The Psychological and Social Mechanism and Risk Prevention of Adolescents’ “Gossiping” Online

With the development and popularization of the Internet， teenager “gossiping” online is increasingly becoming a common and popular phenomenon. Through online ethnography， online text analysis and interviews with teenage netizens， we found that teenagers’ online “gossiping” can be summarized as consumption and immersion of emotion， sharing and interaction in behavior， neutrality and observation in cognition， snooping and truth seeking in psychology. The online “gossiping” of teenagers is the result of the joint function of herding effect， bystander effect， sour grape effect and looking glass self， which may lead to social risks of indifference in morality， polarization of opinions， subject disorientation and collective unconsciousness. To prevent the risks， institutional efforts are needed to intervene by social workers through case work or group work etc. to provide teenagers with services in emotion management and self-identity.

A deep understanding from the perspective of evolution of the external characteristics and internal reasons of urban and rural economic relations and the promotion of modernization has important implications for further understanding and promoting the integration of urban and rural economic development in the context of Chinese modernization. In the past 70 years of urban and rural economic development and modernization since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the changes in urban and rural economic relations have always echoed the proposition of different stages of modernization. There is a high degree of consistency between the new journey of Chinese modernization and the logic of urban and rural economic integration. The key point of promoting urban and rural economic integration is to promote the integration of urban and rural elements, and the governance of urban and rural elements gives urban and rural economic relations a structure that conforms to the characteristics of the modernization development stage, and strongly supports the modernization process. It is necessary to further promote the two-way flow, efficient combination, rational allocation and orderly development of urban and rural factors through effective governance of economic factors, which is conducive to accelerating the integration of urban and rural economies and better promoting Chinese-style modernization.

In recent years, the high income of China's pop stars has aroused public concern and questioning. There is an urgent need to further standardize the income distribution system in China, curbing the abnormally high income of the pop stars, and therefore maintaining social equity and justice. Marx's labor theory of value is the most basic theory guiding China's income distribution, and has important guiding significance in solving the unbalanced income distribution in China. Based on Marx's theory of labor value, this paper analyzes and summarizes problems of the abnormally high income of pop stars in the respects of composition, capital investment, product endorsement, and contract signing and concludes that the major reasons for the phenomenon are the pop stars' lack of sense of social responsibility, the abnormal market demand, and the ineffective adjustment and supervision mechanism. Finally, we propose to solve the problem from the two dimensions of culture and system. Efforts must be done first in legislation,and then in income distribution system improvement so as to adjust the income gap. Government's regulation are also necessary to prevent the negative effects of market mechanism. Education programs must be carried out to promote positive values and the external supervision must be implemented to regulate pop stars' conducts.

The accelerated integration of digital technology and entity industry is the key to the development of digital economy. The influencer economy has brought new opportunities for the digital development of entity industry. It is particularly important to explore the mechanism and implementation path of internet traffic that enables the entity industry in this context. Based on the internal logic of internet traffic, this paper explains the mechanism and implementation path of internet traffic enabling entity industry with the evolution of the internal dominant logic of internet traffic. According to the research, the internal logic of internet traffic is driven by the key variables of internet traffic, and based on the dominant logic, internet traffic empowers the development of the entity industry through the internal mechanism of spatial empowerment, brand empowerment, platform empowerment and data empowerment in the form of spatial traffic, brand traffic, platform traffic and relational traffic. Through traffic acquisition, traffic retention and diversion, accurate customer acquisition and traffic monetization, the value of internet traffic to the entity industry can be created, and the internal impetus for the innovative development of the real industry can be provided.

The betrothal gifts, a wedding tradition, has existed for a long time and was a necessary procedure for the conclusion of ancient marriages. This article selects effective judgment documents from areas with a high incidence of disputes over betrothal gift return in the past three years since the implementation of the Civil Code, and combines them with the interpretation of the Book of Marriage and Family of Civil Code on betrothal gifts and betrothal gift return rules. Through sample analysis, we found that there are common problems in judicial application, such as different scope of betrothal gift return, different proportion of betrothal gift return, and lack of standards for identifying the payer's living difficulties. The discrepancy in judgments of the same case harms judicial authority. This article proposes paths for judicial breakthrough from three aspects: clarifying the scope of betrothal gift return, establishing a return proportion system, and establishing a standard for the payer's living difficulties.

Social workers provide social services for the disadvantaged groups, the deviant groups, and the diseased groups on the premise of empathy. However, empathy is a double-edged sword, long-term engagement in which can easily cause empathy fatigue,an unhealthy psychological condition directly related to organizational problems that disturb the development of social work, such as low professional identity, high willingness to leave, and high turnover rate. This article reviews the early researches on empathy fatigue. Through generalizing and evaluating the concept of empathy fatigue, its measurements, influencing factors, and intervention measures, we put forward an operational concept of empathy fatigue for social workers and the direction for future studies. We expect that more researches be done on and more intervention measures be taken to improve social workers,a professional group with high labor intensity,high cognitive skills,and high emotional input,thereby promoting the development of social work.

The Communist Party of China’s pursuit of modernization can be traced back to before the founding of the People's Republic of China, but China didn’t get on the right track of modernization until after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee when Deng Xiaoping gave modernization the Chinese style connotation. After a historical review of “style”, “Chinese style”, and “modernization”, Deng Xiaoping timely introduced “modernization” and “Chinese style” simultaneously into the political discourse, which levered the economic development and preluded the trend of the times, enabling the economic base and superstructure interact in a positive manner. The connotation of “Chinese style” modernization has evolved into a complete and stable theoretical core in the discourse of basic standards, strategic steps, and value objectives, and thereby expanding the theoretical space of “Chinese style” modernization connotation and extending the theoretical life. The connotation demonstrates the nature of independence of China’s modernization path, clarifies the openness of China’s modernization path to the outside world, highlights the diverse choices of national modernization paths, and provides new strategies for other underdeveloped countries to achieve modernization.

Delivery rider outsourcing prevails in the food-delivery business. After the contractor signs an agreement with the platform enterprise for the delivery business, the platform enterprise gets covered up with the algorithm in this special mode of outsourcing so as to avoid the legal liabilities it should bear, such as the vicarious liability stipulated in Article 1191 of the ${Civil}$ ${Code}$. In cases of outsourced delivery rider causing damage to a third party, both platform enterprises and contractors should be the subjects of vicarious liability considering their actual control of delivery riders if the court judges beyond the superficial characteristic of the outsourcing mode. However, platform enterprises and contractors have different degrees of control over the delivery riders, their vicarious liability should go with the different degree of control. In addition, the delivery rider is not exempt from his/her liability, and the platform enterprise and contractor are entitled to pursue recovery from the delivery rider when he/she commits gross negligence.

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that achieving common prosperity for all people is the characteristic and essential requirement of Chinese path to modernization, and stressed that we must closely focus on the main social contradictions in the new era to promote all work. Comprehensively studying, grasping and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and solidly promoting common prosperity in solving major social contradictions, we should focus on grasping the theoretical basis for promoting common prosperity through solving major social contradictions from three aspects: fundamental driving force, leading role, and fundamental methods. Media like television, the Internet and smart phone have exerted a profound impact on and have changed people's behavior and ways of communication. More and more scholars have realized that media literacy should be one of the necessary qualities for citizens in the 21st century. Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of researches on the definition, purpose, content of media literacy, and on significance and approaches to citizen media literacy education. This paper reviews the research progress at home and abroad from both theoretical and practical perspectives, and points out that the previous researches still have shortcomings. With diversified research objectives, there is still an absence of researches on the media literacy of the elderly population and insufficient researches on the localization of media literacy theory,and there are relatively few studies on media literacy education at the level of citizen education. Therefore, future researches should concern more about diverse social groups, especially the elderly population, about the localization of media literacy theory, and also about mass media literacy education.

The concept of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” emphasizes the harmonious coexistence of economic development and environmental protection. As the core force of the real economy, the manufacturing industry is an important component of China's economic development and environmental protection. Based on the data of A-share manufacturing listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2018 to 2022, this article explores the intrinsic relationship between environmental taxes and financial performance of manufacturing industry, with consideration of the mediating effect of technological innovation.The results show that environmental taxes can promote the improvement of manufacturing industry financial performance and has a positive lag effect.Environmental taxes can also incentivize technological innovation in the manufacturing industry, though there is a certain time lag in the effect.Technological innovation serves as a bridge between environmental taxes and financial performance, playing a crucial mediating role. Therefore, the government should formulate more targeted environmental tax policies to promote green transformation and sustainable development in the manufacturing industry.

Buddhist literature is an integral part of Chinese literature,thus the research on it is of great significance in boosting the study of Chinese literary history. Cang Xue marked the highest peak among the monk poets of the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty. And the systematic collection and in-depth studies of his poems are not only important in studies and collections of Buddhist literature, but also support the studies on culture and literature history in Yunnan. Although certain achievements has been made in the study on Cang Xue since the 1940s, it is still worthwhile to further the studies on Cang Xue, especially studies on the chronology and the collation of his poems, and the notes or commentary on his poems, considering his great contributions to Buddhist poetry and literature in his time. The study on the chronology should make comprehensive textual research based on previous researches. The collation research could be carried out on the basis of the version by Wang Peisun. Researches on the notes or commentary on Cang Xue's poems should focus on the "literary quotations","metapyhsics or Zenism allegories" and "folk adage and obscure wording".

Because of the differences in social condition and tradition, the regulations on visitation right system are different in different countries, which are manifested in the nature of visitation right, the subjects of visitation right, the restriction of visitation right and the realization of visitation right. The Civil Code of China still follows the provisions of visitation rights in the Marriage Law which has been abolished, which is out of date in current society. China's visitation right system should put the interests of children in the first place and establish the active position of children in visitation. To the party not raising the child, visiting the child is not only a right but an obligation. Considering the difficulty and resistance of grandparents visitation right, it is a prudent to keep parent as the subject of visitation right without further extending visitation rights to grandparents. In practice, the court should take full account of the best interests of the child, and supervise and educate the party who is not willing to visit the child, but not restrict the vitation right of the party who fails to raise the child.

From December 1922 to March 1923, while recovering from an illness, Lenin dictated the last three letters and five articles in his life, which are known as ${Lenin's}$ ${Testament}$. In these letters and articles, Lenin made reflections on the Russian Revolution and construction and further on the cultural issues in the construction of socialism in Russia and put forward many thoughts that had an important influence later. These thoughts include how to solve the predicament of Russian cultural development, how to improve the cultural literacy of government agency staff, and how to vigorously develop primary national education, and strengthen rural cultural construction, etc., reflecting Lenin's care and worry about cultural issues in his later years. Looked back at ${Lenin's}$ ${Testament}$ a hundred years later, the cultural construction thoughts therein still have very important significance for the continuous promotion of cultural construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.

Netizen self-discipline is an important part of the integrated network governance system in China. Self-discipline is the value recognition and self-construction of netizens in cyberspace which functions at internal and external levels. The internal self-discipline of netizens refers to ideological and moral self-discipline; the external self-discipline refers to netizens'self-regulation of their online language-use and behaviors. To realize self-discipline of netizens, it is necessary to enhance the motivation selection of netizen self-discipline, construct the psychological contract of netizens, and determine the path and methods for cultivating the self-discipline of netizens. Netizen self-discipline can be achieved through efforts in improving netizens' internet literacy, constructing positive internet atmosphere, strengthening internet-related legal system, improving positive reinforcement and supervision in the internet space.

Promotional videos of petroleum companies are one of the main ways to spread companies’philosophy and build their international images. Based on visual grammar theory, the study takes Sinopec’s English promotional image video ${Fueling}$ ${for}$ ${a}$ ${Better}$ ${Life}$ on the official websiteas the example. The usage of different modes as well as visual elements is counted to explore the multimodal strategies of Sinopec’s image to explores the petroleum company’s international image construction strategies. We found that through representation, interaction, composition meaning, Sinopec successfully creates a green, innovative, and caring image under the collaboration of multimodalities such as pictures, text, music, and movements. However, the international elements are insufficiently presented, international charity activities are not involved, the promotional language is limited to English, and audience interaction is rarely considered. We propose that petroleum companies coordinate the use of multimodalities including text and images to display more international elements such as foreign scenes, overseas projects, and international cooperation. More different languages should be used to establish audience interaction. By telling brand stories well, the international image of inclusiveness, reciprocity, responsibility, dedication, and sustainability will be constructed.

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the protection, research and inheritance of red resources have become an important issue in the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Red sports is an important carrier of advanced socialist culture and excellent traditional Chinese sports culture. However, in the study of red sports theory, there exist problems of imprecise expression, unclear connotation and inaccurate denotation, which affect the academic exchange of red sports research and restrict the guiding role of red sports theory in practice. Red sports resources are characteristic of red culture with the essential attribute of popularity with the people. Red sports culture is the internal attribute of red sports, and red sports resources are the external attribute of red sports. Red sports resources fall into two types: explicit and implicit. In the future, the academic circle should further strengthen researches on the internal attributes of red sports, strengthen the protection and utilization of red sports resources and innovation in practice, and strike a balance between the cultural and market elements of red sports resources.

Social work solves new problems faced by clients based on four important models: physical dignity, human dignity, relational dignity and political dignity; and through six key steps: dignity introduction, dignity assessment, dignity planning, empowerment, document creation and dignity transmission, it guides clients to maintain their physical and mental health through pursuing dignity in life and promotes the professional development of dignity therapy. Based on historical experience and practical reflection, social workers must be fully sensitive to the limitations of the application of dignity therapy and precisely locate the scope of application of dignity therapy in the process of implementing dignity therapy, clarify the role of social workers in dignity therapy in depth, and the establish local characteristics of dignity therapy.

Orderly promotion of the permanent transfer of rural labor is a key to the successful implementation of China's rural revitalization strategy. Based on the maximization of social income, a dynamic analysis model of the permanent transfer of rural population is constructed to explore the mechanism of the impact of education input on the permanent transfer of rural labor force in China. The results show that education level is the decisive factor for rural labor to settle in urban areas, and education input has a significant positive impact on the transfer of rural labor; permanent transfer driven by household registration policy instead of by education input, may lead to inefficient urbanization; strengthening education investment, especially rural education investment, is an effective way to drive permanent transfer rural labor under the background of new urbanization. At present, we should actively promote the permanent transfer of rural labor by increasing public education input, reforming higher education admission policy, restraining urban inflation, developing secondary and tertiary industries in urban areas.

Streamer reputation is an important signal for consumer live shopping and a key factor for streamer to win market position, and safeguarding a good streamer reputation is a core issue that streamer team should take seriously. This study explores the impact mechanisms of negative events on the reputation of streamer and post-event repair strategies using a situational experiment method. The results indicate that morality negative events and ability negative events exhibit no significant difference in their negative impacts on the affect-based reputation of streamers, but ability negative events significantly reduce the cognition-based reputation of streamers. Consumers’trust on streamers’ability and on streamers’benevolence play mediating roles to the impact of negative events on cognition-based reputation and affect-based reputation of streamers. There is a significant interaction between the types of streamer negative events and repair strategies. In the cases of ability negative events, benefit-aimed repair strategy are more effective in restoring consumers' trust and reputation of streamers than emotion-aimed repair strategy. In the cases of morality negative events, there is no significant difference in the effectiveness of the two repair strategies. Therefore, streamers should pay attention to the negative impact of negative events and adopt targeted repair strategies according to the type of negative events.

The rules of illegal evidence exclusion and the rules of defective evidence correction are the important for judicial organs to safeguard judicial justice and prevent unjust， false or wrong cases. At present， the identification of illegal evidence and defective evidence in China has the characteristics that the application for exclusion of illegal evidence relies heavily on lawyers’ participation， the proportion of illegal evidence identification is low and is mainly based on verbal evidence， and the proportion of defective evidence identification is high and is mainly based on physical evidence. Such practice leads to problems， such as confusing the rules for exclusion of illegal evidence with the rules for correction of defective evidence， degrading illegal evidence due to the difficulty in determining “possible effect on fair trial”， and irregular ways for correction of defective evidence. In order to further improve the evidence system of criminal proceedings in China and safeguard judicial justice and social justice， we should clearly define the specific form， correction mode and scope of defective evidence， clarify the exclusion rules of certain evidence types， and at the same time give full play to the pre-trial filtering function of procuratorial organs to implement the substantive trial.

Climate change has brought serious challenges to the development of human society. CO$_2$ flooding, a technology that can effectively improve oil recovery and reduce carbon dioxide emissions, is of great significance in ensuring national energy security, in creating social and economic value, and in realizing ecological and environmental goals, and is the major measure for China to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. In China, CO$_2$ flooding technology application has broad prospects, but large-scale application takes time. Global low-carbon cooperation and energy market transformation provide opportunities for China to develop CO$_2$ flooding technology, but they also bring challenges of high economic costs and environmental risks. In the future, to fully develop and promote CO$_2$ flooding technology, China needs to build an industrial legal system, promote technological research and innovation, improve cooperation mechanisms, and improve environmental risk management.

Based on this, a three-dimensional response path for ideological and political education in universities can be innovated from three levels: micro, meso, and macro. At the micro level, attention should be paid to the transformation and innovation of supply and demand, at the meso level, efforts should be made to accelerate the construction of a long-term mechanism for responding to online public opinion in universities, and at the macro level, the social environment for the dissemination of online public opinion should be standardized and optimized.

The western theories on public policy have their scientificity, but they cannot illuminate Chinese Communist's central role in policy process. At the local level, local party committees play a role of the core actors in setting major political agendas. While leading the construction and development of local regions, local party committees face both the political pressure from the Party Central Committee and governance demands from the public. When the pressure or demand accumulate to a certain extent, there arises the fission that changes public policy, and local party committees must cope with such fission by setting major political agendas. In the process of agenda setting, local party committees play the role of core actors, which interact with both Party Central Committee and the public by fully mobilizing administrative, legal and economic resources. Furthermore, they use a variety of ways to make creative political responses to all kinds of pressure and demands. Thus, effective local governance can be realized.

In labor relations，regulating the rights of employers and strengthening the protection of workers' personal information are important measures to protect the rights and interests of workers and balance the interests of employers and the legitimate rights and interests of workers in the era of algorithms. To realize the balance of employers and workers' personal information rights and interests，the principle of proportion is of great significance to fill the loopholes in the law and perfect the protection mechanism of workers' information rights and interests. In the algorithm age，personal information protection is faced with corporate algorithm technical violations，barriers to the implementation of “informed consent”，conflict between corporate information management right and employer rights，etc. To protect the personal information rights of employers，the principle of proportion should be followed in management and regulation of corporations，and principles of legitimacy，appropriateness，and of necessity are applicable. The balanced development of corporate interests and rights and employers’ rights and interests of personal information can be realized by establishing the pre-examination provisions of corporate algorithm technology，improving the rules of “informed consent” of employers’ personal information，and by improving the mechanism of employer personal information protection.

In the era of mobile Internet, China's colleges and universities, the important places for ideological education, are faced with unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Through an investigation of 11 domestic colleges we conduct a study on Chinese college students' cognition and acceptance of cyberspace ideology security education and find that the college students in general show a high level of acceptance of cyberspace ideological security education, but nearly one-fifth of the students have not identify with the value of the mainstream ideology, and a quarter of the students cannot consciously maintain ideology security in cyberspace. Therefore, Chinese colleges need to adhere to the basic principles of cyberspace ideology security education with Chinese characteristics, to innovate courses of ideological and political theory and expand education channels, and to construct a college cyberspace ideological security education network of faculty groups, network technical talents, and political leadership of student associations.

Moral education， the fundamental task of college education， can be brought to its full play in college basketball course. This paper explores the mechanism of ideological and political education in college basketball course， focusing on the blending of basketball sports characteristics and the ideological and political education， and course ideological and political education system construction and implementation. We conclude that the philosophical nature， the characteristics and improvement of the techniques of basketball sports， are highly consistent with the thought of Marxist philosophy theory. The history of basketball sports in China can stimulate students’ patriotic feelings； the practice of basketball techniques matches the core values of socialism； the principles of sports biomechanics behind basketball technologies can guide and cultivate students’ spirit of scientific inquiry， thus cultivating college students’ core competency in physical education. Teachers of basketball sports are responsible to bring the course ideological and political education to its full play by employing various teaching methods to cultivate students’ spirit of patriotism and collectivism， spirit of scientific inquiry， pioneering and innovation.

Mental health course for college students integrates class lectures on mental knowledge, and students' mental experience and behavior training. Social development and students' psychological inclination make it imperative to reform the teaching of mental health course."Jigsaw" theory holds that each member in a learning group is requisite. It helps cultivate students' ability of autonomous learning and promote cooperation by encouraging them to take an active part in their learning. This experiment aims to find out the effect of Jigsaw technique on students' performance and depth of learning. The subjects involved are 104 freshmen students from the same major who are divided into experimental group and control group. The experiment result showed that students of the experimental group score higher than the control group and engage in classroom activities more actively, and that they have a more positive preference to mental health course.

Both Shanghai FTZ and Wanjiang city belt are located along the Yangtze River,thus the Shanghai FTZ experience can serve as a guidance for the development of Wanjiang logistics linkage. This paper does a qualitative analysis of the status of Wanjiang logistics in terms of inland river transportation scale,cargo throughput,highway and waterway freight volume and other aspects,and explores the relationship between the Wanjiang logistics linkage and Shanghai free trade zone. SWOT analysis is applied to the study on the logistics advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges. And based on the success of Shanghai FTZ in customs clearance,cold chain logistics,logistics park construction and negative list system,we suggest Wanjiang logistics linkage be improved by cultivating talents,developing large third-party logistics enterprises and rural logistics,and by connecting manufacturing and logistics industry.

Yang Yuhuan was the best know beauty in Chinese history who liked litchi. But as for where her favorite litchi came from,there were no official records. Since Song,two places: Lingnan and Fuzhou,had been regarded as the provenance of the tribute litchi. Some of Su Dongpo's poems and historical records supported Fuzhou as the provenance,but evidence supporting Lingnan as the provenance also existed in Du Fu' poem and in Zhizhi Tongjian by Sima Guang. Through combing and verifying related historical data, and through field inspection, we believe that Fuzhou is the main tribute place. The reasons are: firstly, litchi abounded in Fuzhou in the Tang dynasty as in Lingnan; secondly, Fuzhou is two thousand li nearer to Changan than Lingnan, which is favorable for the litchi to stay fresh and for saving cost; thirdly, it was natural for Yang Yuhuan, who was from Shu (today's Sichuan), to miss her favorable home flavor after becoming the favorite imperial concubine. Certainly, because of the publicity of Yang Guifei's servants and Zhang Jiuling,a senior government official then,Lingnan also attempted to pay its tribute of litchi to Yang Guifei.

The new national system in the context of socialist market economy is the key to the success of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which fully embodies the advantage of Chinese system in mobilizing national resources for major events. This system has evolved from the embryonic stage in the period of New Democratic Revolution, to the formation and development stage in the period of socialist construction and the new period of reform and opening up, to the perfection in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Compared with the traditional national system, the new national system has significant differences in participants, resource allocation, strategic support and interest distribution. In the era of information technology, the application of face recognition technology has brought great convenience to people's production and life, but at the same time, there are also problems of recognition dislocation, discrimination, and violation of informed consent rules, which may lead to the invasion of privacy. In response to the above problems, the United States adopts a decentralized legislative regulation mode for the application of face recognition technology, and establishes differentiated regulatory paths according to the different subjects of face recognition technology application, while the European Union adopts a unified and strictly restricted legislative mode. There are loopholes in China's legal regulation of the application of face recognition technology. We should encourage the development of emerging technology and improve the governance mechanism of multi-party participation based on the existing regulatory system. Specifically, it includes:establishing the principle of information processing accuracy to ensure the safety of personal information in the application of face recognition technology, improving the "informed consent" rules and relief measures for privacy infringement, and comprehensively protecting facial feature information according to different department laws.

The resources of the international seabed area are listed as the common heritage of mankind by the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea because of theirs outstanding economic, scientific research and military value. China's concept of "Maritime Community with a Shared Future" provides a theoretical basis and new strategic ideas for improving the exploitation of the international seabed area resources. However, China is faced with some legal difficulties in seabed resources exploitation: the principle of "common heritage of mankind" being distorted, the parallel system constrained, serious pollution in resources exploitation and the faulty definition of the exploitation subject in reserved areas. Therefore, under the guidance of "Maritime Community with a Shared Future", China must participate in the resources exploitation in the international seabed areas by building the leading status of the "area" rules, strengthening the legal protection of the marine environment, enriching the legal connotation of "resources", optimizing the provisions of the exploitation subject of the "area", and improving the license system.

Small and medium private enterprises have been faced with financing difficulties. The development of Internet finance has broadened financing channels, reduced financing costs, and brought new opportunities for its innovative financing model development. To a certain extent, Internet finance has solved the problems of information asymmetry, single financing channels, and low financing efficiency, and alleviated financing difficulties, and promoted the innovation and development of financing models. But it still faces many challenges. The inadequacy of relevant laws and regulations, internet technology risks, and lack of funding sources have driven small and medium private enterprises to focus on strengthening scientific and technological innovation capabilities to improve its core competitiveness, and to strengthen cooperation among companies. The government must also improve relevant laws and regulations, maintain a fair market competition environment, appropriately reduce financial entry barriers, simplify financing application procedures, and enable them to continue and develop healthily with the promotion of Internet technology.

"A verdict can't base on isolated evidence" is the hidden rule in the practice of criminal justice. Through an empirical study, we find out the following problems in the application of the rule. First, the concept of "isolated evidence" is misused, which makes it difficult to accurately define the connotation of "isolated evidence"; second, over emphasis on the quantity of evidence results in neglect of the quality of evidence and of the examination of the probative power of evidence; the third is the lack the judgement and reasoning of evidence review. In order to correct the defects of the rule, we suggest re-interpreting, understanding and breaking the rule from the following aspects: first, accurately defining the concept of "isolated evidence" and divide the types of isolated evidence; second, to clarifying the subjective conditions and procedural conditions for the determination of isolated evidence; third, seeking for appropriate methods for determining "isolated evidence" through evidence reinforcement and modal evidence supplementation.

Consumer's price sensitivity has an inhibitory influence on big data-enabled price discrimination, in which consumers' emotional attitudes play an intermediary role, but the actual influence mechanism needs further study. In this paper, based on the effect hierarchy theory, we analyze the samples collected online using SPSS 26.0 and Amos 24.0. The results show that product differences will affect the consumers' inhibition behavior to big data-enabled price discrimination on e-commerce platforms by influencing consumers' emotional attitudes;online word-of-mouth will directly affect the inhibition behavior to big data-enabled price discrimination. Therefore, consumers need to incorporate product differences and online word-of-mouth into their own consumption reference standards to improve their consumer price sensitivity and curb the big data-enabled price discrimination on e-commerce platform from the consumer side.
