Mosques, as the political and cultural center of the Hui nationality community, play a crucial role in meditating disputes in
dispersed and mixed residence areas, especially in avoiding the waste of judicial resources and protecting the interests of Muslims.
However, with the acceleration of urbanization and urban transformation, Mosques' civil dispute mediation function is also facing
regulatory deficiencies, and is questioned by the legality. Thus, based on the Muslim socio-religious culture, it's meaningful to enhance
the central role of mosques, to establish and improve the legal, reasonable, normative, and long-term mechanism of disputes meditation
in Hui nationality community, and to guide Muslims to avoid disputes, and to be harmonious, law-abiding, and united.
