant impact on customer experience. Customer experience plays an intermediary role between information search and responsibility behavior and purchase intention， but not between information sharing and interpersonal interaction and purchase intention.

Pension mode is the comprehensive reflection of elderly women’ s needs for economic， emotional and care support. Pension modes in rural China is changing in the context of rural revitalization strategy. In the western rural areas， family pension has been the major pension mode for elderly women， but due to the transfer of rural labor and the fading of filial piety culture， the foundation of the family pension mode is under challenge. Elderly women in western rural areas tend to accept communitybased elderly care which mainly operates in two ways: community-based elderly home care， and elderly care in community utilities. The elderly care mode in community utilities is more suitable for the elderly women in western rural areas because of the professional service personnel.

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is an inevitable requirement to solve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient rural development in China， and is the starting point for the rural work in the new era. During the period of the Republic of China， outstanding intellectuals put forward a series of ideas to promote rural development in order to advance the China’s modernization. The scholars of rural construction school represented by Liang Shuming put forward the theory of rural construction， which focuses on rural construction and revitalization. The urban relief school represented by Wu Jingchao advocated urban development to relieve the countryside from the perspective of urban and rural integration， and the academic school represented by Fei Xiaotong put forward the theory of rural urbanization aiming to develop national industry via rural industrialization. The results showed that: 1) ecological functional nature reserves in Sichuan Province were mainly in clusters in terms of spatial distribution； 2) the spatial distribution of ecological functional nature reserves in Sichuan Province was imbalanced with a big gap between 21 prefecture-level regions through 50 years’ development， but is developing towards a balanced distribution； 3) the spatial distribution has evolved into a pattern dominated by high-density multi-core areas and high-density scattered zones and belts around Sichuan Basin， with high-density scattered zones and belts in western and southwestern Sichuan； 4) the center of nature reserves in Sichuan Province has transferred from northeast to southwest， getting closer to the center of Sichuan Province.

However， the synchronic contradiction between common interests and special interests， the conflict of values deriving from cognitive bias， and the contradiction between governance capabilities and realistic demands have had a great influence on the response abilities of subjects like countries， political parties， enterprises， international organizations. In building a shared future for mankind， it is necessary that various subjects in the international community play their roles. To improve subjects’ response， efforts must be made to exert the initiative of subjects by strengthening the collective identity of the core subjects， enhancing cohesion of the core subjects’ behavior， promoting the structure and mechanism reform of international organizations， and by enhancing the positive drive of the auxiliary subjects.

The Communist Manifesto, the communist's programmatic document, went through three stages in its birth, resulting in three manuscripts: Draft of a Communist Confession of Faith, The Principles of Communism, and the final draft Communist Manifesto. Communist Manifesto is widely known, but the other two are rarely mentioned. In order to better understand the revolutionary, pioneering and breakthrough of Communist Manifesto, we made a comparative analysis tracing the origin of the Communist Manifesto and clarifying the background, evolutionary relationship, core content and contemporary significance of the three manuscripts of Communist Manifesto. We found out that expounding basically the same ideas on the roles of the capitalists and the proletariats in history, on the free and overall development of mankind, the three documents are the crystallization of Marx and Engels' thoughts on scientific socialism, reflecting the development of Marx and Engels' thoughts.

The new type of illegal absorption of public deposits is a new form of stakeholder-type financial crimes evolved from using network technology. Its characteristics of stronger concealment， newer means， more obvious integrity， more prominent networking and organization make it difficult for judicial organs to crack down on its discovery， identification， investigation and evidence collection. The new type of crime of illegally absorbing public deposits seriously endangers national financial security， social stability and the vital interests of the people. In order to prevent and resolve the major financial risks brought by the new illegal absorption of public deposits， procuratorial organs should strengthen the function of criminal judicial intervention， combining punishment and prevention， and strengthening internal and external cooperation. We hold that it is necessary to establish a working system for judicial organs to deal with new crimes of illegally absorbing public deposits and to take the responsibility in promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity by improving the foundation of the ability to strike crimes， by using innovative supervision means， and by building a cooperative and co-construction mechanism.

The development of blockchain technology is in full swing. The combination of programmability of smart contracts and the secure trusted environment of blockchains drives application of blockchain technology into the 2.0 era. The concept of smart contracts proposed by Nick Szabo is also reshaped due to the blockchain. The exploration of application mode for smart contracts has become more abundant. And the technical characteristics of the blockchain as the underlying technology profoundly affect the technical characteristics of smart contracts， which also brings new civil law issues. Smart contracts can be used as a way of concluding a contract and carrying the content of a contract. In principle， unless the parties expressly agree that the contract is not legally binding， the use of smart contracts does not mean that the parties have no willingness to create a contractual legal relationship， and excludes the application of contract law. Smart contracts have not brought subversive impact to the contract law. Starting from the protection of the parties liberty of contract and contract justice， taking into account the technical obstacles to the conclusion of smart contracts and our country’s regulatory attitude， we should make appropriate breakthroughs in the autonomous order of smart contracts. Absolute public chain and technological autonomy cannot be achieved， which is specifically embodied in contract formation， remedies for defects in declaration of will and remedies for breach of contract. Each node of the network has a de facto control and maintenance relationship for the operation of the blockchain network and smart contracts， so each node has a higher duty of care for the normal works of smart contract than other people.

The development of science and technology can expand the utility boundary of the system， and in the process of system change， an incentive environment for technological innovation is constructed. Technology and system form a co-evolving innovation system based on two-way interaction. The non-linear effects that the two exert on each other tend to produce multiple feedback. When system changes lag behind the pace of scientific and technological innovation， the system design deviates from the actual scientific research work， and the implementation of the system is not coordinated， the co-evolution slows down and deviates from social needs， resulting in intensified level conflicts and lost effectiveness of coordinated development. Moral education， the fundamental task of college education， can be brought to its full play in college basketball course. This paper explores the mechanism of ideological and political education in college basketball course， focusing on the blending of basketball sports characteristics and the ideological and political education， and course ideological and political education system construction and implementation. We conclude that the philosophical nature， the characteristics and improvement of the techniques of basketball sports， are highly consistent with the thought of Marxist philosophy theory. The history of basketball sports in China can stimulate students’ patriotic feelings； the practice of basketball techniques matches the core values of socialism； the principles of sports biomechanics behind basketball technologies can guide and cultivate students’ spirit of scientific inquiry， thus cultivating college students’ core competency in physical education. Shanhugou Shihua( Notes on Poets and Poetry) is the representative work by Zhang Biaochen， a Northern Song Dynasty critic. In this book， Zhang Biaochen brought forth new ideas about poetry based on researches on a number of poets and their poems. He disagreed about the then popular concept of“Poetry Begets misfortune”， holding that the key to successful poem writing lies not in the“fortune”or“misfortune”of the poets， but in their innate talents of poem writing. Zhang emphasized originality on the basis of inheritance in poem writing and the foremost pursuit of originality should be thematic originality， with language polishing following. He preferred implicit and natural style in poem writing rather than eccentricity. In addition， Zhang Biaochen also made a detailed study on the poets and their works and styles with insightful comments. Zhang Biaochen’ s poetic views are of a typical characteristic of his time.

In the new era, the standardization of nursing home effectively responds to the needs of the elderly for a better life, and is also a requirement for the supply of elderly-care services in the modernization of social governance. The standardized construction of elderly care institutions includes selection index and standard setting in which a certain reasonable boundary is needed because it is related to public interests. Ineffective expansion of institutional costs and failure of public policy should be prevented in the process of standardization construction, in response to the multiple needs of the elderly. Through studies on the continuous national policies and local pilot practices, we have drawn valuable experiences of standardized construction of elderly care institutions, such as two-way interaction at the national and local levels, the combination of pilot experience and expertise, and the coordination and cooperation of administrative entities and social forces. In future standardized construction of elderly care institutions, we should continue to optimize and accelerate the scientific advancement of the standardization, so as to develop from pilot practice to industry and build a long-term implementation mechanism.

Based on the data of 41 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2008 to 2017, this paper constructs a simultaneous equation model to examine the interactive effects of financial development and regional innovation,and to explore the spatial spillover effects. The study found that the positive promotion effect of financial development on regional innovation is not affected by time span,but the impact of regional innovation on financial development is heterogeneous in time span. The impact of regional innovation on financial development is uncertain in short terms, while in the long term, regional innovation has a negative effect on financial development. Ignoring this negative impact will result in significant overestimate of the role of financial development in promoting regional innovation. Both regional innovation and financial development have positive spatial spillovers. Financial development in nearby regions promotes regional innovation, but regional innovation in nearby regions has no significant effect on the financial development of the region. We believe that financial development and regional innovation can be integrated and linked to achieve a win-win situation, on the basis of a new pattern of mutually beneficial financial development and regional innovation.

The explosion of real-time online comments makes the management of real-time online comments an important issue at present. Previous studies on real-time online reviews focused more on personal behavior consequences than on information management. On the other hand, there exist limitations in the information management of real-time online comments in video websites. Based on the framework of information quality dimension,this paper uses Tobit model to study the factors influencing user acceptance of real-time online comment. Novelty, similarity, emotional orientation and information richness of real-time online comments have significant effects on user acceptance,among which novelty and similarity play the most important role. The research results can provide some help in the management of real-time online comment of video websites for better viscosity of users.

According to the prospect theory, the patent system has the attribute of prospect. By giving the inventor exclusive rights, the management, coordination and development of innovation resources are realized so as to improve the utilization of resources and promote the generation of new technologies in coordination with successive inventors. The incentive theory high-lights the monopoly attribute of the patent system,while the prospect theory explains the substantive nature of the patent system and highlights the competitive attribute of the patent system. The patent system,which encourages innovation and competition, cannot solve but can guide the direction of rent dissipation. According to these prospective attributes, the patent system should be more prudent, clear and meticulous in the identification of patent standards, the scope and duration of patent protection, and the legal classification and content of patent rights. It should also be adjusted according to the actual domestic situation when going internationalized. The establishment of patent system based on prospect theory is more conducive for invention and creation to adjust to the operation of market economy, and further promotes social innovation and market competition.

Pairing assistance is an institutional arrangement with unique Chinese characteristics, which plays a prominent role in the management of major public health emergencies. After a long period of construction and development,China has formed a rich and diversified paring assistance system. In the process of uniting and leading the people of the whole country to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic,a major public health emergency since the founding of the People's Republic of China,a governmentled, enterprise-coordinated and society supported assistance subject has been formed; measures such as dispatching medical teams and supplying epidemic prevention materials have laid a solid foundation for winning the battle of epidemic prevention and control, and the efficient operation of pairing assistance system has been ensured by establishing scientific and reasonable organization and leadership mechanism, personnel selection mechanism and logistics support mechanism. In recent years, "illegal purchases" happening frequently in the securities industry makes it difficult to protect the interests of small investors, and listed companies are also exposed to the risks. Although Article 86 of the Securities Law and Articles 13 and 14 of the Measures for the Administration of the Takeover of Listed Companies set forth the "slow walk" rules. the legislation on the legal liability of "slow walk" rules is currently not effectively implemented in China, "illegal purchase" not being forbidden. A clear definition of the legal responsibility of "slow walk" rules is urgently needed. At present, China can learn from the relevant legislation of foreign countries by restricting the voting rights of the shares illegally increased by investors within a certain period of time, imposing fines on violators according to a certain proportion of the shares illegally held, and by standardizing approaches the target company obtain compensation through litigation, so that the legal liability of the "slow walk" rule is further clarified, and the interests of small and medium shareholders are protected.
