As a low-carbon fossil energy, natural gas plays an irreplaceable role in the energy system. Based on the prosperity index of China's natural gas industry in 2021, this paper analyzes and explores the environment, problems and development strategies of China's natural gas industry. It is found that driven by the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals, the development of China's natural gas industry continues to improve, creating a broad space for natural gas demand growth. However, the development of China's natural gas industry is also facing a series of challenges, such as high dependence on foreign natural gas, uncertainty of world energy environment, great impact of renewable energy development;inside the industry, problems are inadequate core technology, unbalanced supply and demand, and defects in operation mechanism. At present, efforts should be made to break through core technologies, improve peak shaving ability and deepen market reform in order to achieve high-quality development of natural gas industry.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, brand crises erupt more frequently, and consumer retaliation behavior to negative brand events has become an important issue enterprises must deal with. This study, based on cognitive dissonance theory, explores the impact of CSR reputation and crisis types on consumer retaliation behavior from the perspective of consumer response to brand crises. The results show that CSR reputation exerts significant influence on consumer retaliation behavior:positive CSR reputation restrains consumer retaliation behavior. And brand crisis type has significant impact on consumer retaliation behavior:symbolic crisis situation is more likely to trigger consumer retaliation than functional crisis situation. Corporate social responsibility and brand crisis type have significant influence on each other. We conclude that enterprises should not only value their core products, but also put emphasis on corporate social responsibility investment, to avoid being regarded as hypocritical and immoral enterprises by consumers.

The Inhibitory Effect of Consumer Price Sensitivity on Big Data-Enabled Price Discrimination

Consumer's price sensitivity has an inhibitory influence on big data-enabled price discrimination, in which consumers' emotional attitudes play an intermediary role, but the actual influence mechanism needs further study. In this paper, based on the effect hierarchy theory, we analyze the samples collected online using SPSS 26.0 and Amos 24.0. The results show that product differences will affect the consumers' inhibition behavior to big data-enabled price discrimination on e-commerce platforms by influencing consumers' emotional attitudes;online word-of-mouth will directly affect the inhibition behavior to big data-enabled price discrimination. Therefore, consumers need to incorporate product differences and online word-of-mouth into their own consumption reference standards to improve their consumer price sensitivity and curb the big data-enabled price discrimination on e-commerce platform from the consumer side.

In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, the significance of researches on green contractor ma nagement models is becoming increasingly prominent. A green contractor management model must be built through efforts from three dimensions:development momentum and connotation, theoretical evolution and characteristics, implementation framework and challenges. The study finds that the three parts of green development consensus, cost reduction and quality improvement, and digital reconstruction are the driving forces for the construction of a green contractor management model;the whole process of green contractor management model construction must be guided by the concept of green management, centering on the needs of the owners and follow contract terms;the green contractor management model must be implemented through integrated consideration of project life cycle, contractor management model and the connotation of green contractors due to the challenges in management, organization, and technology.

In order to summarize the experience of poverty alleviation, to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, and help the high-quality economic development in the new era, this paper, taking the A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen that participated in targeted poverty alleviation from 2016 to 2019 as the research samples, studies the impact of enterprises' participation in targeted poverty alleviation on audit quality. We find that the participation of enterprises in targeted poverty alleviation significantly improved the audit quality. And the positive relationship between corporate participation in targeted poverty alleviation and audit quality is more significant in non-state-owned companies and companies with high media attention. Therefore, we suggest that the government value corporate contribution to poverty alleviation, that the news media play more active role in news coverage on and oversight of enterprise participation in poverty alleviation, and the enterprises actively take their social responsibility.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic, risks have been spreading with this public health emergency, and imported food has repeatedly become the hardest hit area. On the other hand, there are some problems in import food safety risk regulation, such as lack of unity and coordination in the regulatory system, lack of innovation and diversity in regulatory means, lack of openness and inclusiveness in communication mechanism, etc. Based on the long-term mechanism construction experience of diversified regulatory tools, digital governance means and open information exchange in various countries, from the perspective of process, to continue to optimize the risk regulation path of imported food safety, we should strengthen the cooperative regulation mechanism, construct the information sharing mechanism, promote the quantitative risk assessment mechanism and improve the global co-governance mechanism.

In recent years, science and technology have been in closer connection with finance, and the digital transformation of financial market is accelerating and is highly integrated. However, risks of the financial market under the digital transformation gradually appear:the high leverage and bubble behind the inclusiveness of enterprise financialization, the technology gap of the development of digital technology that aggravates the financial exclusion of financial consumers, and the application of big data in the financial field that threatens the security of financial data. In the construction of financial consumer protection paradigm in the digital financial era in China, we should respond to the new risks faced by financial consumer protection under the background of digital finance and adapt to the new situation of digital transformation of financial market by clarifying the regulatory concept, stimulating market vitality, improving the regulatory system, improving expertise of regulatory work, breaking down financial barriers and narrowing the information gap so as to adapt to the new situation of digitalization of the financial market.

After several changes in theory and practice, it has become a norm for courts to cite the constitution in judicial documents. However, due to the lack of a set of clear and unified norms, courts at all levels follow their own criteria when citing the constitution. This is bound to be detrimental to safeguarding the dignity of the constitution and its implementation. Therefore, it necessary for the Supreme People's Court to issue the rules for constitution citing by courts, to clarify the specific text of the constitution for citing, to stipulate occasions for constitution citing, and to unify the accurate and complete format of constitution citing. Through accountability mechanisms, supervision mechanisms, and guiding case mechanisms, etc., courts are guaranteed to properly cite the constitution. And allowing the courts to interpret the constitution at the level of legal methods when citing, is an important part of constitution citing system and the expected content of the rules for constitution citing by courts.

In recent years, appeals for resolving administrative disputes by means of administrative reconsideration is getting louder. But, due to the disadvantages of "different judgments in the same case" and the inability to guarantee neutrality in the practice of the administrative reconsideration system at earlier time, the credibility of the administrative reconsideration system is weakened. The essence of administrative dispute resolution through administrative reconsideration is the improvement of the administrative reconsideration system. The primary issue to be solved is to restore the credibility of the administrative reconsideration system, which can be done through pilot practice of prepositioning of reconsideration system.to promote the practice of the administrative reconsideration system. Considering the criteria of reconsideration system prepositioning and characteristics of administrative behaviors, we suggest experimenting prepositioning of reconsideration system in cases of government information disclosure, benefit-infringing and benefit-rendering administrative acts.

Privacy is an important personality right, which must be protected by legislation. Before the compilation of China's Civil Code, a privacy protection system based on departmental law has been formed. The Civil Code extended the protection mode of the General Principles of Civil Law for the right of privacy, separated it from the right of reputation, and listed it in the same separate section with the right of personal information. The transformation of the civil law on the protection of the right of privacy will directly affect the criminal law's re-examination and construction of the privacy protection model. Different from the direct protection model of civil law, the independent legal interest status of the right of privacy has not yet been presented in the criminal law, and the protection of legal interests related to the right of privacy is based on the indirect protection model of legal interests such as reputation rights and personal information rights. This protection mode may lead to inconsistent and dislocation of the protection of legal interests of privacy. Therefore, considering the dilemma that the civil law has recognized the independent status of the right of privacy and that criminal law protects it independently, the criminal law needs to explore new ways to directly protect the right of privacy in order to form a comprehensive protection system for the right of privacy.

When the global ecological environment is gradually deterioratingXi Jinping put forward the concept of global ecological governance. Xi's concept on global eco-governance derives from Marx's eco-thoughts, inherits the gene of eco-wisdom in traditional Chinese culture, draws on the eco-governance theories of the West and the experiences of the global eco-governance. Xi Jinping holds that clean and beautiful green homeland is the final purpose of global eco-governance, which is driven by green development under the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities through discussion and collaboration. Xi Jinping's view on global eco-governance enriches and expands the eco-civilization thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics, provides Chinese theory for global eco-governance, and points out new direction for the construction of global eco-civilization.

Research on the Practical Strategies of Cyberspace Ideology Security Education of China's Colleges in the Mobile Internet Era

In the era of mobile Internet, China's colleges and universities, the important places for ideological education, are faced with unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Through an investigation of 11 domestic colleges we conduct a study on Chinese college students' cognition and acceptance of cyberspace ideology security education and find that the college students in general show a high level of acceptance of cyberspace ideological security education, but nearly one-fifth of the students have not identify with the value of the mainstream ideology, and a quarter of the students cannot consciously maintain ideology security in cyberspace. Therefore, Chinese colleges need to adhere to the basic principles of cyberspace ideology security education with Chinese characteristics, to innovate courses of ideological and political theory and expand education channels, and to construct a college cyberspace ideological security education network of faculty groups, network technical talents, and political leadership of student associations.
