The safety and environmental issues surrounding oil and gas pipelines have become a focal point of national and social concern. However,legislation about oil and gas pipeline safety and environmental risk monitoring and early warning system is still lacking in China at present——a problem greatly affecting China's urban public safety as well as its economic and social development. Therefore,in order to offer an improved system for pipeline safety,this study begins by comprehensively analyzing the existing laws and regulations of oil and gas pipeline safety and environmental risk monitoring and early warning. Next,the study analyzes the existing construction situation. Third,the study discusses the main regulatory defects and clarifies legal responsibility,attaching the importance of environmental risk monitoring. Finally,this study suggests that by improving the system of supervision and strengthening the pipeline management and other dimensions of corresponding countermeasures, the management laws and regulation systems of China's urban oil and gas pipeline safety can be perfected in the future.

Salary issue is one of the major concerns of enterprises. According to our investigation,nearly 70% of the respondents are dissatisfied with their salary,19% of which are very dissatisfied with their salary. According to equity theory,when an employee becomes dissatisfied with the remuneration,he or she is bound to express this negative emotion in other forms or ways,which in turn will affect his or her work. Based on the 329 valid questionnaires collected,we analyzed the impact of salary dissatisfaction on employee complaints and job burnout. And the results reveal: salary dissatisfaction has a significant positive impact on employee complaints and job burnout;employee complaint has a partial mediation function between salary dissatisfaction and job burnout. The conclusion is conducive to salary management improvement and to the prevention of employee complaint and job burnout and other negative mentalities.

The emerging of the big data technology brought revolutionary changes to the development of traditional industries. With the new information technology,community social service can be integrated with big data,which may boost its development. The idea of big data emphasizes analysis of data,correlation relationship and dynamic follow-up service in general. On the mode of service,big data focus on the initiative exploration of the data information,and preventive actions;on the principle, big data emphasize openness and sharing. All of the above show the advantage of big data in community social service. As for the steps of big data application in practice,the first is to build the data platform and to collect information;the second step is to analyze data information,and the last step is problem prevention based on the data information. The big data have an exclusive advantage,but there also exist multiple hidden perils such as information revealing,inertial dependence,information garbage and the lack of talents. Therefore,we need to put more emphasis on the perfection of relevant laws,to combine big data concept and conventional thinking and to make efforts to talents training in this area in order to solve possible problems.

By analyzing examples of Xi Jinping's quotations of classic quotes,modern famous sayings and proverbs,which promote the sinicization of Marxist discourse system,we find that the mechanisms of promotion include: promote the discourse transformation via the excellent traditional culture;reconstructing the Chinese-style Marxist discourse with folksy style featuring in“short,real and new”expressions. Xi Jinping's quotations in his speeches leave some profound enlightenments for sinicizing Marxist discourse system: the first is to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture;the second is to use Chinese discourse to express Marxism;the third is that the expression should be“down to earth”,and to make good use of colloquial language in order to achieve a“short,real and new”effect.

In order to understand the current situation of the journals of science and engineering in universities in Sichuan province,we conducted an investigation into 23 journals of science and engineering in 21 technological universities in Sichuan province,which was evaluated by JIF(The Sciences and Engineering)of CNKI in 2015,by means of online survey,fieldwork and questionnaire. The investigation found that there appears a multilayered development of the journals of science and engineering and the overall impact performances are not prominent. Journals of the 985 and 211 universities have relatively greater impact,but journals of the provincial universities have relatively weak influence. The turnover of editorial staff is rather high and the scholarly senior editors are inadequate. Universities'lack of emphasis on the function and role of journals results in insufficient investment to journal promotion. Hereto,we present the following suggestions:(1)establish and enhance academic quality and characteristics;(2)try to win school policy and finance support for more efficient operation of journals;(3)construct stronger editorial team with improved comprehensive qualities and professional qualification;(4)enhance innovation and modernization in journal development.

The exploitation, utilization and protection of water resources in Qinling-Dabashan mountain area is a major issue in the social development in this area. An analysis of the current condition of water resources exploitation and utilization and water resources environment finds that besides the advantages, problems still exist in water resources exploitation and utilization in Qinling-Dabashan mountain area:low efficiency of water resources utilization, high risk of river pollution, imperfect early warning mechanism of water quality and eco-compensation mechanism. To solve these problems, this paper proposes suggestions on legal system and policy improvement of water resources development and utilization, on reforming river reaches and river basins management mechanism, strengthening water resources management by law and red line control, perfecting ecocompensation mechanism of water resources development and utilization, building emergency management mechanism against water pollution, and innovating development mode of water economy by relying on existing advantages of water resources.

As one of the four contiguous poor areas in Sichuan, Da Liangshan and Xiao Liagnshan area is a key povertystricken area where concentrated manpower and material resources are needed in the battle of targeted poverty alleviation. Due to the poverty and other adverse conditions in this area, three-aspect reality factors need to be considered in making targeted poverty alleviation policy. The first is precise location of households living under the poverty line and poverty-relief industries, and the utilization efficiency of poverty alleviation funds. The second is the remote geographical location. The third is the lack of quality educational resources. Aiming to enhance the accurate and sustainable poverty alleviation in Daliangshan and Xiaoliagnshan area, we propose a series of initiatives:pinpointing households living under the poverty line, conducting projects on people's livelihood security, containing excessive population growth, introducing high-quality talents, perfecting poverty alleviation project auditing, optimizing industrial structure, and improving education level. Targeted poverty alleviation is not only a matter of people's livlihood, but also a determinant of the effectiveness of overall poverty alleviation and the construction of a well-off society in China.

The western theories on public policy have their scientificity, but they cannot illuminate Chinese Communist's central role in policy process. At the local level, local party committees play a role of the core actors in setting major political agendas. While leading the construction and development of local regions, local party committees face both the political pressure from the Party Central Committee and governance demands from the public. When the pressure or demand accumulate to a certain extent, there arises the fission that changes public policy, and local party committees must cope with such fission by setting major political agendas. In the process of agenda setting, local party committees play the role of core actors, which interact with both Party Central Committee and the public by fully mobilizing administrative, legal and economic resources. Furthermore, they use a variety of ways to make creative political responses to all kinds of pressure and demands. Thus, effective local governance can be realized.

The new media has subverted the traditional media's dominance of information with characteristics as massive information volume, information exchange without time and space limits, anonymously equal dialogue context, and de-centralized noisy scene. In this context, the ideological discourse of colleges and universities is experiencing deconstruction of pluralistic social thoughts, with the main authority of discourse destructed, the one-way discourse pattern broken, and the discourse style going invalid. While this evolution brings opportunities for optimization of the ideological discourse power in colleges and universities, it also breaks the dynamic balance of the ideological discourse power of colleges and universities and weakens the leading force of Marxist ideology. To improve the ideological discourse nower in colleges and universities, the principle of unification of clearly stated stand and imperceptibly moral influence, the unification of online interaction and offline exchanges, the unification of science and values must be upheld. On this basis, we can construct in colleges and universities the ideological communication system, and the synergetic mode of the media literacy education, the teaching of ideological and political theories, and early warning mechanism of cyber safety.

The formation of institutional identity is the practice verification on the basis of unification of the cognitive expectations and normative expectations of institutional norms. The significance of ideology in the construction of institutional identity lies in:first, ideology can achieve the directional control over system information and influence people's cognition and understanding of system; second, by exerting the function of "possession of others will", ideology can change or replace the original ideological understanding and values of the general public and shape the normative expectations of the system. Ideology provides the ideological basis for the system identity, but because the institutional identity is not only a question of theoretical rationality, but also a question of practical rationality. The ultimate recognition of institutional identity depends on whether people's cognitive expectations and normative expectations of the system can be met in the system implementation process, which constitutes the limit of ideological function. In the forming of institutional identity, it is necessary to give full play to the function of ideology, and to strengthen the supervision and administration of the correctness and justification of the system and the system implementation process, so as to provide the necessary "rules of thumb" for the construction of institutional identity.

The promulgation of the Supervision Law( Draft) reflects that the anti-corruption campaign will gradually develop from Party discipline to an endeavor at the level of the state law, indicating the Party Central Committee's determination to fight against corruption and to comprehensively push forward the construction of socialist state ruled by law. The measure of detention stipulated in the Supervision Law( Draft) is the focus of debate in both society and academic circles. At present, the reform of the supervision commission is imperative. However, the implementation and improvement of the measure of detention require the coordination with the Constitution and relevant laws and regulations, which is bound to be a long process. Therefore, we propose the use of the in-advance intervention of procuratorates which is a viable means to deal with and to protect the basic rights of citizens and strengthen the supervision of the supervisory authority itself to prevent the reform from going to an extreme. The implementation of this measure can not only maintain the current inspection and supervision reform but also give full play to its role of investigating crimes of authority and prevent the abuse of the measure of detention.

With the establishment of Sichuan Internet Writers Association and Chengdu Internet Literature Alliance, and the introduction of the Ten New Talent Policies, came the best opportunity for Sichuan's Internet literature to prosper in the past 20 years. The large number of outstanding noted local Internet writers and the variety of story themes have made Chengdu a star city of Internet literature in China. In terms of Internet literature industry development, revision of internet literature works continues to prosper, and the more specified reader oriented WeChat flow diversion underlines the significance of reader attraction; the comprehensive and quality Internet literature IP development have become the trend. However, researches on Internet literature falls far behind the prosperity of Internet literature development in Sichuan, which can be seen in the much smaller number of authorized research projects and funds, published research papers and monographs than those in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang and Hunan. To boost the prosperity and industrialization of Internet literature in Sichuan, stronger policy support is needed to establish better environment and platform for writing and reviewing, and to foster a stronger local team of writing and theoretical research.

Synonyms of Newly Compounded Words in Qimin Yaoshu

Qimin Yaoshu is of a strong style of colloquialism in the middle ancient times of China, and many compound words were used. Some compound words are similar or related in meaning, which form into different lexical fields of synonym. These synonyms have the same characteristic in word formation:the two morphemes which constitute the compound word have similar or related meaning when used separately. Those compound words are probably new words created by the linguistic community then, based on existing co-ordinate word formation in the middle ancient times. With the development of Chinese lexicon, these synonymous compound words in Qimin Yaoshu had different endings. Those made up of frequently-used monosyllables or formed with new meanings by the metaphorical mechanism, had a relatively higher frequency of use and stronger vitality. As a result, they were much easier to be developed into general compound words of Chinese. Those which were less used or are more difficult to produce extended metaphorical meaning were more likely to drop out of linguistic communication and became a history in the development of Chinese lexicon.

Bao Tingbo and Wu Qian are Huizhou book collectors in the Qing dynasty, who lived in Jiaxing Zhejiang. Due to shared preference of collecting books, they became friends and teachers to each other. The friendship was deepened through their communication about books and the inscription and emendation of the books. Meanwhile, many celebrity scholars from Jiangsu and Zhejiang participated in their communications and their common preference to book collecting boosted local culture, promoted the development of the economy and extended the influence of Huizhou culture. Bao Tingbo's daily activities, especially details of his communication with Wu Qian about books were recorded in detail in The Diary of Wu Qian, which has important academic value for addendum to Chronicle of Bao Tingbo, and also helps us to understand Bao Tingbo's life through a different angle. There is no doubt that the cultural activities of Bao Tingbo and Wu Qian had a positive influence on native people's impressions on Huizhou people living in Zhejiang. Therefore further studies on their communications are of great significance for later scholars to understand how people from Huizhou fitted in the local society in Zhejiang.

After verifying the applicability of inner-benchmark analysis to the performance optimization of Sinopec's overseas crude oil supply chain, we analyzed evaluating indices and divided them into two categories: purchasing quantity of crude oil and coordination & cooperation. According to inner-benchmark analysis, the optimization will be achieved when Sinopec's crude oil import is equally divided among every country or district in the supply chain, and the company maintains good cooperative relationship with them. Therefore,major increase in crude oil import should be from Asia Pacific,South & Central America and Russia while moderate increase from Africa,and the Asia Pacific crude oil exporter countries should be the major aim for relations improvement and efforts also need to be made to improve relations with Africa and South & Central America.

Targeted poverty alleviation is an important strategic deployment of the Party and state. Since the targeted task was conducted in 2013, China's poverty alleviation project has achieved remarkable results and generated a batch of academic research achievements. By using Citespace, we have analyzed the publishing time, author, key words and other aspects of poverty alleviation-related research papers between 2013–2016 in CNKI database. And by analyzing related mapping knowledge domain, we tease out hotspot, change rule and development trend of researches on targeted poverty alleviation in recent years. The study found that there is a growth of poverty alleviation-related literatures between 2013–2016, and a shift of research focus. The focus has shifted from the initial research on theory and policy of poverty alleviation towards possible approaches to implementing targeted poverty alleviation, inspecting its effectiveness, to helping poverty-alleviated farmers to achieve sustainable development and to building sound and steady long-term mechanism of poverty alleviation.

Enterprises take the major responsibility for environmental pollution. Mining enterprises have severely polluted the ecological environment during the production. Aiming at the problems of environmental accounting information disclosure, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of environment accounting information disclosure in mining industry with XY company as example, and find out that the disclosure of environmental accounting information in mining industry needs to be regulated. Therefore,methods of regulating environmental accounting information disclosure in the mining industry are suggested: contents and methods of information disclosure must be regulated;accounting personnel must be trained on environmental accounting and the information disclosure system must be improved; laws and regulations on environmental accounting information disclosure must be improved;and independent environment reports or third party assessment should be included. We hope this paper can contribute to further studies on the disclosure of environmental accounting information and help to improve the system of the environmental accounting information disclosure of mining industry in China.

Feng Qi's creative application of his philosophical methodology highlights five aspects: studying the history of Chinese philosophy with Marxist philosophical methodology, interpreting the characteristics of Chinese traditional philosophy by broad epistemology, reconstructing metaphysics by using dialectical logic, constructing the philosophical system of ”intellectualist theory” with comprehensive innovative method, and inheriting the way of Chinese philosophical discourse by means of transforming and recreating. In his study of the history of Chinese philosophy,Feng Qi worked hard to overcome the “leftist” and metaphysical tendency and made a major breakthrough in his approach to Marxist philosophy. Feng Qi interpreted China's traditional philosophy with a broad epistemology, explained the general characteristics of its “interaction between heaven and man”, deepened his understanding of traditional Chinese philosophy,and also provided a new approach to the study of Chinese philosophy. Feng Qi made a systematic,in-depth and scientific explanation of the mechanism of ”Transferring Knowledge into Wisdom” by using dialectical logic. Feng Qi's ability to correctly understand the dialectics of finiteness and infinity is the key to his successful testifying and reconstructing metaphysics.

As an Internet articulation method, farmers' network-protest is ubiquitous in the mode of cyberpolitics. This paper obtains research data through case analysis and keyword research,and summarizes three transformations of farmers'resistance through data analysis. They are the increase of online resistance cases, more intense requirement for accountability tracing and stronger emotional appeals for solution of problems. To reduce farmers' network resistance and its intensity, it is necessary to follow the principle of “rule by law” and to focus on solving the problems in real life. Reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward a number of important requirements on strengthening grassroots construction, which include how to get fundamental solution to villagers'and village cadres'behaviors that “step on but never cross the line” within the framework of “rule by law”, how to completely solve the problem of grassroots governments' failure to respond to villagers' demands in time, and how to distinguish truth from the rumors about grass-roots cadres the villagers make as a strategy of demand expression and so on.

Risk society is a new type of social theory which is different from that of the pre-industrial society. The arrival of a risk society will inevitably bring an impact on criminal legislation. Currently,with the safety of civil aviation as the first priority, it has become a more severe challenge to balance civil aviation security and individual freedom in the risk society. Prevention of aviation crime should not differ from traditional criminal law in the risk society. Overemphasis on the disadvantages of the risk society will naturally bring about a stand of strict punishment and deterrence. The purpose of criminal law is to prevent crime. Aviation crime is no different from the other crime and this purpose also applies to the treatment of aviation crime. It should not be considered as a completely new field and the criminal behavior needs to be treated with tougher punishment. Plant metaphors had been used in Shakespeare's sonnets to express abstract and obscure emotions. The Book of Songs·Guofeng also contains numerous plant metaphors which were used to vividly describe the poets' emotional world. Metaphor is cognitive in native and it is a way of thinking which is expressed by language. From cognitive aspect, this paper classifies plant metaphors of Shakespeare's sonnets and The Book of Songs·Guofeng into three categories: “love flower” metaphors, “weed” metaphors and particular metaphors of each work, then it analyses the different map of source domain and target domain of plant metaphors between China and the West and explore reasons. Study finds that though plant metaphors of the two works possess differences, they still own common implications, which could produce metaphorical coherence. Besides, human's body experience (the order of recognize things and features of body recognition) are similar, therefore, authors at home and abroad could understand each other's' poetic meaning at some degree.

Networking has become a lifestyle for the college students. But because of its dual nature, the negative effects of network media on social life are inevitable, which makes it imperative to guide university students to adapt to the society with network media. In the new era, the education of college students' media literacy must focus on three aspects. Firstly, the alienation of college students' network behavior has resulted in the loss of their social identity and in the fragmentation of their personalities. Secondly, the lack of network behavior constraint mechanism has impinged on the building of their moral standards. Thirdly,the negative external effects of the network media are eroding college students'physical and mental health. To strengthen education of college students' network literacy, we must establish a multidimensional education model with focus on cultivating college students' network ethics and sense of responsibility and a rational attitude towards network using. Educators must also promote their network literacy so that they can play a competent role in college students' media literacy education. To ensure the effect of media literacy education, it is necessary to optimize network ecology and reduce the risk of negative impact of network environment on media literacy education

In order to advance migrant workers' well-being and their work performance, and to reduce the turnover, we collected data through a survey among the workers in some enterprises in Urumqi and Changji. The SEM(Structural Equation Modelling) is applied to the study of factors influencing migrant workers' well-being at work in Chan in the following 5 aspects:working hours,wage levels,social environment,learning and development and administration care. The results show that learning and development, social environment have the most significant positive influence, followed by administration care and wage levels, and working hours has no significant effect. For constant rise of migrant workers' well-being and their work performance, enterprise management should provide more professional training, enrich leisure time activities, and give more respect, care and support to migrant workers.

The management structure of rural tourism can be regarded as a system with a certain structure. However, the government, investors, and local villagers should play their functions in order to ensure the effective operation of this system. Although China's rural tourism industry has been rapidly developing in recent years, governments functions in social governance has not been given into full play; the investors and operators have relatively superficial understanding of sustainable development of rural tourism; local villagers lack professional knowledge and skills and they don't have a say in rural tourism. These conflicts and problems directly affect the sustainable development of rural tourism. In order to promote the sustainable development of China's rural tourism, the government should set up special funds, attracting investment and making scientific planning and regulation;investors and operators should dig deep into the characteristics of local culture,building and extending the industrial chain;villagers should actively participate in professional training,so as to improve professional knowledge,and to enhance their participation.

In the late Qing Dynasty, taxation on the railway companies was mainly in three aspects. First, the company had to pay taxes in the form of donation as required. Second, the company paid taxes for businesses and the tax burden was shifted. Third, attempts were made to levy business tax of railway companies and tax on train tickets. Actually, the donation tax and shift of tax burden formed the burden on the companies. However, measures like business tax on railways and train tickets did not take effect as a formulation. Donation tax and the shift of tax burden turned from a makeshift way of funding in the early Qing Dynasty into a must in the late Qing Dynasty. To some degree, it reflects the development of tax system in the Qing Dynasty. And the shift of tax burden means that bad tax structure holds back railway operation. Generally, in imperfect tax system, the taxation on the railway company was a heavy burden on its development.

The national legislators have constructed the procuratorial system of China according to the national legal supervision theory derived from the unitary division, but they have not stipulated corresponding comprehensive supervision function in specific legislation. At a time when the supervisory committee system is to be established,the institutional constitution of the legal supervisory organ of China requires reform with the legal supervisory power of the procuratorial organ be reconstructed. This provides an opportunity for the consistency of position and function of the procuratorial organ and the optimization of its function. In the new era,the reconstruction of the procuratorial organ's legal supervisory power should be carried on by sticking to the constitutional principle that the procuratorial organ is the legal supervisory organ. We must follow the spirit of rule of law,and check and balance powers in the reconstruction,exerting the function of legal supervision to safeguard people's rights; we must also make the function of public prosecution as the core function of procuratorial organ and optimize the function in accordance with the law of judicature.

In recent years, fictitious ancient social romance novels are becoming prevalent and are very popular among the readers for the grant layout and extraordinary heroines. Those characters not only reflect the traditional aesthetics of the Han nationality,but also satisfy the social expectations rooted in family and wealth. The fictitious ancient social romance novels also fit the self-expectations of modern women under the contemporary value system. These novels,romantic and entertaining,have also changed correspondingly as the readers have become or about to become middle-classes, revaluing the social significance that women embody in family stability, family wealth increase, child raising and family traditions inheritance. The heroines in the novels are integrated, and loyal to love; they face up to difficulties, contribute to their families and the society, and take responsibilities. These new "great and perfect" images express the new tendency of feminism-the maturity and happiness of women depend on their inner spiritual strength, personality which conforms to traditional ethics, and family legacy from the ancestors. All the above have made the online expressions more tolerant of the traditions and integrating, which echoes the current mainstream ideology.

There are various and complex reasons for the collapse of the Ming Dynasty, of which the disintegration of the people's hearts from the top to the bottom can be described as one of the important causes. At that time, the king had no concern about the public and the state;the scholars had no sense of morality and honor;the people had no perseverance and no patriotism. The deconstruction of people's mentality reflected in the king, the scholars, and the people indicated that the Ming regime had been unable to assemble forces to re-establish the order of ruling, which led to the demise of the Ming Dynasty. People's mentality is a social political ethics formed by the ruling of monarchy, the Confucius criteria of scholars, and the moral code of the people. The stability of the political system and the order is closely linked with social and political ethics. The Ming Dynasty was a critical period for the transformation of traditional Chinese society when the social and political ethics gradually changed with people's mentality as the framework. However, due to the constraints of the traditional political mechanism and the system itself, the system transformation turned into a failure which led to deconstruction. The construction and deconstruction of people's mentality in the Ming Dynasty can also be taken as a new angle in the study of the transformation of Chinese society during the late Ming period.

Since 2008, US oil and gas output has risen dramatically as the result of the Shale Revolution and has become less dependent on oil and gas import. On the other hand, Russian oil and gas export to the European market keeps dropping as the result of its shrinking output. The US shale gas booming has caused the drop in Russian oil and gas output and exporting price, and has weakened Russia's geopolitical influence. To get rid of the political and economic difficulties it faced,Russia adjusted its Europe-oriented oil and gas exporting strategy and took measures to increase its share in Asian-Pacific market. Russia's adjustment to its oil and gas exporting strategy tends to last long in the context of Trump administration's emphasis on energy.

Taking A-share companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges as examples of this study,we apply correlation analysis and regression analysis to accounting information reliability study. With account-tax divergence after eliminating accrued profit as the measurement for corporate tax avoidance, and with earnings aggressiveness as measurement for accounting information reliability,we analyze the relation between corporate tax avoidance and accounting information reliability,and we find out that corporate tax avoidance is negatively related to accounting information reliability. We then further analyze the correlation among board leadership, corporate tax avoidance and accounting information reliability, and we find out that negative effect of corporate tax avoidance on accounting information reliability mainly occur in companies without board leadership duality. The findings provide reference for improvement of corporate management and accounting information reliability.

As the socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, historic changes have happened in major social concerns and ecological development in China. Analyzing the ecological opinions of Das Kapital, we find that the nature of capital logic is the root of ecological problems,which leads to a material circulation fault between human society and the natural world, and the contradiction between capital logic and ecological logic cannot be truly reconciled under the capitalist social system:the emerging of capitals generates the environmental issues within capitalist countries, the expansion of capitals leads to global colonialism and ecological problems, and capital hegemony ecological imperialism at the contemporary time. Seen from the angle of the socialism with Chinese characteristics at present, Das Kapital's ecological significance in this new era can be summarized as follows. Firstly, the state government should strengthen regulations on ecological environment and improve the protective system to ensure a beautiful environment. Secondly, it is essential to pursue a pollution-free development, in which man and nature coexist in harmony. Finally, environmental justice must be established for a beautiful environment.

National defense education in schools is the important foundation of national defense education for citizens, which must be carried out under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thoughts on national defense education and that of the national strategy of civil-military integration. The " you X mei X" construction is a typical circum-construction in modern Chinese. Through form and semantic analysis, this paper intends to distinguish the common and uncommon usage of this construction and finds out that the major distinction is whether this construction is used for objective description or for subjective judgement. And by analyzing the different syntactic functions,the author also explores the common feature and differences of all types of " you x mei x" construction in modern Chinese:" you NP mei NP", " you VP mei VP", " you yi Q mei yi Q", and " you de mei de". At the same time, the interpretation of the difference between the metaphorical and descriptive semantic features is the key to the distinction between regular and unconventional usage of " you X mei X".
