    Abstract138)      PDF (1501KB)(178)    Save

Marketization level is an important means to reflect the development of a regional market economy. Marketization in the
ethnic minority areas is obviously lagging behind the average level of the whole country, especially the developed regions. Through the
comparison of the average level of six statistic indexes, including the ownership structure, the administrative effectiveness, the
economic extroversion, the industrial structure, factor market and law environment, among Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan
Province and the nation, the result shows that there exist some problems: the lack of private ownership enterprises, inadequate
government function transformation, insufficient extroverted degree and inefficient industrial structure. It is necessary to accelerate
economic marketization reform, speed up the development of the non- public enterprises, improve the administrative efficiency,
strengthen the international cooperation and upgrade the industrial structure, cultivate factor market, develop the agency organizations
and build service platform, make fully use of the market mechanism's effects on economic growth and establish corresponding
    economic system.

Research on the coordination of foreign higher education and economic growth and the effects of higher education to local
economy are thoroughly discussed and formed relatively mature theories. Although there is no lack of study of harmonious development
of domestic higher education and local economy, and the the contribution of the development of higher education made on regional
economic growth, research are mostly empirical analysis putting forward the corresponding policy suggestions. The reasons of
inharmonious development of local higher education and regional economic growth in China remains in the shortage of the strategic
studies, institutional arrangements and mechanism design of the coordination of local higher education and local economy growth.

Based on the cognitive linguistic theory, this paper identifies and analyzes the conceptual metaphors in Bai nationality's
proverbs and then it's found the existence of structure metaphors, location metaphors and entity metaphors in Bai nationality's proverbs
in which the cultural characteristics of location metaphors are the same in English. Namely, "up" is associated with positive things; on
the contrary, "down" relates to negative ones. Therefore, compared with English, the structure metaphors and entity metaphors in Bai
nationality's proverbs have different cultural traits. To be more specific, the structure metaphors are generally associated with family
values and ethics of Bai people, and the entity metaphors usually reflect their worship for heaven, Buddhism and local God, which
deeply rooted in Bai people's inner world.

    Abstract143)      PDF (1470KB)(163)    Save

Two sides of the power may have two matching paths: the Separation and Distribution. So we should reexamine the
traditional power allocation theory. It has an especial meaning in the background of "advancing the law-based governance of China"
proposed by the eighteen session of the Fourth Plenary Session. The requirement of ruling the country by law is to discuss the issue of
power under the premise of the law, and the interpretation of political science is no exception. Relying on the practice of the
relationship between the central and local, from the perspective of China 's political reality, reexamining the dialectical unity of power
separation and distribution has important theoretical and practical significance to current China's ongoing anti-corruption struggle and
    law-based governance.

    J4    2016, 1 (10): 35-38.
    Abstract172)      PDF (1343KB)(132)    Save

Objective: To study the sodium nitrite injury and repair mechanisms to the male mice. Methods: Kunming species male
mice were used in the experiment. Dose groups were administered by oral with NaNO2(15, 30, 60 mg/(kg·d)), while the control
groups had been given normal saline of the same volume for 14 days. After 24 hours of the last exposure to NaNO2, one-third of mice in
three dose groups were killed. The remaining mice were divided into two groups. One group was given Lyceum barbarum
polysaccharide, while another group was given normal saline of the same volume for 14 days and then killed all the mice. Experiment
measured index included the main organ weight, organ coefficient, serum testosterone level and sperm deformity rate. Results: With
the increasing dose of NaNO2, the mice serum testosterone level and the spleen weight were decreased significantly(all P value<
0.05), the sperm deformity rate was increased significantly(all P value<0.05). After stopping giving NaNO2, the level of serum
testosterone were increased, the sperm deformity rate and spleen organ coefficient were declined in 15, 30 mg/(kg·d)NaNO2 groups,
the three indexes were statistically significant comparing with previous experiments(all P value<0.05). The other indexes had no
change. Conclusion: NaNO2 had the ability to inhibit the level of serum testosterone and induce the sperm deformity in mice. After
stopping exposing to NaNO2, the mice can repair some damages by themselves, the Lyceum barbarum polysaccharide may also have
recovery effect, which needs further study.

Objective: To explore the value of diagnosing pleural effusion with bronchoscopy instead of thoracoscopy. Methods:
Clinical data of 42 cases using bronchoscopy instead of thoracoscopy in patients with pleural effusion which remained unsure in pleural
biopsy from August 2013 to October 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Test results, the clinical data of patients and the correlation
analysis of test results were analyzed. Results: 24 cases were diagnosed as malignant tumor, including 20 cases of lung cancer, 4 cases
of malignant pleural mesothelioma, 12 cases of tuberculous pleurisy, 6 cases of chronic nonspecific inflammation. 6 cases of patients
with unsure diagnosis had half a year follow-up, and there was no deterioration occurred after hospital discharge and no any evidence
of malignant tumor and tuberculosis. Conclusion: Using bronchoscopy instead of thoracoscopy examination in the diagnosis of patients
with pleural effusion of unknown origin is a safe and easy diagnostic method with low false negative rate. Patients with imaging
evidence of a chronic course, shortness of breath, smoking, massive pleural effusion, malignant tumor should be examined by
    thoracoscopy.

    J4    2016, 1 (10): 67-70.
    Abstract174)      PDF (1592KB)(231)    Save

Objective: To investigate the function mechanism of PPAR -α in liver cancer on abnormal liver function after
transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE). Methods: VX2 hepatic cancer model in 26 New Zealand white rabbits model were
established with 86% successful rate(24/28). VX2 hepatic cancer models in rabbits were randomly divided to embolization group
(12), angiography group(12). Rabbits of very group were sacrificed 8 hours after TAE. Liver tissues surrounded HCC were collected
to make paraffin section, and the expression of PPAR-α in hepatic tissue was detected after hematoxylin & eosin(HE)staining and
    immunohistochemistry. Results: Positive cells in embolization group ranged from 51%~85% with a positive assessment ++ / +++;
positive cells in angiography group were between 10%~30% with a positive assessment of + / ++. Statistical analysis showed that the
PPAR-α expression in cancer adjacent hepatic tissue of embolization group was significantly higher than angiography group(P<
0.05). Conclusion: After TAE, PPAR-α expression in tumor adjacent hepatic tissue increased significantly. The possible reason of
high expression of PPAR-α might be hypoxia ischemia of cancer adjacent normal tissues.
